I just moved to the area and came across the salon on Google. I made an appointment with Cristi for a balayage before my trip to NYC for the New Year. I entered the salon with highlighted blonde hair and left with a travesty on my head. I was there for about 3 hours for one of the worst color experiences of my life. My hair was absolutely destroyed and looked like a zebra with the color that she applied. She told me to wash my hair with Suave in order to break up the extremely noticeable streaks. I also asked her to touch up my small blue streak by the nape of my neck and the blue spread everywhere into my hair during the shampoo, getting the dye in places it was not supposed to go. I was so unhappy with the final product that I just wanted to leave, so I paid, which I fully regret doing. After I went outside, I cried a little and then asked her to fix it since I was so upset. She told me she didn't have time to fix it completely, so she put a shampoo mask on my head, which stripped my hair of all color and damaged it so much. She also ruined the shirt that I was wearing by dropping bleach all over it with no apology. I ended up crying on the phone to the Paul Mitchell School and drove over there to drop another $150 to get highlights and a deep conditioning treatment. All of the teachers and students at the school were appalled with my experience. Not only is my hair extremely damaged, but now I am down $250 for something that I am not happy with. The 1st picture is what my hair looked like a week before the visit. The 2nd is the picture I showed Cristi of what I wanted. The 3rd picture is how my hair looked when she made me pay for it. The 4th and 5th pictures are how she left me leave the salon after putting the hair mask on me. The 6th picture is what my hair looked like after 5 hours at Paul Mitchell. I get that people make mistakes, but this was a NIGHTMARE. I was so embarrassed to even walk into the Paul Mitchell school because my hair was so horrible. I wish I could just get my money back! I got microblading done with Daisily and I am in love! Everyone comments on how well my eyebrows look and i feel like it makes such a huge difference in the way my face looks framed! I have had massages done by dozens of people over the years, and his deep tissue massage was fantastic. He knows the body and strategically gets the tension and knots out. If you are looking for a functional therapeutic massage, he is fantastic. I can't speak to his Swedish and hot stone massages, but I imagine that he probably does those well too. Sacha Cruz has been my personal hairdresser for 3 years. If you want someone who understands your hair, such as cuts, color, highlights or a new look Sacha is a miracle worker hairdresser. I love how she observes my hair and gives me her opinion before she cuts. When applying color/highlights she will will pick the perfect color match and will go in details when applying color so you are aware how your hair will look when its done. Sacha loves making people look beautiful its her passion and she loves making her clients happy with change. Sacha really loves her job, she is easy to get along with, I highly recommend her. She's been cutting my hair for years and has been cutting my boyfriend's hair for longer! She's been doing this for awhile so I trust her judgement on what cut will fit me the best and which colors look the best on me. My boyfriend always has great new styles when he goes to her.I go to Miriam for my lash extensions. Her prices can't be beat and she is so flexible when it comes to appointments. I always LOVE getting my lashes done because they look so GOOD. There's different ones you can choose from. I get the glam ones which you can see from far away! After having a very bad experience with the horrid Owner of my previous salon (Belanova) I decided it was time for me to move on... I found a Groupon for Privily and decided it was worth a shot, despite it being such a new salon with few reviews. I am sooo glad I gave it a chance because I am very please with my results and have found my new "go to" salon! I love that each stylist has a private room and Cristi did an excellent job delivering a cut and highlight exactly the way I envisioned. She was very personable, informative and professional. I especially like that it was One stylist to do both the cut and color. I don't particularly like being passed around due to timing restraints or lack of expertise. Private rooms, a glass of wine and a very capable stylist. What could be any better?! I will absolutely be returning to Cristi in a couple of months! Read Less

I am so excited about this new place. I have known Kim Hayes- the owner- for around 10 years now. She is an amazing hair stylist and a great salon owner. She has put together a great spa in the Westchase area with lots of very talented people. My favorite is Chastity Ferrer, my hair stylist. Chaz is an incredibly talented hair stylist and an amazing colorist. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years now.
