I got a manicure once here and never returned. I had on gel nail polish that needed to be removed. Normally they soak your fingernails in a bowl of water first. This nail technician instead chose to peel the polish right off and it hurt! The place was really dirty, there was nail polish splattered all over the wall. The bathroom was out of order. The nail color selection wasn't great and many of the polishes were separating and looked stale. Read Less

Great place! Kimmie always does a great job on my nails and Tina does my husbands pedicures. He has neuropathy really bad in his feet due to diabetes. She massages his feet and does an excellent job of not causing him pain. The pedicures actually relieve his pain for a bit. Love Ruby Nails! Read Less

If you want good customer service, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I've never received such horrible customer treatment! The manager was absolutely disrespectful and blamed all his issues on the customers. I made an appointment and waited over an hour to be told that I was at fault for saying I wanted a manicure when I CLEARY stated I wanted a full set. Also, the fact that they have an appointment button on their yelp account is completely misleading and inaccurate. Don't trust them. They don't honor any type of appointments. Today was my first visit to Ruby Nails, and it is the BEST! Tram was my nail technician and was super attentive to what I liked and did my nails perfectly. Most importantly, the place was CLEAN! The whole staff at Ruby nails does not try to coerce you into getting "this upgrade" or "that upgrade", instead they are focused on giving you the best manicure or pedicure ever. I've been having my nails done for over 15 years. I went to Ruby Nails for the first time...we just moved here. "Smokey" did my nails. It was THE VERY FIRST TIME I haven't been hurt in the process. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years! I have been satisfied until recently! The owner, the older lady decided to make a comment to the young lady that was doing my pedicure! She was speaking in another language and it was obvious that she was talking about me! I was disappointed in the fact that she not only was talking about me but she done it in my face! The service was fine but what wasn't is the fact that they blatantly stole $20 from me. I wasn't given the right amount of change and then the bill suddenly disappeared from the cash register; they even tried to blame it on me. Needless to say, I am now $20 poorer and very disappointed with this experience. I simply wanted to treat myself to a nice manicure and pedicure.
