If i could give a zero i would. They gave me and my sister conflicting prices for the same exact service. And when i corrected the woman on trying to play us for the prices she continued to do my nail...
If i could give a zero i would. They gave me and my sister conflicting prices for the same exact service. And when i corrected the woman on trying to play us for the prices she continued to do my nails super rough. She cut 3 of my fingers, and the acrylic is all uneven and lumpy and the gel polish is sloppy. I would never return here.

This place is a joke. My friend and I got our nails done here because she heard such wonderful things. The guy completely screwed mine up and then had to be redone and they still over charged me. The guy was in a rush to finish them and didn't listen. He wasn't happy he had to redo them. When he redid them he filed my finger to the point he cut my cuticle. We'll never go back.

If I could give this place a one I would. Came in for a full set with regular polish, with one color for my ring finger. The nails are crooked, they aren’t fully glued on my real nail, they are uneven...
If I could give this place a one I would. Came in for a full set with regular polish, with one color for my ring finger. The nails are crooked, they aren’t fully glued on my real nail, they are unevenly filed, there is bubbles in the top coat and they worst is that the clearly started painting one color then finished with another color. So I have two different nail colors with the original color showing through. Worst nail place I’ve been to in central Florida. Honestly I was super disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. oh and the guy who did my nails got polish on my cuticles... AWFUL.

When I approached the salon I was greeted directly outside by chain smoking employees, as I entered my clothes reaked of disgusting cigarette smoke. I went in to have a fill in on an acrylic nail set,...
When I approached the salon I was greeted directly outside by chain smoking employees, as I entered my clothes reaked of disgusting cigarette smoke. I went in to have a fill in on an acrylic nail set, which was priced at $15.00. The overall service was normal nothing exceptional, before my nails were polished I was asked to submit the payment before the final top coat (which is normal). A female employee came to the station I was at, leaned over me and in a very loud rude and obnoxious tone yelled "ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE HIM A TIP???" Everyone in the salon stopped and turned towards me and stared, I was so extremely embarrassed. As she stands there waiting for my response, after humiliating me I agreed to add a tip to my payment. This has happened to me on more than one occasion at this salon but this is my last I will never go back, this seems to be the typical MO at this particular salon. A tip for a service provided is earned not deserved it is also optional not mandatory, if someone wants to leave a tip for a service well done that's their prerogative, they should NOT be forced shamed or coerced into doing so!!!

She cut 3 of my fingers, and the acrylic is all uneven and lumpy and the gel polish is sloppy. I would never return here.

This place is a joke. My friend and I got our nails done here because she heard such wonderful things. The guy completely screwed mine up and then had to be redone and they still over charged me. The guy was in a rush to finish them and didn't listen. He wasn't happy he had to redo them. When he redid them he filed my finger to the point he cut my cuticle. We'll never go back.
