Sophisticated Lash & Nail Salon is truly heaven on earth. The location is incredibly cute and has a great touch of "home" to it. Vanessa greeted me warmly upon my arrival and unlike any other nail salon I've been to she helped me pick what colour to use for my mani and pedi, actually took interest in where I was going (a wedding at the time) and made sure the colours looked nicely with my dress! She made wonderful conversation with me, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even offered me some wine (that I now regret declining haha). The service is amazing, my nails looked amazing and Vanessa made sure I left completely satisfied. To top it all off all of her products from her homemade scrub, to the polish, to her wine is all natural and organic. I will never go anywhere else in the Palm Beach area to get my nails done! Worst place ever!! Very rude to the customers. I wanted to see their designs to do my nails, and they were very disrespectful to me and didn’t show me anything. What bothers me more is I know a lady that went there wanting to see designs too, they gave her a bad time but then they showed her an album with designs. Not to me, they didn’t show me anything. And when I was asking them, they were talking to each other in their language, which is very rude because I didn’t understand them. The lady didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted to do acrylic or not, she just assumed, and when I asked her, her face was so rude and said “yeah I know, that’s what I’m doing” First of all, you have to ask the customer what they want, not just do whatever you want. There's no other person like Vanessa and no other place in all of Palm Beach like sophisticated lash and nail. The experience is personal, is sophisticated, is natural, is organic. Nontoxic polish is rarely available in salons and she has it. She only uses natural ingredients for scrubs and oils. You will never find a better place or better service. She's the real deal! I went here last week the lady was rude and when I asked questions she told me basically to have somebody else to do the work. (A wax and my nails) on top of that she did a VERY POOR JOB on my nails and took forever . My pedicure was nice as somebody else did it. Even though he was pushing me to get the most expensive option. So I ended up paying 80 dollars for a pedicure and nails her attitude was so bad I didn’t want her touching my eyebrows. I'm a regular of Topline Nails in Tampa and I'll never be disappointed about them. I decided to tried this once. When I arrived there, they took me in and offered some drinks. I had them use the newest product on my pedicure. They're amazing and knowledgeable and very polite. The price tag was slightly more expensive than most salons in the area. I used to go here often for waxing and never had an issue but then stopped going there for a while. I went back a couple days ago and got my face waxed. It was sore after but I didn't really think anything of it. I woke up the next day and discovered that the spot that was sore was actually because I had a huge burn mark under my eye. I had a great experience! Apparently the Groupon I purchased was uploaded as a mistake, but Vanessa still honored it. I was really impressed by the fact that all the products she uses are all-natural. It really makes a difference at the end of the session. I felt so much better and I didn't feel the impact of any harsh chemicals nor did I smell any of those harmful chemicals. Plus, three days later and both my hands and feet look exceptional. :-) I did the spa pedi & gel mani, and the sugar scrub she uses (which she makes herself) was great. The atmosphere is so relaxing and you can tell she really wants her clients to escape into a serene world.
