While I had an okay experience while at the salon I am highly disappointed with the quality of service. I had a gel polish and is already peeling/chipping in less than a week. Polish was really thick, clumpy, and looked dull on nails. Most gel polishes from other places usually last at least 2 weeks and this didn't even last 1 week! I was able to be seen on time which is a plus, they had beverages, a great atmosphere, and were able to give me a exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was helpful and kind. I have been coming here for two years... always super clean and friendly atmosphere. I never had pretty long nails until Ann started giving me the SNS manicure. I got frustrated with my previous Salon and nail tech. I googled, "best rated nail tech in Johns Creek" and up popped Ann. I wasn't disappointed. I am very particular in how my nails are shaped. Most of the time, I go home and fix them, which is a pain especially after leaving a tip. A lot gets lost in translation. My appointment with Ann was at 1:00. She got straight to work and I was back in my car at 2:00. With PERFECTLY shaped SNS nails. Usually you have to sit there, while answering phone, greeting other customers etc slows down the process. Nope. Not here. She was precise and worked really fast. The 200 color choices, great "spa" music and overall great atmosphere almost put me to sleep. I am thrilled I've found her, and look forward returning in a few weeks. It's a bit more pricey, but since I don't have to "fix" any bad buffing or shaping, totally worth it. FYI- bring cash for tips. They don't/can't add a tip to a credit card payment. Read Less

Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is always welcoming.Not just any one can do my nails the way I like them done. I went to multiple salons before finally finding Amy. Amy is the BEST!!! The management is very rude and unprofessional in all of my years of being a beauty blogger .I usually can say something nice about the business. The attitude towards me and other customers was deplorable. I was told a redicious price on nail art . In there brochure is says one price ,she increase the price. I ,also had a schedule appointment for services .Which now is not available. I am not certain of why , but its really sad to be treated this way .Please get new management because you turning away great customers. Remember to grow your business is by gaining new customers. I was recommended by friend to join her in getting pedicures, manicures and eyebrows done. The staff was super friendly and we had a great time! We even consider this to be our Go-To place. We were a bit hesitant when we were told our price and we didn't realize what it was until we got home. They charged us on several of the services and did not inform us about it when we were there. We called the owner and she apologized saying it was a mistake and refunded our money (this was after being put on hold several times and the call dropping and not receiving a call back from her). I went in to get a sns. It was very quiet, lots of technicians but I was the only client. So I was asked if I had been here before, which I haven't. The lady told me I needed a soak off and a complete new set of sns since I got it done elsewhere last time and not everyone uses the sns product. She told me it would be 45$. I told her I'd go elsewhere bc the salon I usually go to charges 35$. She said ok how about just a fill in for 30$. Ok fine by me, my first ever fill in bc other places I've went to always soak it off first and then start with a new set. As I sit with my technician Anne and pick my color, the lady comes to me and says well if it's a different color it's not considered a fill in. I didn't say anything bc at this point I already knew it was my first and last time at this place. Long story short, the salon was clean and super quiet and Anne did a wonderful job. As for the pricing and clarity of the services you better ask up front. Not my cup of tea and I surely won't be back. Read Less

One of my favorite spots for an SNS Manicure. Both my daughter and I are just crazy about Ann! The Spa is clean and the staff is friendly. Not my favorite for a pedicure, there are only two girls that I would ask for? The foot massage is great, but I like a lot of attention on the soles of my feet and I could only find ONE nail spa locally that does that. Thought I liked it but the gel chipped and flaked off within 2 days, just with normal daily activities. They took a long time to complete the mani/pedi and were overpriced, especially since they haven't lasted. Very disappointed, I won't be going back and wish I could get my money back. Read Less
