Horrible horrible customer service! As I sat there getting my nails done I very politely asked the man doing my nails (who is also the OWNER) to do things differently and the way I like my nails to be shaped and length. He was so rough, did not speak to me and cut me on three different fingers. He KNEW I wasnt happy with the way they looked. Finally I go to pay and I told him I was very unhappy and voiced my concerned in which he gave me 0 response. Of course I still paid and tipped. Then I work up the courage to call back a couple hours later to ask for either a refund or a nail nail tech to fix my nails. They said they don’t do refunds but they’ll fix my nails. I go into the salon and they’re “too busy”. Now that’s just a waste of $40. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Now i’ll be going to ANOTHER salon to get them compelled soaked off and re done. So pathetic!!! This place is wack my husband paid for my nails as a birthday gift and I got them done here for the first time and in 2 days one of my thumb nails broke I went to fix it and then the next day 2 more nails broke. This place is by far the worst place to get a pedicure. With the basic pedicure you get nothing, the techs do a half ass job of filing etc. You get no hot towel and they're not friendly. I will never be returning here and suggest no one does either. Terrible Read Less

Favorite nail salon in Winter Park. Quality over quantity at this salon. The ladies here take their time, even if there are lots of people waiting. I have been cominghere every month for an eyebrow wax for the past two years -- and it is only $7. Who can beat that? The manager has done my nails (acrylic) and she does a tremendous job. I have gone here twice in the past month.  The first time there was no wait (which I now see why).  My nails were not but to be a consistent length and they were filed crooked.  Some nails were square and some were more rounded.  The gel polish which typically lasts me 3 weeks, peeled after 5 days.  I went back because I wanted to give it a second chance since the location is so great for my lunch breaks.  Again, no wait.  The gel polish was done way too thick and there are imperfections all over the place. I had the clear coat all over the tops of my fingers that I had to peel off myself  The polish again chipped after less than a week.  Also, the UV machines they use were propped up on books and very uncomfortable to use because you had nothing to rest your hand on, it was just floating in the air.  The place doesn't feel very clear either, both times I saw bugs crawling around.  Needless to say I will not be going back.  Maybe they are great at pedicures, which is what most of the people were getting, but certainly not gel polish. They are the BEST place to get your eyebrows done. I can't say the same for nails, since I haven't done it with them but they're legit the only place that do my eyebrows well each and every time I arrive. They're always quick to see me and then spend their time making sure the service provided isn't botchy. 100% would recommend for eyebrows Read Less

I've been getting my nails done off and on for 13 years and have never found a place that will give me the natural look that Ive always wanted. Lynn is THE BEST nail Technician I have ever encountered. This is my second visit to her and Each time she has made my nails feel natural and look natural. She uses unique techniques to shape each nail perfectly; Its like watching a true artist at work. The basic pedicure is amazing, I almost fell asleep both times. I've paid extra for foot massages that where not even as good as their basic one. I can't imagine what the deluxe pedi would be like but I'm going back to find out. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the prices are the cheapest that I've ever found. $22 for the pedi and $30 for my nails; you can't beat that! I found my nail spot! This place was very nice! Everyone was super-friendly, and they did a great job. I treated my friends to pedicures here for their birthdays. It was $22 for a basic pedicure, but they were pretty thorough. I really liked how they unpackaged new tools for each person! And my feet were incredibly soft afterwards! Read Less
