I usually go to this nail salon and I never had a problem. Three weeks ago I went for a pedicure and Rose (nail tech) started working with me, she was really rough, She cut my toenail and I started bleeding. After that I was bleeding for 3 days. So I gave them a chance and I went to the salon today, 3 weeks after, not for a pedicure, but for an acrylic full set, then Kelly, a different technician started working with me and I was ok, then another customer came and Lilly (the technician that was working with me) told me to wait because she needed to attend an appointment, I said ok, no problem but then she told me that Rose ( the rude and rough lady) was gonna take care of me, I was mad but I didn’t say anything because I was giving her a chance, but never again. She is really rough! She begin by pulling my hands, pushing her nails down into my nails really hard, I told her that she was hurting me and she seemed to be mad and didn’t not apologize to me, she make me wait for her while she was texting on her phone. I came in to get an acrylic fill and reshape. The woman who did my nails was rushing and did a sloppy, awful job in less than 15 minutes. My nail shape is extremely crooked, as if very little effort was put in. The customer service was the worst I've experienced. The women doing my nails was either on the phone as she was painting my nails, or stopped what she was doing at least every 2 minutes, to look at the TV, or talk to her friends. When she was finished, she did nothing but point at the fan, and walked away to catch up with her friends. So I awkwardly sat there, attempting to dry my nails with a tiny 3inch fan, without being told how long to stay or really what I was supposed to do. I specifically asked for the SNS nail application but the nail tech kept trying to push gel nails, after telling her no twice she finally agreed to give me the SNS powder (I should have left right then and there), toward the end of the application I see her take out a nail polish titled Gel top coat and puts it on my nails and then proceeds to put my hands under the UV light gel machine. They have never done that for my SNS nail application she stated it would help it dry faster. Because she is the professional I trusted her and now I am so upset it hasn’t even been a week and my nails are dull and look worn, I get the SNS application because the shininess last so long, but what really upsets me is that she lied to my face after I told her multiple time I DO NOT WANT GEL!!! She also had the audacity to talk to me like she was doing me a favor by using the UV light machine, but the absolute worse part is that they did the same thing my mother. Kelly did my SNS application and Rose did my mother’s application. The only positive thing is that Rose gave my mom a great pedicure. I am shocked by some of the negative reviews. I have been going to Lee Nail & Spa for a pedicure for almost two years and have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly, always ask if I want something to drink, and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Don't quite understand the comments about being dirty, as I have seen the girls clean and spray down the pedicure tubs after every use. I love the large assortment of colors of nail polish to choose from. My girlfriend was in town visiting from Las Vegas, and I took her for a pedicure for her birthday and she told me "that was the best pedicure" she ever had. Thank you Lee Nail & Spa staff. Read Less

I arrived here 35 minutes before they closed with a friend for a gel polish for each of us and the owner seemed so mad at us for coming in instead of welcoming some business before they close. I get it, they want to go home but the entire time I felt like a bother and he was very rude. The nail tech asked me to select another color of polish so she could finish up and when I did the owner shooed me to sit back down in my chair it was just rude. $25 for a gel polish change is ridiculous, NOT A MANICURE whaaaat?? I agree with the other reviews about Rose. I had a fill and a pedicure and she spent the entire pedi talking with another girl and barely payed attention to my feet. Didn't cut my toenails or even ask. Doesn't clean under the toenail-just barely touches it. Just doesn't seem to care nor give a quality experience. While doing my fill I bled 3 times on 3 different fingers. On my thumb she cut so close to the nail bed I jumped. No apologies. No attempt to put something on it. My mom and I went in to get a mani pedi / Fill-in on Friday afternoon. We walk in and after about 4-5 minutes of just standing there a woman came over to us and ask what we were there for. After the exchange we were directed to a booth and pedi chair... while getting my nails done 2 other women one on either side of me sit and IMMEDIATELY are asked if they'd like a bottle of water or glass of wine. Now I'm thinking wait a minute what's going on here?!?! But I don't say anything. I finish up my gel mani, (which was horrible because the tech had an awful attitude because I asked her to do things she wasn't doing And to also change the polish because it was basically finished) While waiting for my moms pedicure to dry a man walks in and is IMMEDIATELY asked how he was and what could be done for him. He says pedicure, is taken to his pedi chair and asked if he'd like a glass of wine? At this point I am fuming because neither my mother nor I had been offered ANYTHING. I didn't want to make a big deal about it. I figured there was something more to it. 3-5 minutes later an older lady walks in and was HASTLY attended to and given a cup of tea/coffee (not sure witch one, it was hot liquid). I couldn't believe my eyes. We were definitely being discriminated against and it made me feel like complete garbage. I wanted to undo this whole visit. I'll NEVER