I wish I could give 0 stars. I had to have a $700 procedure done to my big toe because of the severe in grown toe nail the nail tech caused me. I also ended up with fungus and cannot wear nail polish for a year now because I have to fix the fungus. I get my nails done every two-three weeks and my toes done once a month. I went to Posh for the first time to get a full set hands and feet. The lady doing my nails had zero clue what she was doing. It’s my fault for not walking out the minute I sat down and she started trying to peel off my acrylic nails. I asked her to wrap them instead and she looked at me stunned like it’s a great idea that she should have thought of herself. I did not allow her to continue my hands but big mistake for letting her touch my feet. I also had an appointment for 3 and she only took me at 3:30. I have a positive experience at Posh Nails every time I go. I would suggest making an appointment in advance. Today, I had an excellent experience. One of my gel nails chipped after one week and Rosa fixed the nail without any question and applied an additional top coat to some other nails that needed it. This place might be fine if you are getting regular basic polish colors, but definitely not the place to go to get anything more special or custom done. I came in requesting a whitish gold chrome finish manicure and gave them a picture of them I wanted. I specifically said I didn't want it yellowish. They didn't really seem to know how to do this and suggested the chrome glitter that looked like yellow gold and I said that was too yellow. They said it wouldn't come out that yellow after it was applied. Also, they didn't know what base color to use and just told me to pick something like I am a nail expert...um that's why I'm paying you to do it? They tested out one color on a fake nail and it appeared too reddish so I was advised to select a neutral beige color as the base so I did. At that point if they are uncertain that they can do what I requested they should have just told me so and I would have picked a regular color and ended up with nice looking acceptable nails. What I ended up with was a tacky BRIGHT yellow gold color with a glitter finish, and nothing whatsoever about it is a chrome finish. They did offer to fix it but I didn't have time and I'm leaving town for 10 days on vacation which was the sole purpose of getting my nails done. I had to run around all day to make time to even be there and now I'm stuck with nails that would have honestly looked better before with no polish. They offered me $5 off and didn't charge for the chrome however I'm still out money and time and now stuck with ugly nails I hate. Totally disappointed! Read Less

The owner of this spa takes so much pride in her and her employees work. My initial experience wasn't bad, but wasn't great- she made sure to set it right for me. I will definitely be back! The spa it's self is immaculate, the foot baths are lined which I love- it means they're clean! I wish I could give this nail salon zero stars. The ladies were rude to us and didn't care about doing their jobs correctly. When I had my manicure, it turned out so awful that I came back to have them fix it later in the day. When we arrived for the second time that day, they were annoyed that I wanted them to redo it and did a terrible job, once again. And, they never apologized for doing an awful job the first time. I was in a rush after getting my hair done in Winter Park and I stopped by Posh Nails where Tony helped me and he did a fantastic job! The whole team was involved and helped me get everything I wanted done to my acrylic set! Terrible SNS dip powder nail job, the nail "tech" left it uneven and took three hours to do. Super expensive and no matter how much you explain what you want done on you nails it's hard for them to understand, so take a translator with you or you'll end up with something you didn't want and worst part, it won't even be nice looking and you'll pay way too much 4 it. I have been going to this place since it opened and loved it.  Today I experienced the worst pedicure ever.  The girl had no experience and did not even push down the cuticle.  The massage was non existent and the water was cold .  She did care. Came here with a group (with a reservation!) during the week. I stress during the week because you'd think it wouldn't be as busy but still, made an appointment to be sure so all (10) of us could be seated at the same time and such. Yeah, not so much....So we arrive about 15 minutes late, we called to warn them because our group was staggered in traffic sadly. I called and they said no problem, just come on in. When I arrived, 3 girls were already sat doing manicures and one sat at pedicures, the rest of us had to wait because they were not staffed for us plus walk ins.I was started on after 10 minutes or so of waiting, but between two people that weren't in my group. When there were chairs available next to our one group member getting a pedicure..... this is where it just got worse.I was finally given a pricing menu and decided upon a gel manicure and spa pedicure. So far it was relaxing, but I was by myself while others waited to be tended too or were getting manicures. During the pedicure, the attendant cutting my cuticles ended up cutting them too low several times causing me to bleed. I asked her to stop and to not bother cutting more and just push them back but she persisted. I asked for a paper towel or something for it to stop bleeding and she just wiped it away with her towel, And kept going. Now I'm not one to normally keep quite but I'm not about to disturb  the rest of my group. She finished the pedicure and motions for me to follow her for the manicure. Note, one toe is still lightly bleeding and I get a paper towel to dry it myself.The manicure was fine. I wanted a simple French done since it was a wedding and she said it would be hard to do since I had short nails. I asked if she could do it but she just said it would be hard and look weird but would try anyway. Uh, thanks I guess? I didn't have short nails, I had growth just