I was pretty disappointed in my manicure today. I have been to this location previously, when I lived closer to the area and always had a decent experience. I had to rush in to get a simple manicure to shorten my nails for work. The woman who did my nails was pleasant enough, but seemed  very rushed. I didn't mind because I was in a rush as well. It's not very clear in the picture, but there's a big divot in the middle of the thumb and none of the superfluous polish that was on my skin got cleaned up. Read Less

Cute hole in the wall...literally almost passed it on my way the place across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Space is clean and modern. I have been coming here for awhile and always have a good experience. Wednesday though was awesome!! I had Natalie do my my gel manicure and pedicure. She was fast and accurate, did a great job on both the mani and pedi. She also was able to get my nails exactly as the pic I showed her which was a first for me!! I really enjoyed this nail salon and I found it by mistake.. Tim is really good with ingrown nails and acrylic gel nails! Mimi is very gentle and a sweetheart. She made sure I got everything I wanted cause I demand a lot. Tim has good conversation and kept me laughing cause I ask outrageous things cause he's Vietnamese & I'm Haitian so we talked about our cultural differences... I really enjoyed it. Went in for a quick lip waxing, my first and this place was recommended by my best friend. They got me into the room within 5 minutes and I was out within another 7 mins or so. The gal came in, zip zip did the waxing and I was on my way. It was just $7 and poof, less hairy. Lots of ladies were sitting there getting their nails done. Read Less

The only salon I go to. I usually see Mary and she does an amazing job. I went last week and had someone else do my gel nails; they ended up uneven and a couple broke shortly thereafter. I made an appointment to get them fixed and the owner, Gwen, looked at my nails and told me she would take care of the issue free of charge. She fixed the broken nails, re-sealed the other nails, and re-shaped all of them. I was told the nail technician that did my nails the previous week had been let go because of the quality of her work. Great customer service and great quality of work. I came in with a botched gel manicure from a different salon, and Gwen absolutely SAVED me! She kept assuring me that she would take care of me and that I would be 100% happy when I left, and she delivered! Gwen took her time with my manicure, and even described the things she was doing to explain her process to me vs. where the other salon went wrong. My nails came out amazing, she took a personal interest in learning my name and a little bit about me, and she even gave me her personal cell phone number for my future appointments. I really love this little salon. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Decor: They recently got an overhaul and they upgraded all of their pedicure chairs. Lookin' good!Prices: I think their prices are reasonable and they're the least expensive (of the few nail spots I rotate through)Services: They seem to offer quite a few options, though I'm usually a plain Jane with just a mani-pedi.Crowd: Like any salon, they're busiest on the weekends. I went in to this salon to get a new set of acrylics when I couldn't drive up to my normal salon. The salon was pretty busy, but I was sat with a tech within 5 minutes. I explained what I wanted (almond shaped), and even showed the tech a picture. I had a feeling that I wasn't going to be getting what I wanted because she instantly tried to talk me into doing square nails (because they would "look better") and I was right. I wish she had just said that she wasn't great at that shape and let me wait for someone who could have done it, because that's clearly what the issue was. The acrylic was very sloppy, I left with random clumps of acrylic on my fingers and under the nails, and the extensions put on my thumb nails were too large and cracked within a few days. I definitely won't be returning. The only pro I can think of with this place is that they have a really great selection of polish colors and the place is pretty clean. Read Less

To the pregnant lady customer on the cell phone complaining this morning about how your friends "only" spent $40 on your baby shower gifts- you are an ungrateful, entitled and inconsiderate moron. I wish this Salon had a no cell phone policy because it seems people no longer have any manners. Good place to get your nails done. I went on a Tuesday at 5:30pm and they were packed. However I was in a pedi chair within minutes. They have lot of regular and gel colors and did a good job on my feet. My gel polish nails also look great. She did my cuticles a little too much for me, but I'll just ask for less next time. The prices seem about $5 higher than what I'm used to (but I just moved to Orlando, so it might be the going rate here). All in all, clean salon, fast friendly service...will be back. Read Less

They don't seem to do a lot of specialty designs. I asked for ombre and they couldn't do it. It's an extremely busy salon that seems to overbook itself. People with appointments still  had to wait. They seem to work quickly maybe due to simple painting? They were friendly enough. Was confused on pricing since it is ousted $8 for a polish change but I got charged $20? I didn't feel like arguing. Went here right before Christmas with two of my coworkers, one of which is constantly raving about the girl who does her nails every time. First impression upon walking in the door was 1-wow, this place is busy. 2-very stylishly decorated. 3-very crowded reception area. Everything seems seriously clean, which is always a plus. It's pretty well lit, and like I mentioned, pretty stylishly decorated. My gripe about this place was mainly in regards to the girl who did my nails. I had a gel manicure from my normal place, and to remove gels, they take a file to your nail and file off the polish from your nail. She did it so much that it hurt... a lot. I've had gels removed before without this much pain. Once she actually did my nails, she did an awesome job. She didn't cut them too short. The color was great, and it kept for almost 3 weeks! I went here last night after work with a girlfriend for a little TLC. I really enjoyed my experience thanks to a few good things, but there was only 1 (slightly serious) issue that I had. First off, let me say how clean everything is here! It was a pretty busy salon, but the salon is fairly big so it didn't feel crowded. Everything seemed very new there. The massage chairs where you get your pedicures done are amazing! But I think my favorite part was that they had HGTV playing, so I could live vicariously through haughty couples battling it out on "Love It or List It". I really liked my technician. She did a great job on my french pedicure and my feet were so soft after my Basic Pedicure. Since I'm a skater and I actually value the callouses on my feet, I really appreciated the fact that she asked me if I'd like her to exfoliate them off. Oh, and she gave me wine!My only complaint is that when she was doing my gel manicure, she was a little rough with trimming my cuticles. I was nipped two or three times, which was a little much. Other than that, my gel manicure looks beautiful and my toes are gorgeous!UPDATE: My gel manicure lasted so long with no chips that the only reason I had to go back was because it was three weeks later and my nails had grown out. This time, I opted for just a gel polish change which they did in one hour (I needed to soak the old polish off) and costs only $20. A week later, my nails are still chip free and looking great! I am very impressed with the job that they do, and although I normally do my own gel nails I am very happy to find this place for those times when I just don't have time to do them myself. Read Less