go back to this place. This was my second time here. I opted for the deluxe pedi which was an extra 5$ including hot towels and aloe gel instead of lotion at the end. She asked what I wanted and tried to get me to get a gel mani too which I replied maybe. ( she forgot at the end anyways)Then, my nail tech immediately asked how pregnant I was and when I told her she said I looked big for how far along I was...thanks because I don't already feel like a whale.. much appreciated! My tech I'm sure didn't think I noticed ,but forgot until she was ready to paint that I had asked for the deluxe pedi. When she remembered ( girl next to me had hot towels to remind her) she went to the back grabbed two Luke warm towels and wrapped around my legs while she painted my toes. It felt terrible the towels got cold immediately and she never used the aloe in my legs which was part of the extra charge. She also vigorously scrubbed my legs with exfoliant which hurt. I just wanted it all to be over and was hoping at least my nails looked good at the end. I guess that was wishful thinking because my nails weren't straight like I asked and the polish was sloppy. The entire service was rushed as she left me in the chair with literally one toe separator on as she hurried to take a gel service. I was never asked if I wanted a drink either as the other techs had done next to me. Then to my amazement I was charged for the deluxe pedi . ( I suppose 2 min of Luke warm towels on your legs is worth 5$ to her) But  the girl who sat before me was still being serviced with lots of hot towels and massaging as I stood at the front desk already dried and waiting to pay. The whole service was maybe 30 min. Including paying. Wasn't worth the extra money. It literally accomplished nothing more than wasting my time today. I will go somewhere else next time. Prices are reasonable and place is sanitary . But .... the service absolutely sucks . The nail techs are rude and don't even speak to you. I was going here for over a year and everything was okay except the time where one of the nail techs cured my gel nails wrong . All of my nails had bubbles are were peeling off the next day. I called in to simply ask for them to be fixed , and when I came in they denied my service for "complaining ". Came for a pedicure. They have four different kinds, I got the third one which was $35. I believe the more expensive one is $5-10 more. Everyone was very nice when I got there, the lady who did my pedicure did a fantastic job. And she was so nice. They offered me something to drink. I recently went on here to look at the reviews and I saw that someone recommended Rose, so I made an appointment with her hoping that she would do an amazing job. I told her I wanted nude coffin tip nails and after that she had no conversation with me. She was constantly talking to her coworkers and pulled out her phone many times to show her coworkers something and I thought that was rude. She's doing a pretty decent job on my nails and she ended up cutting my pinky and I quickly pulled it away and said "ow! sorry..."  But she never said anything like sorry or told me it's not my fault. So now she's getting ready to paint my nails and she does it so sloppy, I feel like an 8 year old painted them. And she seemed like she was rushing at this point. I also got stung by a jellyfish on my hand and told her to just ignore it. While she was painting my nails one of her coworkers come up and I'm assuming she asked about my hand and Rose just started pointing my at and telling her about it so it made me some what embarrassed and I felt that it was a bit rude. I'll never go back to this place. I've been to much better and I would recommend to only come here if you want nails that look like a kid did them. I went to Lee Spa Nails because of a gift certificate I received. I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. From the prices posted, I calculated only needing to spend 5 dollars along with the value of the gift certificate. After they saw my gift certificate, they started hacking up the prices to get me to pay more money. Okay, whatever, they want cash. I decided against french nails and they sat me down to begin. I'm pretty loosey goosey when I go in to get my nails done. I let them completely jerk my hand around to do whatever they need to do. Well, the technician started painfully twisting a couple of my fingers around to get a good angle. It didn't really seem necessary and was pretty uncomfortable. Two of the nails are very slightly crooked, it's harder to tell once the polish is on so I didn't make a big fuss about it. Other than that the nails look pretty good and she listened to everything I wanted done.The last thing that keeps this from getting four or five stars is the way she approached me about getting other services done. To me, when you say "honey, would you like your eyebrows done" that already says to me that my eyebrows are messy and need a little work. After I decline, you don't need to go into detail about how bad they look and make me feel even more self conscious, which is exactly what she did. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! DIRTY AND UNSANITARY!I've been debating internally for a week now on how to rate these people and am having a hard time deciding. I was going to go with 2 stars to split the difference because she did a good job painting, but now that I have issues a week later, there's no way I can justify anything higher than 1.They were open late on a Tuesday and were able to get me in for a mani-pedi at 7:15 pm. Perfect. Even though every nail place insists you get a pedicure first, I always request to do my manicure first, so my nails are dry by the time I leave. I got some pushback to my request, but after a minute, I won.Manicure:After the soaking and cuticle scraping came the 'let me cut off the dead skin' phase. The lady doing my nails (I didn't catch her name) was going so fast and hard, that she bypassed the dead skin and cut into my finger. It hurt, I bled, and I got an 'oops' instead of a 'sorry.'  