I agree that since moving locations the quality has gone down. My regular technician was out so I just used the first available person. This woman used the same instruments on my hands that she used on my feet, wiped whatever crud she got from my toes on my feet, overcharged me for my pedicure saying that the deluxe option wasn’t available , cut my finger and caused a slight infection without apology, and did a horrible job on my gel manicure ( I peeled it off 4 days later). I don’t know what happened since the move but I’m not going back there.. too many options to be subject to this kind of nonsense.

I’ve went here for over a year but I’ve noticed that since moving locations the service just isn’t the same. They used to be kind and welcoming and they seem to just want you out the door as fast as possible and rush their work. The quality of the acrylic sets are seriously lacking too. I often come out of there with misshapen and lumpy nails. The only reason I kept coming back was for the convenience in how close it was to my house. I’ve been getting acrylics done there for about 8 months there and upon occasion I’ve went to 2 different nail places for a fill. BOTH times I’ve gone to another business they ask me where I went and tell me how sloppy they are. And the last time I went the girl made me bleed a good 6 times. Honestly I’m not the type of person to usually complain ab the odd bad service now and again but every time I go there it’s a bad experience. Whatever new management/ training you’ve been using since moving locations just isn’t working and I will no longer be a customer to this business

Anyway, they gave me a discount to put my powder fills back on, so I'll try them again the next time I need a service because the location is right by my job which is convenient.

I was a customer for about two months. I felt like I'd finally found a good place to get my nails done. I tried to look over the fact that the owner and his wife have no people skills and the shop sometimes smelt like dog pee but after the owner rushed on my nails, not allowing me to wash my hands after he drilled and shaped them and he proceeded to paint my nails clear in order to hurry and attend to the walk-ins, when I wanted color on my nails and I had an appointment?........ I couldn't do it anymore. This was the second time he did this. I'll be going to The Nail District in Weston to see if I can get better service. I would have given them 0 stars but that isn't an option. Extremely disappointing:(

I love this place. Kate has been doing my nails for 4 years. I first met her at a different salon. When she moved to Angle Nails, I followed her because she does such a great job. She is patient, gentle and very meticulous. Most times I find myself tying not to fall asleep. The salon is large with over 15 stations. It is always clean and quiet. Smooth music playing in the background. The staff is very professional and friendly. I am always greeted when I enter the salon. They have a huge selections of colors to choose from. When I am not sure what color to choose, Kate is always there to suggest a color. Even thought I live 30 minutes away and I past several other salons, Kate's services at Angel Nails are worth the drive.

Please save your money and time. I have been to better place that have helped me out. But today I never thought their customer service could be so horrible. I was desperate to get my nails because my other nail place closes on Sundays. So I went in,a man was yellling "Who is next!" skipping people that had been waiting. Through some patience, I found a seat, was waiting for my mani and acrylic nails. After waiting for 15 minutes, one of the ladies tells me to get off my seat so someone else could dry their nails (even though that wasn't one of the seats used for that). I looked at the back of the store and there more seats, so she could have easily brought a seat to the front for courtesy. A customer looked at me thinking the same thing and offered me her seat, I told all of them I am leaving because that is the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever had. Never coming back. Also, disorganized! Awful!

Manicure and pedicure weren't done very well, paint job is sloppier than I'd like and the staff isn't welcoming at all, but rather abrasive. Also, the place looks rather run down and dirty. All of the nail polishes are disorganized, water bottles thrown on the floor, towels to dry your hands are stained and raggedy, etc. You can tell the management has no love for this place. With so many nail salon options, it's easy to find a better one.

I stopped in here because my nail girl at my usual spot was out of town.... this place DESTROYED MY NAILS... I have strong beautiful nails and now they are all broken, peeling and paper thin. They have had to actually repair what's left of my nails with super glue and acrylic just so they won't bleed. The management is rude. The nail tech has NO IDEA what she's doing and the worst part is they use the same nail files on everyone and they use a drill on your natural nail to remove shellac. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I can't believe people actually go there. I wish I had a before and after of this bullshit.

Wow..... This place! It should have been a good indication when I called on a Sunday for an appointment that they were able to fit two of us in for pedicures within the hour, that it was going to be horid! My tech cut SO far into the side of my toe that I bled the whole time. I had to ask her to stop and she snapped back at me saying, "it's ingrown".... Which it wasn't. It's was skin, not a nail. No apology. She filed the same spot, which was still bleeding, and I asked her again to stop (really? I have to ask??) once again, no apology..... Just 20 minutes if bleeding. Good Lord.... I'm sure an infection is sure to follow. Poor service, old polish, very rushed. Save your money and stay away!

