I can't rave enough about this place, it's very clean, they never rush you and they make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Linda is a true gem in that salon. She's very sweet and professional, always does the best job on my nails, her hot stone pedicure is one of the best in town. so happy to find this place after such a long time of going to the wrong spots. We were so delighted to be able to visit this beautiful spa on Mother’s Day! My daughter and I both got the deluxe gel pedicure and Taylor and Tracy were very professional and so friendly. The chairs were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in! The Spa is beautiful...marble floors, chandeliers, very clean. The owner, Helen even came by to say hello and check on us a couple of times. Pristine Nail Lounge was great! The people were friendly and their service and attention to detail was awesome. I am in love with my nails and very pleased with the way they handled my toe/finger nails. My recommendation is to be sure to call and make an appointment because they sure do get busy, fast, but overall they will get you with someone as fast as possible. This place is amazing!! I always go to Annie and she takes the best care of me! She always remembers my name and asks me about my life. She has a wonderful way of making you feel right at home and she does an amazing job on nails. I always get the SNS dip on my hands and a pedicure. I've never had one complaint and everything always comes out looking stellar. They also offer water or a glass of wine and always have something fun to watch on the televisions. I would highly recommend this place. Even after I moved I still drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way to come here. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars! Read Less

These people don't respect appointments. Made an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes before I was taken. Then two days later the polish chipped and came off and when I went to get it fixed it was another 30 minute wait just to fix one nail. Terrible service. Read Less

I love this place!  Vivian is my favorite, as she does an impeccable job and pays attention to detail. No matter how busy they are, I never feel like I'm being rushed.  It's very clean and everyone is friendly. Mediocre. It's in a good location, Winter Park Village, but doesn't live up to what I would expect. I went there once for a gel manicure and it showed grow out within a week. I gave 3 stars because they had great customer service and redid the mani. Unfortunately it also showed grow out within a week, maybe they just don't get close enough to the cuticle. This nail salon is THE BEST!!! I've been to plenty of shops between Orlando and Sanford (don't judge I'm a bit picky lol) but this one is my favorite. I go nowhere else. If your looking for somewhere that is clean,  the people are nice and most importantly for someone to not just paint your nails but take care of them, then look no further. Every single person in the shop is super sweet. I see Linda twice a month like clock work but Anne is great, David is great, Helen is great. You really can't go wrong. They have an array of nail colors to chose from, and  a new rewards system. So the more you go the more perks you get. If your looking for a nail, wax, massage spot. Go go go. Not bad but not my favorite.  This location is ideal with its prime spot in WP Village.  And it's hard to beat a $15 manicure.  And, yes, Ava works FAST.  But I found the staff a bit cold and distant (which is probably why I'm referring to them as "staff").  The space is very nice; it's practically new.  Their color selection?  Hard to beat (OPI, Essie, all the hits).  They offer the standard services - manicure, pedicure, waxing.  Maybe I'm being a bit fussy but I do prefer you open that packet of nail tools in front of me before you get to work.  Cleanliness counts - ALWAYS.  Would I visit again?  Yep.  Would they be my first choice?  Nope. I have been coming here for a year now. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Each time I come my nails look even better. The staff loves their costumers and each tech loves doing their jobs. Annie is my primary tech, she treats me like her own daughter and always gives me the best experience. Vince who is the owner always makes time to fit me in even if Annie is not available. Clean place, nice decor. Nail technicians seemed nice. Ended up here because my usual place was booked and I needed a mani-pedi. The reason I'm giving them 4 it's because I asked for dip nails (on my naturals) and I got gel (and I asked twice about if I was getting the dip powder and twice got told, yes "gel") I thought, well is okay, I just wanted to try the dip nails... no biggie. And the second reason it's because one of my nails chipped immediately. I fixed it myself, didn't want to drive for the fix ... I don't know if I would return but I don't regret the service. I just recently moved to the area about 6 months ago and I have been popping around to different nail salons trying to find the perfect one and I can say with 100% certainty that this will be my go to salon now! I absolutely love Tam and would recommend him to anybody who has the chance to even just crosspaths with him. He's so patient and very detail oriented and puts up with my pickyness with such grace every single time. The atmosphere is awesome, in a perfect location and all the staff is very friendly and gets to know you personally, which I also love and think that is a extra quality every salon should have. Oh and on top of it you get a free glass of water, soda or WINE which makes the experience that much better!
