I’m usually not one to write reviews but In this case Envy Nails has earned one. Tori whom I discovered at the end of my visit is the owner of this fine establishment went above and beyond to make sure I felt pampered and important my whole visit. Not only did she take me in close to the time of closing but she stayed almost two hours after closing and after all of her associates left to finish and acknowledge every fine detail that came with my chrome nails and pedicure. Not ONCE did she make me feel like I was wasting her time or holding her up. She kept a bright smile and continued to make me feel at home until the job was perfected and complete. I love this place! Emily did a lovely job on my ombré nails - I’m in love with them. One friendly suggestion to management is to offer a little bit more than 10% after ten visits. If you are able to offer customers 10% with every review, there is absolutely no incentive to use a physical card. Most or at least many nail places in Orlando offer half off a service after 6 visits. A loyalty card is not unique or sought after if you are offering the same discount but even considerably easier to obtain (reviews). Just my two cents! Read Less

Yesterday was the first time I’ve ever been to Envy nails and I was impressed. I love how my nails came out. Emily was my nail tech and she did exactly what I wanted. My husband and I love this place for pedicures!!! Nikki and Kat are amazing and do such a great job! Even though we don't come here often enough, they somehow still remember which spa pedicure we each like. The tools are clean (which I am a huge stickler for), the massage chair is super comfy, and while I tend to always just get a bottle of water, they always offer a glass of wine to enjoy during the pedicure. The worst experience EVER!!  When I called in advance I was specific in saying I wanted someone that was experienced as I was looking for a new salon since the person I was going to left my other salon.  Well The person I got was RUDE as heck and NOT experienced!!!  Didn't say a word the entire time during the pedicure just fine with me I want to relax. But not even a hello take a seat, how's the water temperature... Nothing!!  She gave no direction when to ieft my legs just grabbed them in a rough manner and tossed them up and down when needed.   I told her don't cut my toe nail in the corner she cuts my nail in the corner?!?!!!!! HELLOOOO!!! The manager or who ever she is didn't give two sh$%#s what I had to say.   Of course I couldn't understand what they were saying to each other!! Yet they proudly have the Yelp sign near the register really???  Obviously I must be in the minority here but this Yelper will NEVER EVER be back!!!  Too bad I didn't catch the Techs name she sat at the 2nd table on the left facing the register. Very disappointed with my gel manicure from spa envy! The style I wanted was very simple red with gold sparkles for Christmas (I was charged an extra $5 for the gold without being told that this would be an upcharge). The manicure itself looks like something I could have done myself at home and two of my nails are completely uneven. I even showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and mine look nothing like that. For the $37 I paid for this service, I am very unhappy and disappointed with the result. Read Less

Prejudiced? I really wanted to like this place. They have great reviews so I thought I would get good service.  I did not make an appointment so I had to wait a bit, I thought everyone was pleasant, I was greeted warmly when I came in, and told them I was there for a pedicure. I was seated at once, after I chose my color.  After a short wait, I was approached by a girl, who I could see had her tools to do my pedicure. She asked me if I wanted gel.  I said no. She then asked me if I wanted a manicure also, I said, no manicure just a pedicure.  She then proceeded to do a pedicure.  This was the most basic of basic pedicures. One would have thought it was a free service, because of how bare minimum she did.  Around the time she started painting my nails I realized that I was not going to get the service I expected.  I am a cheese grater type of gal (if you know what I mean), so I knew something was off.  A lady a few chairs away, who had been waiting (we were sat at around the same time) was asked if she wanted a drink. I thought "oh , no one asked me I wanted a drink" , I brushed it off when a gentleman went around the room a few minutes later and asked everyone if they wanted a drink.  By then my service time was over, she asked me to wait while my nails dried and began gathering the things to service the next person.  I was gathering my thoughts on how to approach her to let her know I didn't feel things were done (I needed that cheese grater!) . She approached a lady that was just seated next to me, asked her if she wanted a drink (twice!). Then asked her what kind of pedicure she wanted, she said she wanted a basic pedicure and the tech then said, "let me get you the book".  THE BOOK?!?! I was angry, I was not shown a book or given options. I immediately got up to leave, she too got up and checked me out. I asked her, why didn't you show me the book.  She said she thought I said I wanted a basic pedicure. I left it alone, as I walked out, I looked at my heels and they were still cracked looking.  I had never experienced this anywhere! I came back to speak to the owner, she said to me. " oh! Callus removing cost more" I let her know that I was not offered (any other decent salon would have at least offered that upon seeing and feeling my though heels). She said sorry and shrugged me off. Was I not offered the services because she thought I couldn't afford it? Maybe she thought I wouldn't tip? Or what?! Prejudiced? I am of dark skin and the other people of fair skin.  I am not the type to call prejudiced! But I find it hard to explain such bad service.I thought it was complexity uncalled for and unprofessional. Particularly after I complained, I will not recommend or return to this place. Stay away if you don't look like you have money, they will give you the bare minimum lets-get-her-out-of-here treatment. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend. I saw there was a $20 special for a signature pedicure, shellac manicure, or acrylic tips. Score! John did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. He even did a a sugar scrub and mask. He paid so much attention to detail to make sure my nails look perfect. They have a large selection of opi and Essie nail polish. The place was really cute and clean. L gave me a full set of clear stiletto nails and I showed her a picture from Instagram of the designs I wanted and I must say I'm so in love with my nails. They came out better then the picture!
