Beautiful ambiance in a great location. I was so happy to find a great nail salon. From the moment I walked in, there were good vibes. The most memorable was my nail technician, Nora, who paid close attention to detail and was a Great, start to finish!!! Amy did a fantastic job on my nails- I was looking for a place to get an acrylic fill while here on vacation bc I was long overdue. She paid such careful attention to the shape and what I wanted for my nails- I love her work! Winston's has a fantastic selection of colors and the setup is gorgeous, love the dark hardwood floors with white furnishings. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a great nail shop! I start out by saying that my nails look nice and they place is very cleaning and pretty but there is a downside to this place. EVERYTHING is an uncharge, u like a basic nail polish with sparkles it's an $5 uncharge to  a $30 basic pedicure. You have an ingrown well this isn't a place that can remove it "they are not doctors" is what she told me. Weird thing is they didn't put a base coat to my nail polish. And they left the bottom of my feet very ruff. Overall the place is nice but I will not be coming back to expensive and not a lot for your money. Read Less

Nora did a great job on my gel manicure today. It was my first time here and I found the salon atmosphere quiet and relaxing. She was able to work quickly and still pay incredibly good attention to all the details. My nails needed a lot of work so we cut them down but I bet they would of looked even better if I hadn't chipped a few. I also found a cute summer dress on my way out! My daughter came home last week with beautiful Nexgen nails from Winston. She was raving about the salon and Nora the tech who had done her nails. I decided to give it a try today.  It was awesome! Nora is amazing. My nails look beautiful. The salon is super clean, modern, and everyone is refreshingly nice.  Nora will leave your nails and hands looking beautiful.  I highly recommend this place. I would had given it a 5 if they had offer a refreshment . Nora gets a 5 tho.  She combines passion with her nail techniques and the end result is a very happy customer! So, like a complete jerk I walked in to this salon at 1/2 hour till close without an appointment....despite this fact, the owner herself took me for next gen w/ tips without any issue! Really wanted to love this place - Loved the atmosphere and decor. Original nail tech Nora did one of the fastest no chips I've ever had in my life. She didn't even bother putting lotion on my hands and had me out of her chair in less than 20 min. Super bummed that I had to ask for lotion and she just pumped it into my hand ??? Maybe I'm  used to all my other nail techs finishing off with a quick hand massage ? As I waited for my sister to finish three nails already were lifting at the edges !! NORA IS THE NAIL QUEEN!!!  i went here after reading all the amazing reviews about Nora and I had to gave it a try. BEST NAIL DECISION OF MY LIFE. The salon is super cute and glamorous and all the girls were very welcoming. ..But back to NORA...  she is not only an amazingly talented nail specialist but such a down to earth and real person, not a  "salon personality". Came here with one of my girlfriends. The place is very nicely decorated but that's about it. I got a pedicure. I can say I'm very unhappy, all my nails are different shapes and the girl was not gentle at all. My friend got nexus and she was soaking for about 45 minutes! Also different shape nails and her cuticles are all red and upset! The girl in the front did offer me to fix it but I was done with the place. Read Less

Wanted to love this place... was so excited by the menu and decor. However, very unsatisfactory experience and the opposite of relaxing. Pedicure was basic- my feet almost seemed more rough after... how is that even possible? Then scheduling multiple services With my friend was a disaster. Masseuse wasn't even happy to stay, her nails stabbed me, and the facial was like a quick cleanse- very superficial and limited. Worst part was my gel manicure. It looked gorgeous but started chipping in 2 days!!! That should never happen with gel. Then nail after nail was peeling off within the week... ugh needless to say huge waste of money for me and my friend and more stressful than relaxing. Total spa fail. Read Less

Rosemarie was so gentle and delightful. The express facial was relaxing and meditative.  The salon is very large in size and beautifully decorated in purples, lavenders and whites.  The product line they use is Murad, a dermatologist brand, with natural derivatives an scientific testing (not tested on animals). I absolutely adore Winston's! I've been here twice now, and I promise you this place is gold! I'm new to town and was a bit fearful to find a new nail salon after my friend got her nail ripped off at a different salon. After much research I found Winston's, and fell in love. The staff and owner ( Janice) are beyond welcoming and caring. The nail salon is very clean and relaxing. This is a great place to unwind and just relax, while being pampered. First visit...Impressed with the decor and the salon was also immaculately clean! But I felt like some upbeat music would of added to the look and feel of the place. "Kat" did my nails, she is adorable and a perfectionist when it came to my gel polish and the shape of my beloved coffin nails. I would definitely go back. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and actually stumbled onto Winston's. They were so friendly from the time we walked in til the time we left. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The music was not to loud and instrumental only so it was soothing. Our technicians were professional, courteous, and very good at their craft. We also noticed they greeted other customers by name as if they were part of their family. We would recommend Winston's to all who are visiting the Palm Beach area.
