My favorite nail salon between Cartersville and Acworth! The staff is always friendly and the salon is always clean. They make it easy to relax, even offering water and wine while you unwind. Horrible place to get your nails done. Rude to the customer and do not listen as to what you want done. Even though they make a mistake on your nails, they act as if it is your fault. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I asked for an American manicure which is just like a French except without a bright white on the tips. The woman had no clue what I was talking about.  I had to pick out the white for the tips snd the woman never painted a color (pink) on my nails!  I didn't notice until she was done. the white on the tips was not wide enough because you can see where the line is on my fail where my natural white starts. my son is getting married this weekend. if the was ever a time I9 wanted my nails done correctly, it was this week.  Pedicure could have used another coat of Polish and it doesn't appear there is a top coat.  berry disappointed :) Read Less

I have tried this salon 3 times, which I think is more than fair. I will not go again. The third time I went, "Mom" did a mani for me. Wow, so bad. My cuticles are still up on my nails (she didn't push them back) and she polished right over them. A couple of my cuticles on the sides of my nails bled from her clipping them. I had hangnails from her work and the clipping. So bad. Also, some of the women speak in their language to each other almost continuously. This is uncomfortable (remember Elaine Benes in Seinfeld?). In fact, while Mom was doing my mani, another employee was doing my pedi. I could tell they were talking about my feet, pointing and discussing in their language. I had to ask 4 times if they were talking about my feet. Finally, Mom said, yes, that I had some cracks in my heel and the woman doing the pedi wanted to know what she should do about them. I love nail technician Shawn. She always can squeeze me in. I almost stopped coming because previous email tech cut me twice!!!! I went here with a wedding party, and I doubt I'll return. My nails looked fine when we left, but my pedicure was less than 20 minutes from start to finish - my nails were trimmed but not shaped, callus removal was minimal, and the massage was practically non existent. I had a gel manicure when I went in which she used a drill to remove leaving my fingers sore for a few days. She didn't ask what shape or length I wanted my nails to be - I prefer short squared and ended up with long rounded. I went ahead and just told her I wanted a third coat of gel because I'm sure she wouldn't ask. She was very stand offish which made my manicure very unpleasant. Now, a week later, the gel is peeling off, I've already had to cut and reshape my finger nails, and my feet are rough from the poor pedicure. I cannot say enough horrible things about this salon. First, if you are going to charge $21 for a pedicure, it better be an amazing pedicure. In the menu, it stated that a pedicure is 25 min. My pedicure lasted maybe 10. The woman was not careful, and hurt my cuticles. She did not scrape any dead skin off my feet and was very sloppy with the polish. The business wasn't that nice-looking when I walked inside, but the chairs were nice enough. I got a pedicure and the guy (he seemed to be co-owner) was very neat and thorough and also helped my ingrown nail, but that made me all the more nervous because his finger nails were so dirty. Really gross and I should've stopped him. You would think with being parked in the midst of such a well-to-do community that this business would have higher standards of decor and cleanliness.There's really not much else I could say about this place. Best Nail Salon ever.  In December 2013 I soaked off my chunky acrylic nails and went back to natural with gel polish.  Lee and the manager are my favorite and all of them do a super job.  Best in this area of Georgia.
