I was visiting family in Weston, and was in need of a manicure. I searched nails salons and found that this was just 4 minutes away. The salon is located inside the Weston Town Center. It has a different concept which I wasn't aware of. It is a nail salon and bar. But it just feels like nail salon. My manicurist Jenny did an amazing job. My nails look perfect! She was pleasant to talk to, and really listened to how I liked my nails done. The total cost was $43 for an acrylic fill with gel polish. Read Less

I had a great experience at the Nail Lounge this past Saturday. It was my first time at this salon, and my first time getting a mani in 2 years since a previous mani I got somewhere else had been terrible and I hadn't wanted to try again.I arrived on time and the nail tech who had been assigned to me was not there. After about 5-10 minutes they assigned me a different tech (Milly) which was the best thing that could have happened because she was AWESOME. I got a NextGen mani and she was very knowledgeable, explained the process and answered any questions I had. I have definitely found my new nail tech/place!I dinged them one star only because the ladies at the front - although super nice - did not explain what was happening when my original tech hadn't shown up, so I was awkwardly standing there not knowing what was going on or what to do while other clients who arrived after me where being taken back as soon as they arrived. I been coming to the nail lounge for 7 years now, I recommend this salon with my eyes closed. I always ask for Chin and it is amazing how he always remembers how I like my nails done (Acrylic full set/Mani), he is always honest in the stuff that he recommends me, this Salon Really cares about there customers and their happiness/ satisfaction, for my Pedi kaitlyn is always my go to girl, I love that it doesn't matter that I have 3 months without being able to come and everyone remembers you and Remembers how you like everything done, from the shape, the type of pedi, the length of the nails. Went in for eyebrow threading and a manicure. Waited quite a bit, which I didn't mind, but when I was taken back my eyebrow girl told she was just wondering around waiting for ME. She takes me back to the eyebrow room which is just two chairs and there's another employee in the room sitting on the other chair. My lady and the other employee began to chat as if i wasn't there. They talked about how terrible the business was and how they did not like working for them, how they did not like the way they're treated. When my lady did talk to me her breath smelled so bad. The threading was decent you could tell she was new but she then told me she would be doing my nails. At the time I had nexgen on and told them I needed a soak off. Apparently the girl did not know how to take off nexgen nails and had to use someone else's drill. She told me she hasn't worked with a drill much and OBVIOUSLY did not know how to she ended up going so hard on my nail beds they started to burn. That's not even the worst. The nail technician took a phone call in the middle of my manicure. I'd understand if it were an emergency and she excused herself, but she had a casual conversation on her phone while doing my manicure. Not pleased. Got no apology. Read Less

Came to this salon to get my nails done while in town. They have great reviews online, but I wasn't impressed. It felt like a factory, busy and loud, and very impersonal. Granted my nails turned out great, I just didn't like the overall experience.They have about 10 pedicure chairs and even more manicure stations. The nail technicians seemed to be individually employed (using salon space) versus employees of the owner of the salon, which probably made up for a lot of the impersonalization. You can't tip on your credit card, cash only. Also they take soft appointments - you and a technician can be ready, but if a pedicure chair isn't open, you have to wait (this happened to me). And their color selections for non-gel polish are lacking.The pluses are that they do a good job, the technicians speak English, and they have a large alcohol menu you can order from (prices are in my photo).Overall I'd recommend going to a less busy, more personal salon for a relaxing time. I have been going here since I was a pre-teen! Nowadays I keep up with acrylics and this is my go to nail salon. It's 5 minutes from my house so it's super convenient and the prices are amazing. Most nice places overcharge but I can get an amazing fill from a really kind, professional staff member for about $20. I love this place!!! Everyone is great here. Tam always does my nails, which are always on point. I've done acrylics, gel, regular and now nexgen (dips). I drive 30 minutes to get there and don't mind one bit. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Tam, Tracy, Heidi, Lisa. They're all great!!! Read Less

I came here to do a gel mani last minute because of its convenient location by my job. I was contemplating getting a white mani done because multiple coats are required, and I hate how thick gel mani's look. My manicurist assured me it wouldn't look thick, however it did, and there's a bunch of bubbles on my nails as well. Apparently they charge you extra for OPI colors as well, something I found odd especially being that they don't carry Essie. You also need to carry cash for tip, and my gel mani came out to $35. Not a bad price, and I will be coming back due to its location. However I will most likely be making appointments with one of the better technicians for future visits. Read Less
