This place is so pretty and has a good atmosphere for getting nails and toes done! I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure with both turning out beautifully. They were done by a lady named Linda. We had good conversation and I was always made to feel relaxed. She gave such incredible customer service that I couldn’t help but come on and write a review. Normally, I would give this place 5 stars but today's visit the lady that did my fill in of SNS just did a sloppy job! I usually spend hundreds a month here and tip very well. Today I didn't really feel as if she deserved my normal tip amount. The guy who did my pedicure did such an amazing job! I love this place but just unhappy with my fill-in. Alyssa at elite nail spa do a top-notch job, and is very pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always look forward to the pampering I receive there. I've liked this nail salon before, but my most recent visit was unpleasant. Alyssa gave me a pedicure, she was rude and had an attitude from the moment it started. Not enjoyable at all. I checked this place out today due to recently moving to the area... the technician I was given, Alyssa was incredibly rough during my pedicure and eyebrow wax as well as grumpy- actually cursing as she was putting my birkenstocks back on. Additionally, my eyebrows are bleeding- assuming the wax was too hot. (I do not use any topical products that would affect my skin). After this experience, I’d rather drive to Milton to go to Bluegrass nail salon, then venture out and have another horrible experience such as this. Read Less

My "usual" nail place is closed, and I needed fills. The other set I had done (from a different place) was just terrible. I tried this place for the second time today and I will not go back! First of all, they're rude when you walk in. Instead of a nice greeting, they say "what are you wanting today" in a rude manner. Second of all, the guy scrapped my nails all up and didn't buff  them out and they don't know any English at all so you have to repeat yourself Many times and they try and upsale and get you to spend more money when you tell them exactly what you want to have done. So annoying!! Save yourself some time bc these people don't know English and they don't know what they're doing. So now I have to get my nails fixed and the guy cut my nails done almost to my skin of my nail. Ugh!  They suck! These people didn't go to school to be nail techs for sure because they don't know what they're doing and they all talk jibber back and fourth the whole time which is really annoying and rude to the customer who is giving you their business and money! Great Nail Place!!!!  This place is professional and gave me the best pedicure I have had in a while!!  Prices are good, and they put liners in their pedicure chairs and autoclave/sterilize their instruments.  A+++  I will review again after I get my fingers done.  So glad to find a great nail place in my area! You get what you pay for. They do excellent work. They are not the cheapest in town. However, I have never left there thinking that I did get my money's worth. They are friendly enough and expedient without rushing. I was using another nail salon until about 3 months ago. I had been using them for years. They are super friendly but because of that, it took sometimes as long as  2 hours to get a gel mani/pedi. As a business owner and mom, I just don't have that luxury. On my visit to Atlanta my friend and I had our nails done here. I have to say that they are overpriced. Usually I pay 65 for both manicure and pedicure in shellac. They charge 50 $ for a pedicure.  Had my feet done by May as well as my eyebrows. She did a fantastic job! A gentleman by the name of Joe did my fingers, he tried to fix my nail as it was breaking ( during my travel my one nail bent backwards so it cracked) but the glue he put one didn't hold. I think the manager is Rachel, I noticed they were very customer oriented but very much in a hurry. This guys Joe was hurrying to finish up, just thinking that he wanted to attend to another customer...not sure!. My last shellac manicure and pedicure lasted exactly 1 month. I have had pedicures in Taiwan, Korea, Guam, all over California, North Carolina, and now Georgia.  I know a good pedicure when I have one, and the pedicure I had today (Thank you, Hannah - you were the best) was top notch.   I have sensitive, and very ticklish feet; yet Hannah at Elite Nail Spa did a masterful job on my feet (and it was only a "basic $20 pedicure) with no pain and no tickle.  My feet haven't felt this good in ages.  I wholeheartedly recommend Elit Nail Spa - particularly the service provided by Hannah - to anyone looking for a pedicure in the Acworth/Kennesaw area. I stopped in for an eyebrow wax (my first visit) I was told to enter a small room (closet size) with table/bed. The sheet that fit the table was soiled looking as were the towels (one for the head & another at the foot of table). I asked the woman if the linens were clean she said "yes" and then left the room briefly, and returned with a clean towel for my head. She suggested more than just an eyebrow wax and I agreed. Not long before she began an employee opens the door and walks directly in to get to a closet inside the room (in doing so she leaves the door open for customers sitting in spa chairs to see me). She did not knock first before entering or say excuse me or ask if it were OK for her to enter. I was shocked! Why have rooms? Why have a door? Also, Why choose a business name with the word "elite" if your not going to fit the part - not even a little bit. It doesn't take much  to perform simple common courtesies. I told the woman she was rude and she just looked at me - not to long after she came back again! Same thing! The woman waxing me apologized. I told her that woman should be apologizing! Anyway, I again told the woman how rude she was - the phone rang ( signal for wax job to stop) while waxer had started my eyebrows at that point. I paid full price yet when I looked in mirror - my eyebrows had to be tweezed! I had to buy tweezers to fix them! Read Less

I love this place, the staff is funny. it's not awkward like the many other nail salons I've been to. My nails are always how I like them when I leave and they last far longer when I go here. Elite Nail Spa is hands-down the best nail salon I've ever been to! What impressed me the most upon my initial visit was the cleanliness of the entire place...from the floors to the chairs to the bathrooms and the most important are the equipments...extremely clean...and to top it all off...it's very cozy and appealing. The staffs are always friendly and willing to help with any questions and concerns you have. If you want a good pedicure or a set of nail (especially the pink and white), the is the place.
