Very mixed feelings. I called early and made an appt for a pedi and refill. Showed up an was made to feel like an inconvenience, no acknowledgment of any kind. The nail tech did a really good job refilling my nails an told me to make an appt for my pedi. Perplexed I said, I did make an appt, that's why I'm here. Long story short, left with no pedi...Not sure I'll return.

My daughter and I walked and sat for over a hour was told we were next because a couple of people had came in with appointments and we were ok with that but to have a lady that came by to see a friend...
My daughter and I walked and sat for over a hour was told we were next because a couple of people had came in with appointments and we were ok with that but to have a lady that came by to see a friend there waiting and was taken ahead of us as if we were not even there....I have never felt this way with ulimate nails until today and I have never felt like my business was needed there.....

This place is awesome. I got gel powder dip nails and they always last longer than any other place I've ever been and they are so nice. I went there to get my nails done for my formal and they came out so pretty and they came out great. I recommend going.

I have been going to Ann for almost a year now and I couldn’t be any happier if I tried. It’s an hour drive for me, but I gladly make the trek every three weeks just to see Ann. Ann is absolutely amazing and a true expert at her craft. Her work is stunningly beautiful and unique! There is not a day that goes by that I do not get a compliment on my nails. I have also had the pleasure of having Maddie do my pedicure a couple of times and she is awesome too! Ultimate Nails is truly the ultimate experience!!

I will never go back to this salon. I usually go there to have pedicures, and ken happened to do my nails, the rudest nail tech I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Very mixed feelings. I called early and made an appt for a pedi and refill. Showed up an was made to feel like an inconvenience, no acknowledgment of any kind. The nail tech did a really good job refilling my nails an told me to make an appt for my pedi. Perplexed I said, I did make an appt, that's why I'm here. Long story short, left with no pedi...Not sure I'll return.
