Went to get a pedi today. Signs everywhere they want cash for tips because they don’t want to pay taxes on their tips. Lee was my lady. She forgot to use the citrus to exfoliate my legs and when the employee next to her told her she forgot she looked at me and said sorry and hit herself in the head. Then the guy dumped the citrus clump right in my water. Then Lee sneezes in her glove, wipes her glove on her pants, and then proceeded with my pedi. Gross! Won’t be going back! My girlfriend and I wanted to go get pedicures and we went to another nail salon that didn’t treat us very well. So we decided to go and try this one.When we walked in we were greeted and Shown a chair immediately we started picking out colors while they started to put water in the pedicure tub. We were just talking amongst ourselves and I got a gentleman to do my toes and he was not very friendly but he kept to himself. My friend got a woman to work on her toes and she kinda gave the same vibe. Every time you or my girlfriend had a question we would have to repeat it to someone who could give us an answer, Our nails look good but the service could be better. We both got gel pedicure’s and they were more expensive at this place and I’ve paid before. My friend who is getting a pedicure also had the lady put the light on her feet for the gel polish and would mess up her nail every time she had to get it done like three times and after the first time the lady Chyna gave her a look even though my friend hasn’t moved. When she started to redo it then she started speaking and their language and I don’t think she was very happy but I cannot be for sure. All in all our nails look good but they were overpriced. Went today with my daughter. Bigger selection of colors and thats where the positives stopped. Was trying to find color for daughter to match flower girl dress for tonight. Was hurried into chairs the lady who seemed to be in charge snatched the swatches out of my hand and said she could just use the bottle in my hand. Then put her hand on my daughters back and pushed her to go into the chair area. The older guy who was there directing personel wear to go took me to my chair. That was already filled with water. I put my foot in and it was cold. I told him it was cold and he "its ok put other foot in" he then tried to add hot water that didnt even get it to room temp. Heard 2 other people complain their water was cold. We sat there for a while. Woman was told by the older man to start my pedicure. She sat down and started to trim my nails then was told by woman to get up and start on another customer. This made the tech angry to which her and the the older guy and the other lady in charge started arguing. Another lady finall came and started mine and another lady started my daughters. They didnt ever set up movie for daughter. The lady doing mine barely did anything to my toes normally they clean out down beside my big toenails which they didnt. In the past when it was tips and toes they would put gel on calluses and then put foot in bag and let it sit while they did other foot. Then switch and get the callused areas. That didnt happen. The lady did the massage on my legs then started hitting then which I'm used to but not over bone. If you've never been hammer punched on both sides of tour ankle right over the bone lucky you. Punches to the shin bone are also not relaxing. Then the lady rinsed my legs with cold water. The wax was put on my feet with booties, however was taken off before it had even had time to dry. It was still mainly liquid in the bag. I had been several times with my daughter when it was tips and toes and it always took more time for mine then it did my daughter. By about 10-15min. I had to wait on my daughter to be finished. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Horrible organization from management. Only reason I stayed was we were crunched for time and I didn't have time to find another place that does children. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Read Less

I've been here twice for a mani/pedi and it has quickly become my favorite nail salon!I work out a lot and play a lot of sports, so my feet need a lot of love -- the nail technicians are really thorough and spend extra time making sure my hands/feet look and feel their best. Lindsey was my latest tech and she did an amazing job!The salon, itself, is large and clean.  I haven't had to wait more than a minute or two for them to prep a chair.Some neat perks include the complimentary scented baths and scrubs for your pedicure. I choose the citrus because I love the way it smells, but they also offer lavender and mint. Also, callous removal, parrafin wax treatment, and a hot towel are all included with a basic mani/pedi.I just left the place and already can not wait to return next month! Read Less

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Sandy has to be the absolute worst nail tech I have ever met. My nails are ruined, one is bleeding! None are filed the same and they are lumpy and thick with the no length to my nail at all.. my fingers have never hurt this much after getting them done. Go anywhere but here! Read Less

