The younger gentleman tech is always so sweet. He did my SNS this time. It was supposed to be a dark plum. The color turned out red w/ glitter or specs as seen in pic. The woman owner/manager, who is ...
The younger gentleman tech is always so sweet. He did my SNS this time. It was supposed to be a dark plum. The color turned out red w/ glitter or specs as seen in pic. The woman owner/manager, who is always in a hurry and rude, told me they did not have time and blamed me for choosing the wrong color. After holding the SNS swatch(which has very limited selection)next to my nails, she agreed to fixing if I could come in the next day, Friday. I told her that would not work for me, but Saturday would. She told me they would be too busy all day to fix it. I saw how bad the younger gentlemen felt about the situation. His sincerity is the only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star.

I live very close by to this salon so it's my go-to! I really enjoy this salon and the price is great. The interior is lovely and the pedicure basins are very pretty. They have multiple screens set to HGTV which is always interesting to watch. They have a good variety of polish to choose from but I bring my own sometimes. The staff are very friendly and my polish lasts a long time whenever I go.

Will never come back after my last visit. My gel polish chipped with 6 days and the woman that did my nails accused me of chipping my own nails...I won't waste anymore of my money or time!

The place is very nice and clean, cute decorations. Everyone is super friendly and they do a pretty good job on acrylics and pedicures. However, there's always a ridiculous wait and it takes forever to get anything done. I've tried going when they first open and also making an appointment and yet I still wait every time for one reason or another and am always there at least two hours. I have two kids and time is not something I have to waste. If it wasn't for the time issue this place probably would have been perfect for me.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I live in the Alpharetta area and have been to several and by far this is the BEST in the area. The staff are friendly, the prices are good and they do GREAT work! I have not had a bad experience since I've been going there! I highly recommend it!

The place is very nice and clean, cute decorations. Everyone is super friendly and they do a pretty good job on acrylics and pedicures. However, there's always a ridiculous wait and it takes forever to get anything done. I've tried going when they first open and also making an appointment and yet I still wait every time for one reason or another and am always there at least two hours.
