I don’t like the way one of the men did my nails . I asked for stilleto shape and my nails came out so crooked and uneven , he made one hand have skinnier nails than the other 🤨 And he had the nerve to charge me $45 . I went another day to get my toes done and it was the worst decision I ever made , HE MADE A CRACK IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TOENAIL FROM SCRAPING SO HARD ,now it broke and i have to wait until it grows back to do it ,cuz now my toe looks like a sausage. I then went to get my fingernails done but it was by a female , she did it way better and I’ll give her props for that but each time I go to this salon, there’s barely any customers so i would think I wouldn’t be there all day but they only have 2 people working most of the time and then the customers start piling up . I literally only go to this salon because they are walking distance, if you have a car ,I would recommend that you go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

I went and got a nexgen service in the salon. The girl rushed through the service and did not soak and push back or remove my cuticles. There is a large gap between my cuticle and where the color starts when I went home and properly moisturized them. I am going to have to go back and have them correct the gap.The color is nice but she filed my nails unevenly and my left hand is shorter than my right and a different shape. I refuse to let them near my nail with a shaping file again.

Ever since the original owners sold the worst service no call reminders cameras everywhere scared to even go to the restroom. Do NOT recommend at all.

By a wide margin my more awful experience getting a nail treatment and pedicure. My manicurist did not by any stretch of the imagination recognize me as a client didn't give me the massages that accompany it she really was chatting on her cellphone through her Bluetooth. Something else that irritated me after I paid with my Visa the secretary did not let me sign which was ungainly to me since I was not leaving any type of a tip. I will stay away forever nor will ever prescribe this business.

I have been going here for quite a few years now. Nick and his wife are really great and are very hard workers. I am not much of a talker to the techs and they try to have conversation with you - but honestly - i can't always understand them and I don't know that they always understand me... so i just sit back and relax. Some are on the rough side and some a little on the lazier side when it comes to the leg/ hand/ arm massage - which is the best part! Have a large variety of colors to chose from. They don't always remind you about the massage chairs.. and it's not that fancy - but it makes up for in good people and cleanliness - i don't have alot of experience with other places so i don't know if pricing is competitive.. i get the basics - no special polishes or designs - just simple stuff. Under $50 including tip.

I went and got a nexgen service in the salon. The girl rushed through the service and did not soak and push back or remove my cuticles. There is a large gap between my cuticle and where the color starts when I went home and properly moisturized them. I am going to have to go back and have them correct the gap.The color is nice but she filed my nails unevenly and my left hand is shorter than my right and a different shape.
