So I used to go to Q Nails back when they had different owners and were across the street. It actually used be a place my mom and I would go hang out and it was where I got my nails done for all of my high school dances. However, ever since they changed owners and moved, I have been treated very poorly. I have been successful only once in getting a pedicure. Every other time, they ask me to leave and come back later. Not wait... Leave. One time I was with a friend and was so embarrassed to have suggested the salon as a nice place for nails because we were booted out as soon as we walked in the door. I came today to get a pedicure for old times sake and there were literally two customers inside. The lady at the door asked me what I wanted and when I told her I wanted a pedicure she asked me to come back later. This is extremely rude, especially with only two people inside. I don't mind waiting, I'm used to being told to pick a color of polish and have a seat and wait for someone to become available. This was not the case. She just straight up asked me to come back later. This is not the first time that has happened here, but it will be the last. It's a shame because Suzie, one of the old owners, was the sweetest lady. Love spending time with Lily and her staff!  As a long time nail biter, I was very unfamiliar with manicures. Everyone has been so kind in explaining my options, making recommendations and they keep my nails gorgeously. Definitely my go to for pampering - I pass several salons and wait patiently to return. This is my go-to nail salon in Alpharetta.  Their service is really top notch.  They'll take their time and do such a thorough job compared with other salons.  They don't have as many technicians so make sure to make an appointment or call ahead before you go to make sure you don't have to wait.
