This is my new go to for SNS nails! I love my nails and the service was impeccable. Tim knew exactly what needed to be done to make my tired nursing hands look polished and on point. Every time I come here I love it more. Shayla is incredible with nails and she always remembers her customers. She's the owner and she's honest and always takes care of her customers. I used to do gel nails and her sets never lifted and always looked great. I've switched to SNS nails and had chrome nails at this salon and I'm never disappointed. They have a great loyalty program and all the staff is friendly and accommodating. I've been to so many salons in the greater Atlanta area and this is the best I've found. Came here on a whim right after kayaking and being rained out on Acworth lake. Too early for dinner so pedis it is. I quickly searched for a place close by and Serene came up, 7 min away.I didn't expect much and I'm glad I didn't. The place is tiny, in a strip mall, and limited nail polish selection. They do offer you complimentary beverages such as water, wine, or beer. The place is clean but very average. They did a decent job with my pedi but the massage wasn't long enough and the massage chairs are painful to figure out. Asking doesn't work as there is a huge language barrier.I won't come back but it was ok for a random stop. You get 10% off if you check in. Read Less

I've been searching for a great nail salon and been to many in the area and this is the best I've found!!! The owner is amazing and does a fantastic job. Very honest and I told her I like my nails to look natural. Even though it was very busy she took her time with me and gave me exactly what I'm looking for. I will be back for sure! The hospitality, customer service, atmosphere and products are the best I have encountered through all countries I have traveled. They make you feel like your at home getting a manicure and pedicure. They take there time and are perfectionist with their work. They gave me tools to do my own pedicure while I'm deployed to Afghanistan and showed me how to use them. I will not go anywhere else. i went here for some self care the day after we had to help our precious 13 year old doggy transition. my face was still swollen from crying.  i was still crying....i told them i just needed a manicure and pedicure, something to distract myself, and explained why. Shayla was so sweet and sympathetic. Dan did my pedicure and he was wonderful. I forget who did my manicure, but at the end, Shayla and added a puppy paw to each thumb and wrote Leo's name on my pointer fingers.  The manicurists, pedicurists, and Shayla are so so sweet and talented.  I will most certainly be returning here regularly, and while getting a manicure and pedicure didn't take away the pain of losing my buddy the day before, the kindness they showed and details Shayla added with the heart puppy pay and Leos name bring me joy when I look down at my hands now. Beware! Serene Nails and Spa beside Staples in Acworth. I went for a manicure yesterday. I normally get a manicure once per week but this one was different. The technician ended up cutting me and made me bleed on every finger. The technician was apologetic but the manager was not. He was arrogant and told me that it was no big deal. It was and still is a big deal. My finger tips were bleeding, swollen and painful. Because I was afraid of infection, I told him that I was going to my doctor for evaluation and to get treatment. I asked him for an incident report and he refused to write me one. Long story short; Acworth Police showed up and he finally signed a letter of responsibility. When I left, I was seen by Kennestone ER doctor. He gave me a tetanus shot and antibiotics. He informed me that he sees this type of trauma routinely. He was worried about contaminated instruments that could set up infection. I am a reasonable person and normally try to avoid confrontation. But due to the manager's arrogance and lack of concern for my wellbeing; I am forced to never return to Serene Nails and Spa beside Staples in Acworth. I hope that we could send this guy a message; we deserve to see proof of sterilization of his instruments and that our health depends on it. Don't let this happen to you! Read Less
