I usually go on a Sunday I call before they open and schedule an appointment the ladies are very sweet and I'm always able to come in as soon as they open. The pricing is good and the place is nice and clean. I definitely recommend V Nail Salon! Read Less

Unfortunately, after 8 years of custom, I'm sorry to say I won't be back. The 'salon' completely lacks atmosphere and is very cheaply furnished. When you pay very high prices you expect the whole package. Toni was the only technician I was happy to book with and I only went to NYC as she was so professional. You have lost a very valuable asset now she has gone. I paid the same price in Radiance Day Spa today and wow, what a salon! You couldn't even compare!! So much more welcoming. I'm sorry to leave this review but I feel you need the feedback. The worse experience I've ever had. I get my nails done every week so I am no stranger to the manicure. The woman who did my nails didn't care or didn't respect me. I got acrylic nail infills, 4 came off within 4 days and most of the other nails where half coming off. Said it wasn't their issue as they didn't put the nails on first, even tho they put 2 new nails on and they where the first to come off. Not happy with the service, I paid £30 and expected them to last longer than half a week. Read Less

I have been looking for sooooo long and at last I went to V Nail close to home. Not only did I hit the motherload with my tech but when she went on maternity leave I got her best friend who totally rocks. Would never have anyone else and if she ever left I would follow her Carol!!! Read Less

Have been coming here for a while now for special occasions but I've recently been coming in every 2-3 weeks regularly. The first time I came back here my nails were perfect. The length and the shape of the acrylic was on point but the second time I came here my nails weren't smooth at all. They were bumpy and too thin. When I brought this concern to my nail tech on the next trip she blamed it on the matte coat they use. She said it wasn't good and to get them shiny next time. On that same trip I decided to try something new and get gel nails with acrylic and left so unhappy. She didn't shape it good at all and left the corners so pointy and uneven that I almost cut myself while washing all the powder off from filing. When I told the tech she got really annoyed and told the other tech sitting next to her. After she applied the gel color I asked her if she could clean the edges up since they looked so messy (like my 8 year old niece painted my nails.) At this point she got really annoyed and told me that I should've told her I wanted a manicure because my cuticles needed to be cut. Her explanation made no sense to me since she avoided the topic all together. After she finished destroying my cuticles trying to clean up the mess she made, she stood up and left me at the table while she waited at the front desk. I had my nails done for a special occasion last week at a salon closer to my home and was very unhappy with the outcome gel polish peeling days after having them done. The tech did a terrible job cleaning off the polish from the previous visit. Didn't want to go back so I found V Nail Spa. The young lady that took care of me did a great job. She made sure all of the previous layers of gel polish was completely removed and there was alot. She made sure that my nails were clean and smooth. She even went out of her way to find multiple glitter colors to give me the effect on my nails that I had at the previous salon. They did not have the glitter garnet and gold that I had done specifically for my event. My nails look beautiful and ready for my event this weekend. Next time pedicure and manicure. Read Less

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I have referred several friends & take my Mom regularly. They do a great pedicure, and the nail techs take special attention to detail with the nails. They have a ton of colors for the dipping powder nails. I Will keep referring friends to the V Nail Spa! Horrible experience here. Came to just get my acrylic nails taken off and the whole time the lady complained about how much acrylic there was, like it was my fault. She kept trying to sell me a nail vitamin and mind you I'm pregnant so I kept declining. After being told one price I went to the counter to pay and they charged me more for "shaping and triming" my nails. My cuticles were all bloody and raw and my left hand hadn't even been filed, yet they were shaped and trimmed? Never coming back here. Awful customer service and when I refused to tip she immediately started speaking another language, very professional. Read Less

My experience was awesome! I've only been there twice but I will most definitely will be coming back. My nail tech was Julie and she made me feel welcomed. She did such an amazing job with my pedi and manicure. I also give her five stars we had an amazing conversation and she made me want to come back. She left my toes and nails looking flawless. I honestly wanted to like this place as I saw good reviews and its closer to my house than my usual spot. But the lady who did my nails was incredibly odd. When she did my pedicure, she cut a toe nail way too short that it hurt my toe and when I left the salon, I noticed it had a scar.. I was also told that I get to choose the type of pedicure like in terms of lotion,,, she just handed on over the lavender... not that it makes it difference, but when it states I get to choose and I don't.. then it does. Also, I usually get gel but I want a break fro gel. the lady was pushing me to get gel or the dip nail polish and after I kept insisting no, she got a little annoyed from what I could tell. Then she wanted me to pay prior to nail polish application, which is fine, but I am assuming she didn't like my tip. but honestly, I left a very well amount. She then applied nail polish quickly and was rather upset when I asked her where I can dry my nails. Overall, I am not going to come back and I will stick to my extra 15 minute drive to Millenia area when for the same price, I get treated well. Read Less
