I highly recommend getting a mani/pedi from Vi as she took her time and made sure that I was happy, right down to testing different nail colors to find the one that was just right. I was treated with such kindness and specific detailed care at VIP Nails and will definitely be returning!

I have been there 3 times . Always was very happy . Was there on Tuesday and the girl that did my mani and pedi told me my nails were dry and I could go by the time I got home I had ruins 4 nails . 2 ...
I have been there 3 times . Always was very happy . Was there on Tuesday and the girl that did my mani and pedi told me my nails were dry and I could go by the time I got home I had ruins 4 nails . 2 on each hand . Not sure if I will go back again or not .

I was excited to try this place out as i have been very disappointed in the last 5 places i have been to get my eyebrows done, so many ppl have recommended this place to me, i walked in this morning, ...
I was excited to try this place out as i have been very disappointed in the last 5 places i have been to get my eyebrows done, so many ppl have recommended this place to me, i walked in this morning, signed my name and waited 45 minutes without being acknowledged, first off in running this type of business u should be greeted when u walk in, 45 minutes and god knows how much longer i would have waited is uncalled for to get just ur eyebrows done and sitting there the whole time without being acknowledged is just plan out ridiculous, so after my 45 minutes of waiting i decided to just get up and leave being very disappointed in not being able to see what good work yall do from what im told, idk if ill be back to find out or not.

I went and got dip, pedi, and wax... I enjoyed everything but the pedi... it wasnt the best.

Really disappointed in how fast my pedicure was and when I asked for something I was told I didn't need that, but I did and wanted it! And I brought my daughter and got her a pedicure as well and they didn't put her in the kid chair so my daughter asked why she couldn't sit there! And when I paid to leave I told them they really should have asked my daughter if she wanted to sit there instead of putting her next to me and she kind have double talked me and really didn't apologize for that Bc I paid for her to have the experience!

This place is fantastic! I've tried all the nail salons in Lake Wales, Avon Park and Sebring...none of then can compete with this place! I drive from Frostproof to get my nails done here and it's wort...

My wife and I decided to try VIP Nails for pedicures. Were were both completed in approximately 30 minuets. That's the fastest pedicure I ever had. We were looking for a new place to take out business...
My wife and I decided to try VIP Nails for pedicures. Were were both completed in approximately 30 minuets. That's the fastest pedicure I ever had. We were looking for a new place to take out business to and to send our referrals. The cost was more than the other places in and around Winter Haven.
This was a perfect opportunity for VIP to obtain more customers. Opportunity missed!