past my finger tips so, the tips were there. She ended up cutting them all down and them making a thick white block. I told her it looked too thick and asked if it could be thinner and she just signed and did it anyway. I was knocked again during my manicure and this time she cleaned it.When it was all done, the rest of my group were split up everywhere, some manicures were started, the rest were finishing pedicures. Our bride was just then getting started and a bridesmaid was still waiting by the time I was done. There were several others waiting in the couch by this point and everyone who was there before my group arrived, were still being worked on. It looks like they only had planned for 5 of us at a time to be worked on. As I'm about to pay, I noted the bleeding to who was checking me out (not the same as who did my mani pedi,) and she just nodded and said okay. She asked what I had done so I pointed them out in her menu, and the pointed out I never got my massage and asked if it was leg or foot and she said it was both. I got neither. I paid $65 (not including tip, even though I wish I hadn't at this point) which is a good deal in the area. Just not worth it I feel. When I looked at the. Time I realized I been there barely an hour, 57 minutes really. I sent a text to a girl saying just parked, and noticed the time on the receipt.Overall, I would not choose this place over my normal. They seem unorganized and unconcerned with appointments and who they get, so long as the chair is filled and money rolls in. It gets two stars because of the price and what seems like good quality, I'll have to see how long this last though.Pros: clean looking, lots of color options, full pricing menu (when you ask for it, not listed anywhere).Cons: Staff were incredibly rushed (gel mani and pedi in less than an hour?!) my cuticles were cut too low and cause bleeding , staff never apologized, never received massage listed in pedicure. HANDS DOWN MY GO TO NAIL SALON !!!!! I travel 30mins just to come here about every 2 weeks !!! The staff is amazing and service impeccable  i feel so relaxed and taken care of every single time I step through the door. I was nervous because some of the reviews were kinda rough and I just had a horrible nail experience elsewhere - I LOVE this place! Very clean and modern and the staff was super friendly. They did a great job on my nails and had a lot of gel color to choose from. They seemed a little timid to go too outside their comfort zone with more wild nail designs but that's ok! Small but very clean and organized nail salon. The customer service was ok at first....I felt rushed and the front desk lady was a bit short with me. But after I sat down to get my pedicure and got situated, the lady who did my pedi was very nice and attentive. I was offered something to drink, which is always thoughtful. Posh nails is the only place I will go! Ly is absolutely amazing! She makes great recommendations on colors based on my past choices. The staff will get to know you by name and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Besides Ly being absolutely fabulously, the reason I love it so much is how clean it is. 4 stars for reasonable prices, an attractive interior and quality stylists. I came here with a friend to get pedicures. We made reservations an hour beforehand and they were very accommodating. The salon is part of a little plaza and it has plenty of parking, which is a big plus in Winter Park. The interior of the salon is very cute. One of the walls is lined in faux-stone and there are a lot of dark wood accents. It's very clean and the pedicure nails are new and comfortable. I was very impressed with their nail polish selection. It wasn't massive, but it had very quality bottles and lots of interesting tones. For example, I had just seen a cool reflective purple and green shade on Buzzfeed (don't judge) and they had one that looked exactly like it! The prices were pretty reasonable. It was $30 per pedicure and we got the slightly upgraded ones. The lady doing my pedicure did a great massage at the end, but she was a bit brusque. For example, as soon as she was done, she said "you pay now?" Yes, obviously I will pay, but I'm not even out of my chair yet... Everyone else was super nice and my friend did not get the same hurried response when she was finished. Also, they don't have a place to dry your toes or any of the lights. Great new nail salon in the Winter Park area! I was looking for a new nail spot in my area and have definitely found it! The interior is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a "bar" area for manicures with comfy chairs where you can relax. The table has individual built in drying lights which is super convenient for quick drying when you're on the go! On the other side of the room there is a row of large comfortable pedicure chairs with massaging and reclining. All the seats face a wall with multiple large TV's for your enjoyment. There is also pretty good music playing in the background. I really like the atmosphere at this place.I always feel very welcomed when I walk in. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Lee is the owner and she is very nice every time I come in. There are multiple people who remember me which is always a great feeling! I am extremely picky and particular about my acrylic nails. Lee did my acrylics the first time and I was very worried that she would totally hate me bc of how picky I am. But no! She did everything exactly how I asked and I totally love them!!! Hugh did my second acrylic fill and also did a phenomenal job! You can tell that they have a lot of experience when doing nails and truly enjoy what they do. I'm especially happy that they don't mind my being picky!!One thing that is very important to me is being able to tell the person who is doing my nails exactly what I want and feeling comfortable telling them if I don't like something. I have most certainly found that here at Posh Nails! I plan on returning every two weeks or as needed for my acrylic fills and will definitely have to try out a pedicure here sometime!
