EXTREMELY hateful and rude. I took my two daughters there and asked for a kids package (out of their menu) for them. They did their toes, and after waiting a good ten minutes, I asked if they would be getting their fingernails painted soon. They said they were very busy and it would be another 30 minutes for their hands. They were very rude and my girls were tired of waiting, so I asked to just pay for the kids pedicure. They said no, and when I said that I did not want to pay for services I did not receive, the male manager pointed his finger at me, and yelled loudly in front of all the customers and my children that he was going to call the cops if I would not pay what he said. I am super non-confrontational so I just paid, shaking, and left. I have NEVER had someone be so rude to me. AWFUL experience.

Don't bother making an appointment with this place because they don't honor them. They said they can't hold the chairs. Why let people make an appointment then??...

Don't bother making an appointment with this place because they don't honor them. They said they can't hold the chairs. Why let people make an appointment then?? They had me sit at a chair that already had water in it and told me it was clean...I'm supposed to just take your word for it?!
The owners are BEYOND rude and do not care at all about complaints. Said they expect bad reviews from people. How can you honestly run a business that way? I wish a better salon would move into their place instead. Horrible!

Went in for toe polish change and the lady removed my existing polish..there was polish still left on my edges. She hurriedly removed it (I was 1st client who walked in at 10 a.m.), so there was nobody else waiting. She said you need pedicure to remove that, “I’ve tried twice”. I asked her to give me cotton and remover so I’m removing my own polish from my toes while she’s huffing sitting there watching me.. she said you need pedicure to get that off, I said I’m not stupid, I can get it off and I did. There was polish left on every edge on every toe. Then I asked her to let the coats dry in between next coat, she really got an attitude, I wanted to give her a toe sandwich at this point. Lady at desk, bright read lipstick does not smile and not appreciative of business, will not return!

I checked in with a gentleman and told him I needed a pedicure and I picked my cllor then sat down. The owner came to me and said what you need?!!! I said I checked in already with the gentleman and said pedicure. Then told me where to sit and she walked away. I've been here several time but the owner lady always seem so rude and lacks the ability to smile. Just yells loud at the staff and walks around with a pad of paper. Definitely not my favorite place.

Just ok. My 3rd attempt at good nail place in Athens. Easy to find in Atlanta. Salons there offer much more....scents scrubs etc. Will keep looking.

Bellagio is the first place I’ve gone where the services are quality and the people are friendly. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know everyone that works there and trying all sorts of services. Love Bellagio!!

I love coming to Bellagio Nail Bar! I have been coming here for over a year, and it never disappoints. I always look forward to my appointments with Jackie :) And everyone has always been very nice and polite. Their SNS manicure is awesome and always lasts me a long time. I highly recommend Bellagio for their excellent service and relaxing atmosphere. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I go here regularly for my SNS manicures... I won't go anywhere else! I always make an appointment to see Hailey and I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. They do see a lot of customers so...
I go here regularly for my SNS manicures... I won't go anywhere else! I always make an appointment to see Hailey and I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. They do see a lot of customers so I recommend making an appointment. I have taken several friends here too and they have always been very happy with their service! However, if you're looking for a place to go and spend 2 hrs with someone taking their sweet time, this is not the place for you. I'm of the mindset, it's not about the quantity of time spent, it's about the quality of the work done and I have always gotten great quality service!

I've had two bad experiences and will never go back again. The door states that it closes at 7 PM, get there at 6:38 and the owner says they stop taking customers at 6:30. I told him the door states they close at 7 and he needs to change the sign. The owner, I assume, just smiles. I'll never go back again and will never recommend anyone there. Also, they're more expensive then other nail salons around town. I should have just went to my original spot I usually go to.

They're absolutely amazing! They have the best quality services as well as colors to choose from! Not only I was able to sit back, relax and really love the experience! My honey sugar pedicure was very nice very relaxing and they're able to take away all of my dry dead skin!

My co-worker came to work about two hours after getting her manicure and pedicure done here. They were already chipping. She went back 36 hours later. They told her she surpassed the 24 hour window and since they were not Gel nails they would not do anything for her. This is bad Customer Service! I have been to a few nail salons in town. I did have an incident where my non-Gel nails started chipping. It was two full days later and they quickly fixed it. I continued going to them. They provided excellent customer service! Those little things you do can keep more customers coming back. When you don't word spreads. I will never go nor recommend this nail salon!

I felt absolutely relaxed and pampered here today. My classic pedicure came out perfect just as I imagined. Pricing was good and the facility was sanitary. Highly recommend!

They took me in at last minute yesterday and still took their time to do a thorough job. I loved the effort they put into the work and made my nails look stunning. I highly recommend them!

EXTREMELY hateful and rude. I took my two daughters there and asked for a kids package (out of their menu) for them. They did their toes, and after waiting a good ten minutes, I asked if they would be getting their fingernails painted soon. They said they were very busy and it would be another 30 minutes for their hands. They were very rude and my girls were tired of waiting, so I asked to just pay for the kids pedicure. They do see a lot of customers so I recommend making an appointment. I have taken several friends here too and they have always been very happy with their service!
