I just moved to the area from Chicago so I'm used to the nail salon scene. That was not the case here. I was warmly greated and told the wait time was about 15 minutes. I was ok with that because I understand how Fridays can be. The lady asked me what services I was going to get done and had someone bring me the color wheels. They also asked me and boyfriend if we would like something to drink or eat. After 15 minutes the lady came over to me and told me it would be a few more minutes because the other ladies didn't do nails just pedicures. I was totally fine with waiting for perfection. The nail salon was tranquil and clean. The lady was so nice to me and my boyfriend as he waited while she did my nails. They came out beautiful. I will be back faithfully.Read Less

The best nail salon I've ever been to! The sincerity in delivering superb customer service is most impressive. Every time I'm there, I leave feeling much better than I did when I walked in. Lovely nails and great service!Yes, like the comment below the staff may be on the quieter side. However, I preferred that the person doing my nail was more concentrated on doing my nails well rather than side tracking and trying to make conversation with me; or worse trying to sell me things I do not want. As for pricing, the price is similar to other nail services. The upside of this place is that they give you the tools (free manicure kit) they used on your hands. Very disappointed just attempted to walk in and get a simple fill in and there was one person being serviced in the pedicure chair and there are two staff members just sitting around reading a magazine. When I asked if I can get a fill in I was told that it would be 30 minutes. I don't understand if you only have 1 customer and 3 staff why it would take 30 minutes to provide  service??? NO NO BOO BOO!This little salon is located in the Kroger shopping center next to El Trompo Taqueria and it faces Jones Bridge Rd.  I don't know why it has a Douglas Rd address which is very confusing.  My daughter and I decided to go in and get simple manicures.  First of all, I didn't really like the salon because it was a little too simple and a little too dated.  I like having a nice aesthetic to look at when I am getting pampered.  The girls who waited on us were very nice but a little too quiet for our taste.  We like to engage with our technicians because we enjoy building relationships.  This goes a long way towards us wanting to return.Bottom line, I did not like my manicure because my nails which I requested to have shaped up, were uneven and not uniformed.  Some of them were round and some of them were square in shape.  She also put one thin layer of some type of liquid on my nails.  I requested clear polish but this did not look like or smell like polish and it was very dull.  I will have to paint them myself.Although I had moisturizing treatments with heat, my hands felt very dry and before exiting the chair, I had to apply my own lotion twice.  I spoke with my daughter about her experience and she described it as okay but said that she would not return.  EPIC FAIL!
