I have been a customer there for years and they know me. Recently I had a gel manicure that discolored within three days but I was in Italy and could not show them so I took pictures. I just went in and they didn’t do anything about it and told me basically it was my fault. Not a good way to maintain loyal customers. Wow.

I have been a customer for three years. I will never go back! Cannot believe the way I was treated, even after I called the manager to discuss it. I was overcharged and also now have a nail fungus on my big toe. I was shocked when I went to pay. If you are going to go to 3D Nails make sure you ask all of the costs up front and do not allow them to talk you in to any additional services. Also, make sure they are using properly sterilized equipment.

I went there and I was overcharged while having a conversation with the nail tech. I noticed a couple days after and went to tell them and they said they have many people go there. They remembered I gave both ladies $5 tip each but would not give me the $35 they overcharged me. I had to make a dispute with my bank... I will never go back!!! 😠😠😠

Have been doing my nails there for more than a year and am very happy with the service. They always try to be accomodating. The atmosphere is good and the technicians are excellent!!

I used to go there every 2 weeks.. Always made an appoinment and had to wait 20 to 30 min for the service.. Until one day that i made an appointment as usual i got there 10 min late and they told me i lost my appointment because i was late and they can't wait more than 5 min... So what about all the time i always had to wait for them?? The managment in this place sucks.. They don't care about people or service.. It's just $$$.. I do not recommend this place at all.. There are others salon around with better service.. Don't come here!!

I have been a customer there for years and they know me. Recently I had a gel manicure that discolored within three days but I was in Italy and could not show them so I took pictures. I just went in and they didn’t do anything about it and told me basically it was my fault. Not a good way to maintain loyal customers. Wow.

I have been a customer for three years. I will never go back! Cannot believe the way I was treated, even after I called the manager to discuss it. I was overcharged and also now have a nail fungus on my big toe. I was shocked when I went to pay. If you are going to go to 3D Nails make sure you ask all of the costs up front and do not allow them to talk you in to any additional services. I went there and I was overcharged while having a conversation with the nail tech. I noticed a couple days after and went to tell them and they said they have many people go there. Until one day that i made an appointment as usual i got there 10 min late and they told me i lost my appointment because i was late and they can't wait more than 5 min...
