Went today. Horrible customer service. They did a very poor job on my pedicure. The guy barely looked at my feet while he did them because he was too busy speaking his language talking to everyone else in the room. My feet look the exact same (dry skin) as when I went in there. He took less than 30 minutes to do them when their sign specifically says it would take a minimum of 30 minutes for a basic pedicure. I felt not cared for, like just another number and not important. They seemed put out that I didn’t select the next highest pedicure price which was a $10 difference from the classic pedicure. I’m never going back. Read Less

I got a manicure and a pedicure on a Friday my manicure didn’t last more then 2 days and my nails felt sticky and were chipping and I was out of town when I came home on Tuesday I went in to talk to the front desk lady about my issue. She told me my manicure wasn’t going to last more then 3 days, I told her, The guy put a base coat on as my top coat and the lady didn’t believe me and made up excuses as to why they shouldn’t fix my nails and then proceeded to ignore me until I left. No one offered to fix my nails or refund me for my poor polish on my nails. My toes are the same color and they are perfectly fine. Let me just start off by saying I have given this place MANY opportunities to fix their mistakes and I ALWAYS leave a comment in the box they have for customers. Tonight I went with my boyfriends mother and his little sister. From the moment we walked into the door the rushed us for EVERYTHING we were in the process of picking out our nails colors and I couldn’t figure out what I wanted but some guy rushed me into picking out a color. So I picked the first pretty color I found and sat down where the man told me to sit. I sat in the seat and waited about 15-20 minutes before he had even started on my nails, but my boyfriends mother and little sister where both able to get seated and got their nails started on. This guy NEVER talked to me all he did was ask how I was doing and that was the end of it. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there and I just wanted to grab my stuff and leave. My brothers little sister just got a basic manicure and the lady cut 3 of her fingers on the skin surrounding the nails. She guy doing my nails did one nail crooked and I asked him to please fix it. He took a really deep clean breath and grabbed my finger and started jerking it around. Then he doesn’t even do the nail coats evenly so some parts of the nail polish was sheer and other parts were pretty opaque. When I was waiting for my nails to dry I accidentally messed up on of my nails and I got a ladies attention and asked her to fix it. She told me she was going to go get my technician to fix it and he will be right out..... I sat and waited for a half hour for someone to come and fix my nails and he NEVER came back out and never even stopped to check my nails he just grabbed his stuff and left. Finally some lady came and painted my nails properly and got them dried properly. My boyfriends mothers nails where HORRIBLE. They looked like a 5 year old did them. She got pink and whites, there were bubbles all through her nails and some how the white was VERY sheer and it did not look professional at all. This is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to and it’s best to just save your money and go somewhere else. I should have gotten my nails free as awful as they look. My boyfriends mom spent $72 here when really they deserved ZERO. I have been to so many other nails salons and I have never had an experience like that. This place needs new management or it needs to be shut down. Also I would really like a refund my nails look AWFUL. I could have done them myself and made them look much better. Poor service. I went here for the first time since it was highly talked about and a man named "Lee" did my nails! I was highly disappointed on how I was treated as a first time guest! He didn't say ANYTHING to me instead kept talking to the the other worker besides him! My nails hits his hand while he's painting my other nails and blows his breath, grabs my hand and tells me "KEEP YOUR HAND UP HERE "! he then tried to paint over his mistake then realized and took the paint off! After him getting MAD about it ! .. I was highly upset! Put a comment in the comment box only to find out that it was completely overflowing! Pretty sure those things aren't even read! .. STOP thinking it's all about the money ! You DO NOT treat anyone this way !! Without us you won't make any money! Consider having a talk with your staff maybe throw some manners in there ! Read Less

I am so disappointed at the service I got today! First of all I’m not happy with my nails, but can deal with them! Got my eye brows done and the lady actually pulled my skin off, I go back to tell them and not to get my money back but for an apology and 4 different ladies come up to look at my eyes and start talking and not in English where I could understand them of course! Refunded me back the money for eye brows but NEVER received an apology! The girl which is an American girl called the owner so she could refund my money but she says to him I will call you back to explain what happened, we’ll of course because she would have to tell him and she only understands English so I would understand what she was saying to him! I will NEVER come back to your establishment! I get my brows done all the time and have never had my skin pulled off like it’s burnt and on top of it wax left on my face!!!! Read Less

