The worst ever I have been to some of the best salon and nail places in Alpharetta and I must say they truly dropped the ball I had two people on my nails and no one was able to satisfy me although I did not get what I wanted I still left $20. The manager was rude and did not even try to make it right . I don’t like to leave a review if it has to be a bad review I always like to give good reviews But because of the way the situation was handled I feel the public needs to know that they did not do anything to make the customer comfortable or to keep the business I don’t need anything for free They did not want to charge me I left the money on the table with hopes that they get their technicians more training! Just moved back to the Alpharetta area and trying to find a good nail place. Stumbled over here since it's close to my house and really liked it. The staff was nice and the place is clean. I had my pedicure with Anne today at Majestic Nails...the service was impeccable....from the atmosphere (soft music w/large screen TV SHOW playing HGTV home makeovers w/caption)....Again Anne was very attentive, she took me back right away...no wait, w/no appt (i arrived around 330 on a Thursday)....I will definitely make this my go-to nail salon for future visits, they are definitely the best in Alpharetta! On the recommendation of a co-worker, I tried a nail salon in Alpharetta but didn't like the atmosphere or the end result. So, I decided to try Majestic Nails after reading the great Yelp reviews, and I'm SO glad I did! This is a terrific salon that has a busy but soothing atmosphere, a combination that is very hard to find. In addition, the place is spotless, and everyone is professional but very friendly and welcoming. And as someone new to the area, I really appreciate that. But most importantly, my nails look absolutely beautiful! Amber, the owner, does a fabulous job. She's very thorough and meticulous which I love because I am VERY picky. I'm a dedicated fan of this great nail salon!  I've been here three times now and have made it my go to salon.   I have leg problems due to injury and when getting a pedicure cannot have my legs touched or ankles squeezed. In the past, this had always caused a judgmental attitude or a forgetful technician.   Katie, my first and now my favorite tech, is fantastic, but I think everyone there is good because every customer seems very relaxed with whomever they are being helped with.  There's no up sale pressure, the technicians are relaxed and,although unhurried, finish in the correct amount of time.This which makes the whole experience for the customer (me) relaxed as well.  So hard to find a good salon!  Highly recommend. I visited majestic nails for the first time this evening after a recommendation from some friends that I work with. I made reservations at 6:15pm. I work 9-6 and am alway happy to find salons open past 6 pm! Often with a later appointment services seem to be rushed as everyone wants to get home, however at majestic nails I did not feel this way at all. My technician paid close attention to detail and spent a good amount of time on my manicure. She helped me pick a color and did a fabulous job. I will definitely be coming back to this salon! I'm shocked that there aren't more rave reviews for this place! I just moved to Alpharetta a month ago and was really dreading having to embark on a long, drawn-out hunt for a new go-to nail salon. Well luckily for me, I found it on my first try. This place is conveniently located in Windward Plaza and on a whim I decided to stop by after work yesterday. It's not a fancy place by any means but it is well maintained and clean. The owners are a married couple and the husband did my gel manicure. I have never had a nail tech who was more detail oriented than he was. I am very nit picky about gel because the color on the plastic nail sample sometimes looks different than how it actually comes out so I always ask to test the color out before committing. But before I could even ask if I could test it, he had already painted a swatch on one of my nails and asked if the color was what I was expecting. I was so impressed that he has the foresight to do that. He really took his time filing my nails and trimming my cuticles to make sure everything looked perfect before he started painting. My nails look amazing!! Someone else did my pedicure but this person also did a great job. They have the standard pedicure massage chairs and it was nice to get a little back massage in at the end of a long work day, even if it was done by a chair and not an actual person. A gel manicure & regular pedicure came out to be $54, not bad at all. In town for a short time,  looking for a clean salon.  No disappointment here.  The salon is immaculate and the service was courteous and very professional.  Nina was amazing.. I really want to give this place a bad review, because once everyone in Alpharetta figures out what a gem this place is I'll never get in again!This is the finest gel manicure I've ever had.  Like EVER.  The technician took her time and was meticulous when it came to removing my old, jacked up gel manicure from another salon, cleaning my nails and nail bed, applying the gel layer by layer.  The end result was FANTASTIC.  And she opened a sealed, sanitized set of tools so I was confident in the sanitation standards as well.It's been 1 week since my manicure and aside from the normal growth of my nails, they look as great as day 1.  No chipping, no cracks whatsoever.And the price?  The same or slightly cheaper than all the other nail salons I've used in Cumming, Alpharetta and Dunwoody.I so regret not catching her name!  Hopefully everyone at the salon is as wonderful as she was. I have lived in the area for almost 15 years and have tried many of the salons in the area and my search has now ended, this is the place.  Make an appointment for sure and that is definitely something I will have to get used to. They are always fully staffed and every chair is full so you know they are good. I am very picky about my nails and I have been very pleased every time I leave. My gel manicure has been going strong for 3 weeks and no chips and they are not thick. I have brought both my girls here too and they give them the full service not like most that do the minimum. This is also the first place that I have been where I don't feel like all the techs are talking about the clients in a foreign language and yelling across the salon.
