This place is usually my go to, and when it came down to going on my vacation I wanted my nails to be perfect, however as I was leaving the airport I had to open a container and the stupid acrylic broke off. Not even my actual nail part, the acrylic! So I said whatever I’ll be fine I can fix it, well today three days later my right index finger acrylic part broke as well!!!!! What the hell!? I didn’t pay extra so that they’d break this easily, so now I’m on a wedding with two broken nails. It’s ridiculous. I definitely doubt I’ll come back again.

I’ve been going to lee nails for 4 years now. I always have tommy do my nails. he couldn’t the last time I went and they are horrible!! The women put so much nail polish on my nails they would not dry...
I’ve been going to lee nails for 4 years now. I always have tommy do my nails. he couldn’t the last time I went and they are horrible!! The women put so much nail polish on my nails they would not dry!! After being there for 2 hours the guy told me it would be another hour before they would dry. They got busy so pushed me off. I will never go back!! Worst experience ever now I have to pay again to get them fixed after dropping 45

Helen worked on my awful feet she made my feet (toes) more comfortable. Also I could talk with her as she speaks good English, able to tell her my toe problems, lol

Absolutely loved this place!!!! I have tried a few places in and around the lake wales and winter haven area and this I love this place. By far the best! The prices are very fair compared to the service and how clean the place is! The staff is super friendly and professional. Oh and biggest part for me? They actually listened to what I was asking for! I hate when I go to a salon and they don’t listen and just do whatever they want! I got a pedicure this time around but next time (here in a couple days for my birthday) I will be coming back to get my nails done!

I went in there to do a Brazilian wax and made the lady convince me to do my eyebrows. I told her no because I normally I get them threaded. She said she will just clean them up. I said okay, a simple clean up won't hurt and she ended messing my eyebrows all the way up. Should've stuck with what I know. DONT LET THEM WAX YOUR EYEBROWS. YOU WILL LEAVE LOOKING CRAZY.Terrible customer service. Went home and realized she did a horrible job at the Brazilian as well. You would think I begged them for service and was not paying them. I had to go back and she was very nasty to me. She told me not to return then and that she didn't care. I told her she should because Karma is a hell of a thing.

I don't get to go very often but I went yesterday (10/19) and the one young lady I like no longer works there. The woman doing my nails (mani/pedi) did a good job but due to customers walking in, I got a rush job! Sort of upsets me as I don't get to get my nails done as much as I'd like. They only had three people working. This place is pricey too, in my opinion.

This place is usually my go to, and when it came down to going on my vacation I wanted my nails to be perfect, however as I was leaving the airport I had to open a container and the stupid acrylic broke off. Not even my actual nail part, the acrylic! So I said whatever I’ll be fine I can fix it, well today three days later my right index finger acrylic part broke as well!!!!! What the hell!? I didn’t pay extra so that they’d break this easily, so now I’m on a wedding with two broken nails. It’s ridiculous. I definitely doubt I’ll come back again.

Absolutely loved this place!!!! I have tried a few places in and around the lake wales and winter haven area and this I love this place. By far the best! The prices are very fair compared to the service and how clean the place is! The staff is super friendly and professional. Oh and biggest part for me? They actually listened to what I was asking for! I don't get to go very often but I went yesterday (10/19) and the one young lady I like no longer works there. The woman doing my nails (mani/pedi) did a good job but due to customers walking in, I got a rush job! Sort of upsets me as I don't get to get my nails done as much as I'd like. They only had three people working. This place is pricey too, in my opinion.
