Worst experience ever! Consumer beware! After waiting for 1 hr 20 mins all they did was put my hands in acetone for 20 mins. You get shuffled from person to person. They speak to each other but not to you. Gave me literally 13 choices for healthy nails powder color. Then the nails looked like a child painted them...all swirled blotchy. They then told me it was mood polish. I’ve been having my nails done for years (obviously not there) and have never had such terrible service!!! Here’s the other thing...I requested SNS (they advertise) and you don’t use UV light with that but they sure did! I’m sure they will say I’m overstating but folks you can’t make this stuff up! I’ve been coming here for 2yrs...best nail salon ever! Tony does my fingernails...LOVE HIM!! Love the pedis as well. Devon tattooed my eyebrows 4 wks ago, and he did an amazing job!! I’m treated very well there...with kindness and respect. I have witnessed some customers being mean and disrespectful to the workers, and that’s just not right. I’m very disappointed.....i don’t usually do this but I felt extremely insulted and unprofessionalism at this establishment today!! I have been a loyal customer for years. Today I had an appointment scheduled with a Nail tech tht I raved about! But after sitting there waiting for 2 hours only to have the tech pick up a phone call, while still doing another lady’s nails, she looked at me and said “yea I don’t have TIME for you (me) today” because she didn’t want to make (pers...on on phone) late!!!! Very horrible experience not only by me but my best friend as well. As I sat down to get ready for pedicure I asked politely what the password was for the wifi and could not understand due to the heavy accent the girl got upset and took my phone to type herself and said something in her language to the other girl. And then once she began the pedicure she began to dig too deep inside my big toe nails it started bleeding and after I asked her to back off she kept digging. Awesome Lucky Nails in Winter Haven that I went to with friend when I was in town for a weekend. I was very happy with my experience today. There was no wait and we were greeted immediately upon entering. I was super impressed, and this is my favourite manicure … ever . I just came here for vacation and I tried Lucky Nails in Winter Haven because I needed to refill. It's completely different from any others. Despite full of clients, they still had time to get me. During having pedicure, they gave me a hot stone to massage. I didn't feel rushed as I have in other salons. The salon is super comfortable, impeccably clean and well-organized. Got my Nails done and 3 days later 2 of my nails popped off and 4 of the was lifting I went back they fixed the ones that popped off and super glued the ones that was lifting down 2 days later 2 more popped off I spent $50 on my nails never again will I ever go back 4 nails popped off in less than a week Read Less

I've been going here since I moved to winter Haven 4 yrs ago. I've been upset with the work here and there, but because I've liked how Trish and Devon have done my nails, I've never stopped coming! Okay, so i had a anc on my hands and needed a mani and oedi pretty badly. I figured i go here since it was crowded. I was completely wrong. The only pros i got out of this was the foot massgae that made it seem like the lady knew what she was doing, so i was gonna tip her pretty well. After my feet was done i got a anc on my toes and finger nails and i looked at it and it was the worse thing i have ever seen. Like no one put any love or care into the nails. The total came out to be $65. It she would have done an awesome job i would of tipped her but what i have on me is ruining my trip. They did a pretty decent job, though my nail tech couldn't understand any of my requests. Another man that worked there ended up telling her what I wanted- a matte finish. Nails looked good in the end despite the confusion. I wasn't really happy that they up-charged me $3 for the finish though. Is there really a price different in glossy or matte? Read Less

I absolutely love this nail salon. They are kind and do an amazing job!! I work with the public and always receive compliments on my nails. There can be an extended wait which for me is a sign they are obviously doing something right!! For the years that I have been going to that salon not once have I ever seen any child working there..( wow the things some people say ), this salon has a very close knit family and work environment which for me is yet another great implication of the place to go. The staff knows many if not most that walk in by name and everyone is treated with kindness as they all seem to work very hard to work through the line of people waiting their turn. As we all well know beauty can be a timely process and when u see people sitting there waiting and state they will continue to wait because they do such and amazing job....hello !!!! Not to say everyone's experience may be perfect but I can honestly reveal not one person I've ever recommended or spoke to has any negative comments.
