Why do I always get the grumpy old ladies at these places? Awful. First the girl at the desk was like 12 and didn’t have any idea what was going on. She asked one of the nail techs if she was ready to take a pedicure the tech just grunted and stormed away. I sat and waited forever in the pedicure chair with no water and a stained nasty towel for my feet. She came back finally never said hello, no conversation or smile at all the entire time. She struggled with and picked at the parts of the pedicure tub drain and struggled with trying to put the sanitary cover on the tub. She was annoyed at everything. NO MASSAGE AT ALL! I have never gotten a full spa pedicure with no massage. Towards the end she removed the sanitary cover and shoved my feet back into the tub!! I still don’t know what was going on with that! When it was done all I had was $5 cash. Sorry but it was rushed rude and no massage. I usually tip more than $5 but not on a $22 pedicure maybe worth $10 at best. I asked the young girl at the desk for change she acted very nervous and said she wasn’t allowed to give change for anything under $20. Wait WHAT??? She told me to ask the tech who did my pedicure. The tech got hot and huffy and puffy with me and made the change from the cash drawer by the young girl who said no. Really? I left her $3 she deserved nothing. Rude incompetent. As a side note, another customer was asking for prices to add rhinestones to her manicure. They told her to come back April 30th when the manger was to return and could tell her the price! WTH?