I'm very surprised by the negative reviews for this nail shop since all of my experiences there have been nothing but wonderful! I've been coming to Angel Nails for the past year and I've always left happy! They're always so friendly when entering, even helping pick out colors for me almost every time! I've had a bunch of people that have all done a great job, taken their time and I've always been satisfied! Specifically enjoyed when Michelle and Helen have worked on me, they take their time, do a great job, and let me RELAX. I love that they don't rush me out, but allow me to sit and dry in the pedicure chair and continue to enjoy myself. The prices are no different than the surrounding nail shops and they'll even take the time to remember you for when you come back next! I recommend this place to anyone in the area! Don't believe the negative reviews, try it for yourself!

Not good. I went to Angel Nails for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was awful. When the nail tech finished with my nails I looked at them and I had polish on the skin surrounding my nails. I pointed this out to her and she looked at me like I had lost my mind. She barely tried to clean my nails up using a top coat polish and not polish remover. I got home and had to completely remove the Polish from my nails. I won't be going back.

Health concerns are a priority to me. That is why, for the first time ever, I walked out of this nail salon. I had been seated, and told the gals that I did not want a foot bath, as there is major concern about picking up infections that way. Fine, no problem. Next thing I knew, she was using a USED nail file. I asked if it had been disinfected, and her reply was that they use the same one for each client. GROSS AND DANGEROUS!! So I walked out and will never return.Careful folks! Infections picked up during a pedicure are all too common and have the potential of being a serious health issue.

Sometimes for convenience, we've had to go to other places but we keep coming back to Angel Nails. They're very professional at what they do, their prices are very competitive and their salon is always very clean. Most importantly, they're super friendly, very accommodating and make you feel welcome every time you stop by.

I agree that since moving locations the quality has gone down. My regular technician was out so I just used the first available person. This woman used the same instruments on my hands that she used on my feet, wiped whatever crud she got from my toes on my feet, overcharged me for my pedicure saying that the deluxe option wasn’t available , cut my finger and caused a slight infection without apology, and did a horrible job on my gel manicure ( I peeled it off 4 days later). I don’t know what happened since the move but I’m not going back there.. too many options to be subject to this kind of nonsense.

I’ve went here for over a year but I’ve noticed that since moving locations the service just isn’t the same. They used to be kind and welcoming and they seem to just want you out the door as fast as possible and rush their work. The quality of the acrylic sets are seriously lacking too. I often come out of there with misshapen and lumpy nails. The only reason I kept coming back was for the convenience in how close it was to my house. I’ve been getting acrylics done there for about 8 months there and upon occasion I’ve went to 2 different nail places for a fill. BOTH times I’ve gone to another business they ask me where I went and tell me how sloppy they are. And the last time I went the girl made me bleed a good 6 times. Honestly I’m not the type of person to usually complain ab the odd bad service now and again but every time I go there it’s a bad experience. Whatever new management/ training you’ve been using since moving locations just isn’t working and I will no longer be a customer to this business

I assumed she knew what I meant. Anyway, they gave me a discount to put my powder fills back on, so I'll try them again the next time I need a service because the location is right by my job which is convenient.

I was a customer for about two months. I felt like I'd finally found a good place to get my nails done. I tried to look over the fact that the owner and his wife have no people skills and the shop sometimes smelt like dog pee but after the owner rushed on my nails, not allowing me to wash my hands after he drilled and shaped them and he proceeded to paint my nails clear in order to hurry and attend to the walk-ins, when I wanted color on my nails and I had an appointment?........ I couldn't do it anymore. This was the second time he did this. I'll be going to The Nail District in Weston to see if I can get better service. I would have given them 0 stars but that isn't an option. Extremely disappointing:(

I love this place. Kate has been doing my nails for 4 years. I first met her at a different salon. When she moved to Angle Nails, I followed her because she does such a great job. She is patient, gentle and very meticulous. Most times I find myself tying not to fall asleep. The salon is large with over 15 stations. It is always clean and quiet. Smooth music playing in the background. The staff is very professional and friendly. I am always greeted when I enter the salon. They have a huge selections of colors to choose from. When I am not sure what color to choose, Kate is always there to suggest a color. Even thought I live 30 minutes away and I past several other salons, Kate's services at Angel Nails are worth the drive.

One of the prettiest spas with a modern look. The people are friendly, kind and very engaging. Customer service is AMAZING! This is what sets this place apart from other shops. Tiffany is an amazing person and my favorite technician. She is a good soul and I look forward to the nail experience she creates. Waste of money!!!! While on vacation in the area a girlfriend of mine and I went to get out nails done. The spa is beautiful. But is really expensive. (180 for both of us to get gel manis and regular pedis). Two days later we both had an infected nail and now 3 days later both of us our gel manicures are coming off!!! Total waste of money!!!!!

