Waited 1:30 mins for a fill-in after getting a pedicure service was TERRIBLE Ms.NANCY total of 3 hours for me to walk out....if you have nothing to do this would be a great place to go spend your day ...
Waited 1:30 mins for a fill-in after getting a pedicure service was TERRIBLE Ms.NANCY total of 3 hours for me to walk out....if you have nothing to do this would be a great place to go spend your day ... missed my 2pm appointment oh I still didn’t get a fill in...unhappy customer

Let's Start By Saying They literally Charge For Everything . Length , Shape & All!!!! I Got my Nails Done A few Weeks Ago They weren't long at All Regular acrylic priced at $22 Starters. Now I got Gel Polish Which usually in Athens Runs $5 Dollars Extra In Athens & Lets Not Forget Gotta Pay a for Shape As Well Long Story Short I Paid $40 ! Which Ain't That Bad But Still For Some Regular Ass Acrylic Nails And Just Gel Polish Bruhhhhh!! Worst Part Of It All I got Them Done on a Saturday They all broke In The Same Spot By the following Saturday ! So I'll Just Stick to Smokey Down At Ruby Nails.

The worst!! Will never go back! They are so unprofessional.. All employees were on their phones while helping customers. And they're a rip off , I got a pedicure which they said is $22 , but I wanted gel polish and they charged me an extra $15 ! That's ridiculous!

I have been going here for years and these people are awesome. If anything is wrong with in the first week just stop by while your out and that's it they will fix it. Always friendly always smiling. I have only seen 1 person get upset but it was the womans fault NOT their's. She was trying to get out of paying for her service they provided. If people ask about my nails or feet I tell them to go see them. So far no one has been disappointed.

I have been going here for years and these people are awesome. If anything is wrong with in the first week just stop by while your out and that's it they will fix it. Always friendly always smiling. I have only seen 1 person get upset but it was the womans fault NOT their's. She was trying to get out of paying for her service they provided.
