Brooke is absolutely amazing at doing nails! I highly recommend her work and would not go anywhere else. She has great attention to detail and is always happy to try new designs and nail art. She is such a lovely, easy going chick and I always enjoy our chats and plenty of laughs while she works her magic on my nails. I always leave her home salon with beautiful nails I am proud to show off

Eyelashes and brows are the bomb, its usually no hassle for that ,but today i was in there and it was very busy, a young lady was upset because she was lied to about who people ahead of her were waiting for. The nail tech got pretty rude with her....and I think that's wrong.Respect your customers. I may walk in here and there for brows and lashes but for nails I'll go to first lady on military and 45th

After going to 2 other nail salons i found this place it was busy but they work hard to take care of all the customers. The older lady did my pedicure and was great!

I feel robbed the work was rushed the price was high and the service sucked and it was not clean. Do not go here if you like quality work I walked out unhappy. 2/24/18 very rude to customers!

I went here on a whim thinking that my nails would look beautiful because of the high rating this place has. Unfortunately for me it was terrible!!! I got a gel manicure, the woman put the gel on so thick I could see where the polish had bubbled up. She even left gel on my skin!!! Some places barely had any polish and then other spots had clumps of gel on them. If I would have hit my nail on something it would've pulled the gel off way too easy. I went back to ask them to fix it, guess what, the guy put a new coat of gel on and that was it. They wouldn't refund my money and my nails we're absolutely horrendous. - DONT GO HERE unless you want to risk walking out feeling robbed!

Worst service ever. Requested a gentleman who I heard was good at pedicures - he and another man then got into an argument about it for 10 minutes until he decided he wasn't going to do it at all and an entirely different man tried to step in because apparently my guy was now "uncomfortable" ... oh HES uncomfortable?? How about the out-of-towner just trying to get a little color on my toes literally the worst experience of my life I walked out and will never come back. I suggest you don't either.

Brooke was recommended to me by my sister in law when I moved to Ormeau, I was so happy with her work that even after we moved further toward Brisbane I still travel the 20mins or so to go see her.

I have been a cosmotologist for 11 1/2 years; I am also a cosmotology instructor. I had my first two pedicures there and loved the employees..... they are very nice. Unfortunately, on the day of my third pedicure I followed the owner, he is also staff back to there clean-up area only to be horrified!! I watched in horror how they ONLY WATER RINSED the instruments and than set them up ready for the next pedicure!!! I asked where the Barbacide ( chemical that is REQUIRED IN ALL SALONS) was parallel they did not have a WET SANITIZER, that is a bucket of water and barbacide where ALL utincils MUST be soaked for a minimum of 35-45 min. When I asked where these things were the OWNER played dumb and acted like he didn't understand my english; but I had met him previously and he knew english in my previous visits. CLIENTS BEWARE; BE DOUBLE AWARE AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT IMPOSES THE SAFETY MEASURES THAT YOU DESERVE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. You can CATCH fungus', hepitis, hiv, and many, many more transmittable problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went here on a whim thinking that my nails would look beautiful because of the high rating this place has. Unfortunately for me it was terrible!!! I got a gel manicure, the woman put the gel on so thick I could see where the polish had bubbled up. She even left gel on my skin!!!