I am very picky with nails and I feel lucky to have found her. I never leave disappointed, very attentive to detail and always get a lot of nail compliments. I drive all the way from Pembroke Pines just to do my nails with her. Ask for her! You will not regret it , I promise !!!!!!!!!!!!

Please save your money and time. I have been to better place that have helped me out. But today I never thought their customer service could be so horrible. I was desperate to get my nails because my other nail place closes on Sundays. So I went in,a man was yellling "Who is next!" skipping people that had been waiting. Through some patience, I found a seat, was waiting for my mani and acrylic nails. After waiting for 15 minutes, one of the ladies tells me to get off my seat so someone else could dry their nails (even though that wasn't one of the seats used for that). I looked at the back of the store and there more seats, so she could have easily brought a seat to the front for courtesy. A customer looked at me thinking the same thing and offered me her seat, I told all of them I am leaving because that is the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever had. Never coming back. Also, disorganized! Awful!

First time going to this nail salon and don't see a reason to return. Manicure and pedicure weren't done very well, paint job is sloppier than I'd like and the staff isn't welcoming at all, but rather abrasive. Also, the place looks rather run down and dirty. All of the nail polishes are disorganized, water bottles thrown on the floor, towels to dry your hands are stained and raggedy, etc. You can tell the management has no love for this place. With so many nail salon options, it's easy to find a better one.

I stopped in here because my nail girl at my usual spot was out of town.... this place DESTROYED MY NAILS... I have strong beautiful nails and now they are all broken, peeling and paper thin. They have had to actually repair what's left of my nails with super glue and acrylic just so they won't bleed. The management is rude. The nail tech has NO IDEA what she's doing and the worst part is they use the same nail files on everyone and they use a drill on your natural nail to remove shellac. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I can't believe people actually go there. I wish I had a before and after of this bullshit.

Wow..... This place! It should have been a good indication when I called on a Sunday for an appointment that they were able to fit two of us in for pedicures within the hour, that it was going to be horid! My tech cut SO far into the side of my toe that I bled the whole time. I had to ask her to stop and she snapped back at me saying, "it's ingrown".... Which it wasn't. It's was skin, not a nail. No apology. She filed the same spot, which was still bleeding, and I asked her again to stop (really? I have to ask??) once again, no apology..... Just 20 minutes if bleeding. Good Lord.... I'm sure an infection is sure to follow. Poor service, old polish, very rushed. Save your money and stay away!

I'm very surprised by the negative reviews for this nail shop since all of my experiences there have been nothing but wonderful! I've been coming to Angel Nails for the past year and I've always left happy! They're always so friendly when entering, even helping pick out colors for me almost every time! I've had a bunch of people that have all done a great job, taken their time and I've always been satisfied! Specifically enjoyed when Michelle and Helen have worked on me, they take their time, do a great job, and let me RELAX. I love that they don't rush me out, but allow me to sit and dry in the pedicure chair and continue to enjoy myself. The prices are no different than the surrounding nail shops and they'll even take the time to remember you for when you come back next! I recommend this place to anyone in the area! Don't believe the negative reviews, try it for yourself!

Not that great for the price they charge. Receptionist was also annoyingly rude. She insultingly and condescendingly called my younger sister and I "cute" after I asked where to leave the tip because we usually do not go to nail salons. They also messed up one of the nails and didn't fix the mess they made. Definitely will not be returning.

Not good. I went to Angel Nails for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was awful. When the nail tech finished with my nails I looked at them and I had polish on the skin surrounding my nails. I pointed this out to her and she looked at me like I had lost my mind. She barely tried to clean my nails up using a top coat polish and not polish remover. I got home and had to completely remove the Polish from my nails. I won't be going back.

Health concerns are a priority to me. That is why, for the first time ever, I walked out of this nail salon. I had been seated, and told the gals that I did not want a foot bath, as there is major concern about picking up infections that way. Fine, no problem. Next thing I knew, she was using a USED nail file. I asked if it had been disinfected, and her reply was that they use the same one for each client. GROSS AND DANGEROUS!! So I walked out and will never return.Careful folks! Infections picked up during a pedicure are all too common and have the potential of being a serious health issue.

I love this place! My teenage daughter, my husband and I have been coming to this nail salon for years. Sometimes for convenience, we've had to go to other places but we keep coming back to Angel Nails. They're very professional at what they do, their prices are very competitive and their salon is always very clean. Most importantly, they're super friendly, very accommodating and make you feel welcome every time you stop by.
