I went to get a manicure on my lunch break, which means I only had 40 minutes tops to be in and out the door. Lynn did my nails and I got blue SNS done (which I recommend). She was so friendly, spoke English well and she did a great job even as a rush job and I was back at work on time. CiCi is the manager and she was super friendly and funny. She even helped Lynn in the end by taking on one of my free hands just to save me time. The salon was clean and properly stocked with everyone saying hello to me as I walked in and thanking me as I left. I normally don't get my nails done. I actually have a bad habit of biting my nails so I always get ridiculed going to nail salons. "your nails are so short I don't know if we can do fake nails." -insert cry- I have finally been blessed with a nice nail technician, Hannah. She didn't comment on my short nails and got to work. At first I thought she was scary because when she asked what nails I wanted I said oval shaped and she looked confused and harshly said show me the pictu...re. Again, I'm not a nail girl so I was like oh nose. I think she realized I was a newb because I said like uhm a rounded tip making hand movements and she did one nail and said, like this? I loved her willingness to adapt to my newbness. She also was subtle in her way of telling me to move my hand by tapping on the spot she wanted me to relax. She made a bit of conversation and was really nice the entire time. I accidentally scratched my thumb afyer it was coated and made a cut, she playfully made fun of me but fixed it quickly. Checked I wanted gel for my acrylic set because gel is so expensive lol. She made clear how to put my hand when putting each under the light. I'm really happy with the customer service and the end result of my mood changing nails. They're so cute! Will definitely return, they have a stamp card too! Really thankful my friend recommended them. They are very busy. Even on a Thursday afternoon. Eat beforehand. I waited 40 or so minutes walking in and a girl with an appt still waited 20 or so min before they saw her. A manicure and acrylic would take a long time to wait on. They have a lot of color wheels which is really convenient while waiting. Nice drying station near the front with lights on the top and bottom for nails or toes. Reasonable price. This establishment is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly! I had an hour break for lunch and not only did they remove the old acrylics I had done by another salon, they introduced me to SNS which is now my new favorite, all before I had to go back work! first time here and i'll definitely come back! the staff is super friendly and the wait time was short! right when i walked in i was seated even though the salon was full and an assistant was ready to do my nails. The workers would come by and ask how you're doing, and the lady who worked on my nails would stop and ask for my approval if they looked good to me. the owner is the sweetest her and the staff made me feel welcomed and a valued customer, i highly recommend stopping by here to get your nails done! I love this place. They are super friendly and they always do a good job. They are all about customer service. The owner walks around and asks you how your experience is.
