Worst nails I've ever had done. The staff told me to get the solar full-set nails because they are stronger, better for your nails, last longer, look nicer and durable. Well, after 3 days of getting my nails done here one nail just broke off randomly and within 5 days another nail broke off. My fake nails are very cheap and break very easily!!!Also, my pedicure(which I got the more expensive pedicure) looked ok the day I left, but the next day when I got into the shower I noticed how I had dry skin, rough spots and my feet look awful!!! The price I paid for all this was around $80 so I figured at the time that my nails are going to be AMAZING......wow was I wrong!!! I used a location out of the area originally for my pink and white ombré nails and accidentally chipped a nail and Daniel corrected it without hesitation, and not to mention it was pretty much 7:30pm their closing time. I was so happy with my visit at Nail Center. I came here when there were other owners, current management has been here since October and they are FABULOUS! The salon was calming, very clean and the staff were very helpful.They have a large variety of colors and types of nails. I did a full set of SNS, and Ben did a great job. I walked out with exactly what I wanted for my upcoming vacation. The area for pedicures was large and they had a lot of options for types. Unlike some nail salons there wasn't a lot of waiting for someone to assist you. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and the wax did not irritate my otherwise sensitive skin. This is my second time going and their nails break off so easily. It has not been a week yet and 5 nails have already broke, 3 nails on the left and 2 on the right hand. Absolutely amazed at the customer service and final product received here! I usually go to another nail salon but this one is so close to my house I thought I would give it a go. I was literally treated like royalty! Tammy did my pedicure and I asked her for a design that was a tad bit more complicated... didn't even flinch at the request like most nail places do! She said absolutely and gave the best foot and leg rub EVER! Not rushed at all... I almost fell asleep. Ben did my nails and once again I asked for a design that may take a bit of effort (easter bunny pictured) I was told "no problem!" Just moved from California and was looking for a nail artist that could give me that Cali full set I've been accustomed to ! The owner is super cool and down to earth. I always like to catch a vibe from my nail artist , that's when you know you'll be in good hands !! Right away we clicked & his vibe is so positive. Very professional! Happened upon one of the staff posting a sign and decided to give them a try later that day. Having to close at my job, I got there around 7:10 and was treated no differently. So I hate doing this because the employees were really nice but I was not happy with my experience here .  I felt rushed and I didn't get the outcome I wanted with my nails .  I arrived well before closing time but they said I was the last client because they were closing early and going on vacation .  I came in wanting coffin style nails and they definitely were not that .  The length of them aren't even .  Some are crooked and I just was not pleased .  I also went in wanting a pedicure but since I felt like I was taking up their time I opted not to .  I won't be going back to this place .  I'll drive a little further and get them done elsewhere . Make sure to call before coming in. I rushed to come after work and got here thirty minutes before they closed, I checked two websites before driving here and even groupon said they didn't close until seven. I was so excited to use the great groupon deal and saw good reviews for them, but they weren't even open when I got there. Waste of time and gas. No clue how this place has any good reviews. It's new and was nearby so I figured I would try it out. Huge mistake. I should've known from the fact that on a Sunday it was dead empty. I had some guy who kept coughing and sneezing (thanks for the germs). Being sanitary isn't exactly their thing since when he cut my cuticles he never did anything to stop the bleeding or sanitize the equipment. While I was still bleeding he went on to paint my nails, so good luck to any person who gets painted with my fresh blood. He literally had my blood all over his hands and tissues. That's disgusting. I had to ask him to use a new file at the beginning because the first one he pulled out a really old looking one. I ended up leaving before my service was even done because I was so fed up with how he was doing my nails. This place is a joke. I need a shower after just being in there. Read Less

One of the best salons I've ever been to, and easily the best in this area. I've been a customer for about a year, and I'm always pleased with the services I receive. Mimi and Lu, the owners, are gracious and always strive to ensure their customer have a relaxing experience. The salon is very clean and achieved a perfect health inspection; it's posted by the cash register.  The pedi tubs are fitted with a disposable liner and clean jets for each client. They also use an individual package of a nail file, pumice and buffer for each client and give it to you to take home when the pedi is over.  All metal implements are autoclave sanitized and individually wrapped. The salon does have firm policies in place and they will absolutely enforce them. IMO, these policies are nothing more than traditional courtesy and common sense they expect from their customers, their employees and themselves.  Personally, I enjoy coming to a salon that doesn't tolerate nonsense from rude people. so i just redeemed a groupon here, i made an appointment for 1230 arrived about 10 min to 12, fully knowing i was going to be waiting, i walk in say i have an appointment for 1230 and everyone starts talking at once, i belive i heard someone say "you early," but i ignored it, however i could not ignore when a lady looked up and said "you know your early right" i was half expexting her to tell me to leave...so i said "uh is that not ok...?" i knew right then it was "mimi" all you yelpers have been complaining about...she said it was fine and told me i'd be waiting just a bit and to pick a color...again, i fully expected this, i came from marietta so i have to leave early with traffic, and it just so happen there wasnt any on my way...so less then 5 min later a nice older woman came to do my mabi pedi, she was quiet, but very polite, and well what can i say, she tried and i did tip her well for her efforts...but the fact is she did not do even a decent job, i really want to stress that she tried, she re did my big toe 3x, i could not understand their language but i think everyone there including herself, knew and was conversing about the fact that french tips where not her fortay...  i have white nail polish all over my toes, bubbles all over my french tip, a few small strange yellowish spots, she did not remove all of my orange nail polish, and my pinky will be ruined before the day is over because theres a chunky spot in the corner all up into my skin...bottom line i had groupon bucks so it was basically free (besides the 10$ i spent on the frenchtip), but i would not have paid for this, and i wont be back...definitely not the older ladies fault tho, even if she did an awsome job, i wouldn't have come back just because of Mimis rudness to start my appointment off with... I've attached some pictures...and i litterally just walked out of here...i asked her to fix my pinky 2 times, she made it better then it was but still not acceptableIN RESPONSE TO HER REPLY, I KNEW THAT I WAS EARLY, I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT APPRECIAT OR LIKE THE WAY YOU APPROACHED ME. I KNEW I WAS EARLY, WHAT DOES STATING THAT DO? DID YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE AND COME BACK? AND  I DID LET THE LADY  KNOW IT WAS MESSED UP, TWICE APOUT MY HAND AND ONCE ABOUT MY FEET, IT WAS VERY APPERENT SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX IT, AND I AM ALMOST POSITIVE YOU ALL WHERE TALKING ABOUT HOW SHE WAS HAVING A HARD TIME WITH MY FRENCH TIP, ONE OF THE GENTLEMAN WALKED PAST AND SAID SOMETHING TO HER IN CHINESE AND SHE SAID AYYYEE AND DUG HER EQUIPMENT BACK OUT AND GOT SOME OF THE POLISH OFF OF MY SKIN. FURTHER MORE UPON SHOWERING TONIGHT WATER GOT ALL UNDER THE POLISH AND IT STARTED PEELING OFF LESS THEN 12 HOURS AFTER SERVICE. Read Less
