I have been coming to this shop for years and time after time it has been a marvelous experience!!! Everyone is so polite and friendly! Many of the techs know my name and will great me by it (pretty impressive if you ask me!). Andy is awesome! He takes nails very seriously and he insures to indulge his clients! This place is awful....all they do is the limited smith necessary. They will never stay open until the hours posted the door. They constantly try to leave early. The staff never speaks English in front of you when speaking to each other. It's a shame when a business doesn't want to make money and actually keep their doors open. Will never return. 64$ for a fill and a pedicure. I asked for an acrylic fill and gel polish on my hands and regular polish on my toes . They said I would get a complimentary glass of wine and was never offered a glass. The acrylic fill was "17$" and my pedicure was "47$"? When I made the appointment I specified that there would be 3 people and none of us were sitting together forcing us to either be quiet or practically shout in what is suppose to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I've never felt worse after coming out of a place. I have naturally thick eyebrows. I LOVE them. I walked out of there and they stole my brows. I've never felt more horrible about myself. I can't stop balling my eyes out over what they did to my brows. I paid an extra $6 for the callous scrub and lavender scrub and by the time I'm putting on my shoes to leave I notice that there's skim hanging from my feet. And the lady I did my nails with filed my nails, painted them, and then filed them again. Because she did that the sides of my nails are completely bare. I have been going to this location for 2yrs, I had a bad experience 2.5 months ago I just figured it was the nail tech, (my tech who I went to left this location) so I went back had another good experience until this past weekend. I had the NexxtGen dip and the guy nicked me 3x causing me to bleed 2/3x. Also had to go back in to get a nail fixed What a waste of time! Then I got my eyebrows waxed (never had an issue) and I for burned on both eye lids to the point I was in pain at gym BC the sweat stung my burn and I can not wear any makeup. Read Less

Horrible. My pedicure took less than 20 mins and my previous nail polish was not taken off completely nor were my nails polished entirely. The woman who did my pedicure wasn't wearing a name tag but she was an older woman with short hair. I asked her to fix my big toes that weren't painted all the way or bubbled and she pretended to clean them up but ultimately did nothing. She then sat there and waited for me to tip her.... A very half ass pedicure, the tech said because it was basic pedicure, it's basically a water pedicure. He did not add any soaks to the water. Barely did the cuticles, and foot scrub. This was my second time here, not pleased with the atmosphere or service. Would not recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with the smallest respect. I wanted to remove my gel nail polish, that was halfway chipped off already. The lady MAI, (gorgeous by the way) asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done as well. I told her I couldn't because I was pressed for time. She became pretty distant at that point and she wrapped my nails with foils and walked away. When she came back, she dropped her cell phone in her jacket and began to remove my gel polish. She only removed it from my nail bed to the middle of my nail, the tips still had gel nail polish on them. When she said she was done I was a bit shocked because my nails were broken and she didn't even file them to make them look even. When she was about to walk away I asked her if she could just nail clip one nail to take off the broken edge. She explained that it was extra $$$ to cut them down and she could do that one complimentary. I thought maybe had she asked me if I would like my nails cut and filed after instead of ASSUMING I didn't want to that would have been a better approach. Read Less

The manicure isn't all that, they try to upcharge you without telling you. Some of the nail techs are nice some aren't. They don't take walk-ins past 6:30 when they close at 8:00... really doesn't make any sense, there's available workers just sitting around for an hour and 30 minutes? Gift cards expire here. Won't honor it after a few months. Horrible people here. Gave my mom a toe infection. As well they do an awful job. I feel rushed at this salon. Don't bother. If you aren't a regular you won't get good work. I've gone here for the convenience of going in-and-out, but they never take the color to the edge of the nail bc they don't want to waste time cleaning up on the skin. Gel manicures are supposed to last (at the very least 2-3 weeks), but mine barely made it to DAY 4. That's right all of FOUR days. The manicurist messed up a few times, and kept trying to fix it. Apparently the ultraviolet light machine wasn't working properly so the gel wasn't "setting" correctly. Whatever it was -- it ended up TERRIBLE. Read Less

I occasionally go to Venetian in Weston. I was very disappointed today with tech Mai when she rushed through trimming my cuticle on my toes. She got nervous when I said something so she resoaked my one foot & proceeded to cut the cuticle. I was also shocked when she saved the plastic liner to reuse on someone else. Totally defeated the purpose of eliminating germs.  I normally go to another nail salon that uses files & plastic liners that are thrown away after each client & I pay the same price $25.  I will definitely rethink going back to Venetian. This is the only place I go to get my nails done because they always do an exceptional job. If I get gel mani done anywhere else it starts to chip less than 2 weeks later. However, if I get them done at Venetian they last 3 weeks at least. The staff is friendly and the wait is never too long. Love this place! Read Less