I have gone here a couple of times now and I must say, in ALL of the nail salons O have been in, this is by far the best. They have many options, and if you can get past the fact that there will always be at least 1 person you can't understand, there are some that you can. This most recent time I got a woman named Linda. She was very kind, spoke clearly, friendly, and I didn't feel uncomfortable with her touching my feet. She isn't the FASTEST but she is very quality and asked me on separate occasions if I was satisfied, which I don't hear very often. And she was NOT rough. First time going today. My nail tech was Cindy and she was very lovely; kept asking if I was okay. I got a full set and gel polish which came out so good. Not bulky at all like some other places do it. The prices were reasonable and the place is beautiful. There is a huge chandelier in the middle of the room. I must say there were a lot of workers lounging in the pedicure section but I guess that's because I went in at like 2pm when it wasn't really busy. As long as no customers were waiting it didn't really matter. Great place. Will definitely be returning. Read Less

I took my mom and 4 year old daughter today to get pedicures. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The man with glasses that did my mom's pedicure was absolutely rude to my daughter. She wanted to sit on my mom's lap while she waited her turn and he told her no to go sit in her seat. My daughter was sitting in my lap and put her foot in the water and accidentally splashed the lady (it wasn't a big splash either) that was doing my pedicure and she screamed NO baby! My daughter got her feelings hurt when she yelled at her. The man that did my mom's pedicure was trying to put my mom's flip flops on her when her pedicure was completed and yelled at her a couple of times for her to hold her foot still. He got upset with her and put foam flip flops on her and left abruptly. These people have got to be the rudest individuals I have ever came across in the nail salon business. The quality is declining. Have always loved this place because it is clean, great environment, and Wine Bar next door delivers! However, my last 4 trips have been less than satisfying. I have felt rushed and that they are just getting me out of there fast as possible. My 2 gel manicures barely lasted a week and normally when Oasis does them I get at least 2 weeks. I am bringing my own polish for my pedicures because the colors seem to have too much acetone added to them to thin them out. Most recently went with a friend and both wanted French pedicures. I pointed out my chair did not move forward or massage. She tried to plug it back in but it still didn't work. She didn't offer to move me which is a bummer for the massage but frustrating because I was too far away and had to slump to reach where to rest your feet. After this several of our white lines still have the smear from the acetone to round it out. Have always enjoyed this place & want to keep coming because the experience & cleanliness is fabulous but I can't keep paying for low quality nails. Read Less

Went there the first time they were great. Thought we had found our place. Went back for fills then they charged extra because the fill was done on nails that were shaped pointy. Now if this was the first time she was doing them and they charged that would be a different story but nope that was how we walked in with our mails done. We rather go somewhere else. I took my Mom for a girls day and we both had a Mani and pedi. My Mom is 92 and they treated her with the utmost respect. She was pampered and thoroughly enjoyed it. I really love this place. The only reason I'm giving it 4 star was because of my last visit. Now I've only been a few times before with Micheal. He's the only reason why I went back. He really took his time each time so I leave happy. However the last time I went he wasn't there it was his day off. I couldn't come back so I decided to let someone else do it. Now I don't remember name of the lady who did them but I did not like that she kept getting up to tend to other employees. She kept tending to waiting customers and would stop working on my nails every 5 minutes. They have a receptionist to do that but I guess that wasn't enough for her. Since she was very distracted my nails were crooked and after being there too long I just wanted to leave. The only reason I will still go back is for Micheal and the fact it is a nice place. I've been so disappointed with nail spas since I've moved here last year, but I'm happy to report I've found the best nail spa I've been to in Winter Haven so far. I'm rating based on quality of services, customer service, cost and overall building. Nina did a wonderful pedicure and my shellac manicure is on point. They had a customer appreciation for the Christmas holidays on a Friday and made delicious egg rolls for all of the customers. I thought that was a pleasant surprise and a kind gesture.
