I was not happy with this place one bit . But bc it was the only one open on New year's Eve that was close to Bartow . My friend and I went . We get there and the lady made my friend sit on the other side of the salon . So we had to yell at each other across the room. All of Wal-Mart could hear what we were talking about. On top of that my friend had her nail polish come off of one her nails in less then 5 hours later. Remind you we didn't get fake nails so there was no reason why it came off . Plus I asked for a design and got a jewel that's not a design. If I wanted a jewel I would have said so . I'm by far not pleased with how our experience was with them . And it's not like this was my first time in a nail salon. Also it was like they were not up 2 date on some of the nail stuff bc I also asked if they had the Glow in the dark powder . my nail technician acted like she did not know English well, but she knew it well enough to ask you about the more expensive option & when you say no, i want this, they ask AGAIN about the expensive things & you say no & they're like oh, okay..... as if i made them sad? the person that did mine really seemed like she did it half ass, like she knew i wouldn't be able to tell the difference because i don't get my nails done ever. she trimmed my nail bed too short on my pinkies & my thumbs & on one of my pinkies, she kept rubbing a paper towel against it really hard to try & stop the bleeding but it was making it worse & she seemed confused as to why it wouldn't stop bleeding. you are rubbing it so hard, of course it's going to keep bleeding! obviously. they're not very friendly at all. i will never get them done again, especially not here or i'll just do it at my house, because it's so expensive for some polish & for them to mess my skin up. i'm not mad with the polish itself, it looks fine but i won't ever get them done again.. i still can't believe she thought she was fixing it by rubbing it more aggressively. WARNING!!!!! PSA.......Went there 03/12/17 and service was very rushed. 2 of my nails shipped 3 days later. I have so many bubbles underneath the acrylic which can cause fungus. Worst service ever. Today is 03/21/17 and one nail has popped off. 😒😒😒 Read Less
