I’m not one to write bad reviews, however as a business owner and someone who’s been in customer service for over 20 years, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The “boy” doing my pedicure became very rude when asked several questions. As a patron spending my hard earned money, I have every right to ask whatever questions I may have. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my life, I’m a male and came in with my fiancé she came in to get a set of nails and we both wanted pedicures, first off when she applied stuff on my girls fingers that burned her and she asked if it was supposed to hurt, the woman ignored her and kept on trucking, then after she put her nails on and put on the polish, when we looked at it we realized it wasn’t the kind we liked, my girl feels uncomfortable complaining so she said something to me and I mentioned it to the woman, who preceded to argue with me that that is what my girl wanted, I explained her her that it wasn’t what we thought it was and we would prefer something else, she then tells me that my girl was happy with it, I was the one who didn’t like it but whatever. She offered to paint over it Hut said if she were to remove the other polish she would charge us more. Onward to the next part of the debacle, we got to the pedicures, my water was cold the woman didn’t ask if I wanted warmer water and didn’t bother turning on the bubbles etc, I asked her if she could warm up the water she rolled her eyes and muttered something to the other women in what I assume was Vietnamese then turned on the water for about five seconds then shut it off again, long story short the pedicure was far from relaxing, nothing really stood out in the plus, I asked her to give a little attention to my heel callous, I’m in law enforcement and wear boots, she gave them each about 45 seconds of attention maybe, when she got to the end she applied the “hot stones” to one leg. My girls pedicure was not bad another woman took care of her apparently the woman who did her hands decided she was done and sat down next to my girl to play a game on her cell phone all the while talking to the woman working on my girls nails, you know that feeling that your being talked about in a foreign language right next to you? Yeah, when my girl asked the lady doing her toes if she could put a little polish on one of the nails on her finger because it got a little messed up, cue comment in Vietnamese from the woman sitting next to her, all in all a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience, never again. While there, I observed unhappy customers, employees arguing with a customer and each other, re-using dirty towel, tools, etc. I paid for what was started on my nails and left to go get them done somewhere else...hopefully a place with more professionalism, happy customers and a cleaner establishment. Being new to the area, I guess you live and learn where to take your business. No, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I needed a nail shop open on Sunday nearby and Regal came up. Upon entering, there was no greeting. Nothing. The guy asked me what I wanted. I replied a refill and pedicure. He directed me to pick a color. While I was searching he asked if I wanted gel and I told him yes. He then directed me away from the color that I was seeking and told me this was better. I asked him if he had an OPI brand and he interrupt me and told me that they were all the same and it didn't matter which brand because they all work the same. Well me knowing that wasn't true I went and Searched for the opi brand shellac. He was very aggressive as I am taking my time. He then says well look for a color all you want. I finally get in the chair and about 20 mins later here comes the lady. As she's cutting my toe nails and dry skin unnoticed she was going very lightly so I asked her if she would get the remainder. He then started talking to me in a rude manner as if I'm not a paying customer. I simply ansked her to remove the rest of the dead skin from my toes. Hang nails are silent killers lol. He told her to stop and told me I could leave if I didn't like the way that she was doing my toes.. he went on to say how she's been doing this for ten years....just because you have the experience doesn't mean you're completing the task to my standards as a paying customer. She told him that I didn't have to leave. Point is. The man that works in there is the worst. She completed the task that I asked her to w/o his input. I first came here three years ago when in town to visit my in-laws. I was skeptical to try somewhere new, but I didn't have time to get my usual mani/pedi at home before leaving on vacation. I keep coming back because the service is quick, attentive, and always good! They have a great selection of polishes and prices are much lower than some other places I've seen in Winter Haven. At only $52 for a spa pedicure with hot stones and wax dip and a gel manicure, it can't be beat for the service! Read Less

So I went for a full set and I had to get some old nails soak off so first he kept trying to tell me all I need is a feeling I would like a full set then as he was taking my nose off did he like take a chunk of my actual nail and then thought that I was going to pay for my services no sir the f*** is wrong people. My daughter got a simple, cheap manicure.$12.00. The lady that did her nails put gel nail polish on her nails without asking me. I had never done this before and did not know it would be extra. I go to check out and she is charging me $25.00. That was the same cost as a full set of gel nails!!  So she is not giving up at this point. She wants her money. Crazy! Not my mistake. I guess I'm suppose to pay for it though. So she said she would take $5 off. I'm still being charged for something I didn't want. So I pay because I am just being looked at and now there is a bunch of drama. So I call the manager at wal mart. They can't do anything. I call to speak to the manager. She told me to come up to the store. When I got there she said that the employees said I knew. Now I'm convincing her to believe me. Finally she offered to take off nail polish and redo them the way I want and give only the extra amount charged back. So now I have to wait for her to do them again.