When it came to shaping the nail, she went right in to filing. I asked her to cut them, I wanted them shorter, and she said she could make them shorter by filing. I asked her again to cut them and she reluctantly agreed. The hand massage was lackluster and it was annoying to have to hold my arm up and lean across the table than it was a good massage, so it would have been better to not have had one at all. After the massage, she sprayed my hands with alcohol to get the lotion off my nails, and holy hell did it burn the wound on my finger. No comment or response to my "Ow!"The paint job was okay. She missed the sides of two nails, but overall she did a decent job. Pedicure:There was already an inch of water at the bottom from when they tried to have me do the pedicure first. I sat down and was about to but my feet in when I saw stuff floating on the top of the water and someone's toenail hanging on to the side of the tub. GROSS! I told her that it was dirty and she stared at me. I again said that the tub was dirty and that I wasn't going to put my feet in there. She hastily got up, drained the water, rinsed it out, and asked if that was good enough. I said no, that I'd like for it to actually be cleaned and sanitized and she started yelling at her coworkers in a language I didn't understand. (I got the suspicion that she wasn't too thrilled with me... lol) She came back with a sponge and soap and washed the tub. It still wasn't 100% but I felt like a scene had been made and I didn't want to cause any further disruption, so I sat. I wanted to leave, and should have, but felt obligated to stay after all that.I closed my eyes and enjoyed the massage chair for a while, which was nice. That was a mistake because when I looked down, she was scrubbing my foot with a used scrubber! There was a new one sitting there, which I assumed she would use, but she opted for the old nasty used one. GROSS! Yours scrubbing my feet with the same device you used to scrub the dead skin off of someone else's foot? That is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I pulled my foot away and skipped the rest of that portion of the pedicure. She them gave me another half-assed massage, painted my toes, and I was on my way. I took off the toe separators too quickly and wiped off all the polish on one of my toes. I went back inside and she re-painted that toe without any reservation. I appreciated that.Here's my breakdown:3 stars for decent paint job and repainting messed up toe.2 stars for making me feel like a jerk for wanting my hands done before my feet and for giving me a hard time when I asked her to cut my nails in addition to filing them.1 star for making me bleed and then spraying the open cut with rubbing alcohol, for the dirty and unsanitary pedicure stations, for giving me grief when I asked her to clean it, for not actually cleaning it the first time, using an old dirty sponge to clean it the second time, for using an old dirty used foot scrubber on my feet, and for not seeing anything wrong with any of this.Here I am a week later, and I have itchy peeling feet. I don't know if it was from the dirty tub or the dirty scrubber, but they made my feet gross!! Athlete's foot medicine seems to be working but I shouldn't have to use that after a pedicure! It's gross and embarassing and very uncomfortable.I know I should have left immediately after being given a dirty tub, but silly me didn't want to be rude, cause a scene, or be disrespectful. I was being nice and now I'm paying the cost. Never again will I make that mistake! Read Less

I got a luxury mani+pedi service which costed $45 and ended up spending a total of $60 including tips. I absolutely love this place! I've been to my fair share of nail salons throughout the Orlando area and am used to feeling rushed in and out the door. I've been to Lee Spa Nails at least 5 times now and gave up going anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and professional, and definitely take their time. Also, I've never once made an appointment and havent had to wait any longer than about 5 minutes to get in. Oh, and it's CLEAN! Very important!I've only gotten manicures and pedicures here, so I can't speak for their waxing or other services. But I'm a return customer for sure! Read Less

Today my mom and  I   went in to  get our nails done (obviously)  usually  the service  is  really  good  but today wasn't  up to par. The woman who gave me   my manicure clipped my cuticle so low they began to   bleed and didn't  even notice  until she started painting them! Not to mention my mother's  pedicure didn't  go over well on her part either. Her water was way to hot and the  woman doing her toes continuously  pulled her toes in an unpleasant  manner, afterwards  my mom was supposed  to  have  a  manicure  as well. Instead  she waited at a station for  thirty minutes  and nobody came to   her. Everyone  was  too busy attending to customers  that kept walking in. In all honesty  we will not return there! My first time here. I was referred by a girlfriend of mine. It's a small salon, so you'll have to wait for a little bit on Saturdays. I crave coming to this nail salon!  Everyone here is so sweet and accommodating.  It is upscale and very clean.  It does not have the overwhelming, headache inducing stench of most nail salons.  They offer a range of options in pedicures, manicures, gel and acrylics, threading and waxing, facials, etc.  Their prices are fair also.  I've never had to make an appointment coming here, and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes.  I LOVE this place!