Made a appointment for my 2 girls and I simply because I was told by staff how busy it would be. It was far from busy, and after my experience I know why. Per usual for Florida, a storm came through that continued to blow the salon front door open......which they didn't seem to be concerned about. It was a little shocking giving the rain and wind we were getting. My tech got up multiple times during my full set, didn't want to do French tips(telling me how "old fashioned" they are), and many of my tips were crooked. I was NOT happy with my nails. First time here. Walked in and no wait. The salon is beautiful and everything was clean. I had a deluxe pedicure and gel/shellac manicure. I loved that they match the gel color to regular color. I typically go with the same on toes and fingers. My color was Plum It Up - both in 408. The staff was extremely friendly. Kim greeted and seated me and Mary was my technician for both mani and pedi. She was fabulous. The price was shockingly low! I just moved here (temporarily) from Atlanta and the price difference for the same service left me in shock. I ABSOLUTELY love this salon-- and this is coming from a VERY picky person when it comes to getting her nails done.I'm being serious when I say- I've been looking for a place like this for YEARS ! I couldn't even find a place like this in Los Angeles.When I first walked in- I got a friendly greeting (surprise), I noticed the grand interior design- I don't really care about how the inside looks, but I was blown away- it was very charming and cute decor. You have a large selection of regular and gel polish, as well as exfoliators. The place is kept clean and the people are nice and easy to communicate with.I had my acrylic done by Iena. She is gentle and detail oriented. I love her! Pedicure wasn't the same was my sister, who was sitting next to me.  She got a guy, I got Nancy, who was rude, not very nice at all and with out a doubt didn't care about customer service.  Nancy would do the manicure while I was having the pedicure.  Other staff didn't have a problem doing manicures while they were getting pedicure.  This so called employee was rude and other employee didn't want to get involved.  I won't go back because management can't get their employee (Nancy) under control or fire her.  I know others who need a job and could fill her shoes.  What the heck happened to customer service. Pretty good pedicure but the wait is so long all the time. They are also not very nice and do not seem to care if they are doing a good job or not. Make sure to ask if you don't want them to do your manicure during your pedicure,  they may or may not agree. Read Less

2nd experience here don't pay $45 for the delux pedi. Unless you like getting your head smacked and beat on during the head/neck massage part. I guess anything goes behind the curtain. Today the heavy metal cuticle tool dropped into the bowl, hit my foot, and cut it. Ouch! And what is the green liquid they use to stop the bleeding? This place is awesome! It's the biggest salon in winter haven. Also the most relaxing, they give you a nice arm and shoulder massage, and their massage chairs actually work! No need to wait for more than 5 minutes I was taken care of immediately. Didn't have much time either so they had 2 people work on me at the same time. I always get gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes it was $65 with a design. Totally worth it too, they have the largest selection of gel color I've ever seen. Lindsey did a great job on my St. Pattys day nails, and I'll definitely be going back to see her. Everyone was nice, service was fast but thorough my hands and feet are so soft. Tips and toes is a hidden gem, I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't been there to give it a try. The service that you get there is remarkable,  there is a lot of different services that they offer along with a huge nail polish selection! I got shellac done by Lindsey and it was absolutely beautiful and it lasted three weeks. They are awesome! They took me right away and they even included a paraffin wax on my hands with my gel nails. My nails were perfect and they lasted almost 3 full weeks. It's super clean and they are nice and very accommodating and make sure you are happy. I will always come here when I'm in winter haven. I wish I could bring this salon back to NYC. Read Less

The salon was clean and decorated on the inside.  The decor was not sun-damaged, and looked somewhat updated.  The staff was friendly and professional.  They wore white uniforms, which is a first in my experience with strip-mall nail salons.  There were at least 10 pedicure chairs. There were 4-6 manicure/nail desks.  My mother had to wait at least 10-15mins before someone could get to her nails, even though we made an appointment.  And they wouldn't sell me the OPI color that I wanted because it was the only one left in stock.  I was happy with my pedicure, and I'm fairly picky.  My mother was happy with her acrylics as well.