If you can get Kaitlyn she did a great efficient job on a gel mani. Overall customer service is lacking but not terrible. Pretty crowded but I was in and out in under 30 minutes which may feel rushed to some but it's how I prefer a quick upkeep job. Read Less

Never in my life have I experienced such horrible service. If I can give negative stars I would. First off my pedicure was about 5 minutes total. It was rushed and the lady was cutting my toes as if she was dying to get it over with. She threw the dirty filer in the water were my feet were. Then they charged me $15 for a polish change.I wasn't aware a manicure was the same thing as taking off nail polish. I would stay FAR away from this place. Read Less

Just had my eyebrows waxed.  The technician rip some of the my skin off.  When I moved to Weston 3 years ago, I loved this place but since Natalie left (the girl that normal did my service) this place seems dirty and unprofessional.  While I was getting waxed someone came in the room sat down took off their shoes and started talking to my technician. I was here on Sunday for a new set of acrylics and a pedicure. I had to wait a ten minutes but it was okay because it took me that long to decide on a color anyway. The man who did my acrylics was very gentle, careful, and paid attention to how I wanted my nails done. My only complain is that he didn't paint all of the nail, he missed the sides (personally this bother me a lot). Other than that they came out exactly how I wanted them. For the pedicure I had a different person. It was a lady who was obviously in a rush. My pedicure lasted only 10 minutes which was disappointing. It's a beautiful place but the service wasn't all that great. I got a service that included like 6 things and I only got 2. After my feet were done, the lady started painting my toes and skin. I figured she'd clean it off when she was done... she didn't. Is that something I had to seriously request to be done? When I got home the polish bubbled and my toes looked like they had herpes bumps on the nail. It was weird and gross. I left it for and non few days cause I didn't have time acetone at home but it didn't matter cause the polish chipped off by the third day anyways. Don't waste your money here. Read Less

I just did my gel manicure and regular pedicure and OMG I wish I could get my money back. My feet look like a kid did them and my hands are not that bad but they do not look good either. I hate that they never care enough to paint your whole nail like they should. I had a bad experience last time when the guy did not give me a massage with my pedicure and I thought I would give them another chance but I got someone worse so I WILL NOT go back. And you cant even complain because they will look at you like you are a criminal and tell you there is nothing wrong with your nail lol and then they all talk in their language right in front of you like we dont know they are talking shit about us. I love the Venetian by my house so I was happy to find they have a location in Weston. This past Sunday I was in Weston visiting my family. They all decided to go to a car museum & I decided in typical Britt fashion to head over to the nail salon to get a pedicure and polish change. It was my birthday weekend & I wanted to be pampered so off I went to Venetian Nails.This location is on Weston Road but it is VERY difficult to see from the street. Luckily my sister was adamant about giving me specific directions so I would not drive by the plaza & I found it without getting lost. Thank you Jodi.The parking lot is huge so finding a spot was not an issue. I arrived at 11:45 and I immediately noticed a group of about 20-25 people waiting outside the nail salon. Venetian opened their doors at noon & everyone rushed into the salon. It was similar to going to Toys R Us right before Christmas. I quickly found out the day before schools starts is NOT a good day to get your nails done.I returned to Venetian about thirty minutes later. The front desk receptionist was clearly stressed and she was incredibly snippy. No smile, no hello, nothing. She just asked what service I wished to get & told me the wait would be about forty minutes. I decided to wait because I did not know where else to go & I was already there. I went outside to drink my coffee and sit at a table outside Panera just to kill time. The wait was only about twenty minutes and I was happy when it was my turn. I asked to have my nails polished first so they can dry while I was getting my pedicure. My nail tech was sweet but very sloppy. She polished my nails so fast & was just rushing to get me done & on to the next customer. Before my nails were even finished she had me move to the pedicure chair so she can finish my nails while my feet were soaking. The real reason she moved me was because the snippy receptionist needed an extra chair so someone else can get their nails done.My nail tech did a good job on my pedicure but I had nowhere to sit to let my toes dry. At this point there were still so many people & no available seats at the drying table. The nail polish bubbled on most of my fingers because of the "rush job" I received. I did ask the receptionist if someone else can "fix" them and she flat out said NO because they just were to busy.  :(This was my first time at this Venetian so I cant say if this is how it is all the time. I understand why they were so busy and I even understand the nails techs working a little quicker than usual. I do not understand the receptionists inability to handle the large crowd with some level of professionalism. And I definitely do not and can not understand why she let an unhappy customer walk out of the salon with fingernails that had bubbles on them and looked horribly messy.The salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. I would not return strictly because the staff just does not care about the customers satisfaction. Read Less

A very disappointing experience. I went in as a walk in.....very factory like place. Nina the nail tech appointed to me was very nice but did a lousy job! No cuticle gel/cream, I wonder if she knows that there is acetone too to clean up the nails, and I just noticed in the light outside that a couple of my nails were crookedly filed.
