This could be a great salon if they didn’t have so much attitude!
Just make sure they get it right for you the first time because I just went to have one nail (ONE NAIL) fixed and they tried to charge me. For their poorly done work.
I got my nails done the day before going on vacation and then was out of town for a week. I came to the salon the day I got back to have a NexGen nail repaired (it was lifting at the back and kept catching on my hair...it had been like this since the day after my mani) and my same nail tech was there.
She made it real clear she wasn’t happy about fixing it, by barely saying a word to me, which surprised me because we had got along so well during my first appt. She seemed like maybe she was having a bad day so I tried not to think anything of it.
Then she did a quick job fixing my pinky and when I went to walk out, she said it was going to be $3. I refused to pay and she said it only would’ve been free if I came the day after my mani. I had been out of town though...
Luckily the owner was sitting there and said not to worry about it when I started to argue, but it really rubbed me the wrong way, especially since I had generously tipped that same nail tech $20 on my first appt and she was all happy about it.
That’s not how you treat someone who you want to be a repeat customer, which I had been and planned to continue to be.
I hate being nickel-and-dimed like that, so I won’t be going back to this salon.
FYI: They also said they don’t do fills, so you just have to get a whole new mani every time. Another salon I talked to said they do $15 fills.

I had visited two other nail salons before trying polished nails. Had a great experience, place was clean, personnel very friendly. Nori did an absolutely wonderful job, i’ll definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would I had tips put on with nexgen. 5 have broken off in a week . The salon is over 30 minutes away so I had to go to a salon near me 4 times to get them fixed. I tried calling them and they would do nothing. And they are very pricey so I would expect them to last. Horrible experience with this salon!

Way underrated! This place is simply the best. The ambiance and the nail techs are hospitable and professional. Nori is the best nail tech in town. She's a perfectionist and always makes sure my acrylics match up- which is a must! Not to mention she is knowledgeable and passionate about her profession which is hard to find these days. Make the trip, it's worth it.

I went and had my nails done last Tuesday and then had to go back Yesterday to have a nail fixed because they are so thin and falling off. I dont drive so had to wait until I went there again and they wanted me to pay for a nail fix and wait 45mins as they on had 2 costumes and lots of staff.. just looked over my nails again today to keep eye on any more coming off and low and behold there is.. so I will NOT be going back to them or even telling anyone to go there.

Quite upset. Have been coming to the salon for 9 years. Have always given a good review if asked by friends. Rang to book in pedicures for 2 x adults and 5 x children for my daughters birthday party. Came in twice to the salon to confirm the appointments. Arrived yesterday at the designated 2pm and people were receiving pedicures, just starting out, so our appointment time was not met. Within 8 minutes they had done three of the children's feet and not long after completed th...e rest. All they had done was paint the girls nails for the $25 quoted price per child. One staff member could see I was getting annoyed and said they would charge $15 per child. For painted nails! Still not happy so they did offer $5 per child and then later reneged and said they would complete the pedicure. Still rushed and not removing the paint so no shaping of nails etc. Still charged the full price. By this stage my pedicure was also rushed and not enjoyed. Such bad service. See More

So very unhappy with my nails. I always get acrylic with gel polish. I get 4 weeks out of this working a manual job where I am constantly knocking my nails. On holidays atm day 2 after getting my nails done 3 nails chipped. They either water down their polish or its cheap crap. Ive been getting my nails done at different places for 2 years and only when I come here do they chip in the 4 weeks

Love this salon! Very clean, and everyone is super nice! Nori is my go-to nail technician and she is wonderful!! She always does a fantastic job and I look forward to going to see her for all of my nail needs, plus, she keeps me laughing throughout my visits which is a huge perk! I have been coming here for a little while and all was good. Last Sunday I had the usual pedi and mani and the staff were lovlely. By the next day my nail polish and toe polish was flaking, bubbling and peeling off. My first chance to come back in today (my birthday) and see someone about it. My first time ever speaking to the owner and I'm not impressed. She was rude not only is that normal apparently but I should have in that day to complain and she would redo them for a cost because of these reasons. Very disappointed and thanks for the birthday vibes.

I normally go to this salon, they were always good, but today was genuinely the worst ever. I wanted a pedicure and manicure, pedicure was fine, but there was no manicure only the old gel from my nails were removed and new gel colour put on. I was charged for a full manicure and pedicure though. My sister had the same, but she didn't even get to have the full pedicure and there was no manicure, only new polish put on her nails. Once again, paid the full price. For two people $55 voucher used + $75 paid on top of the voucher. I don't think I will be back. The service is very rushed, they just want to get you in and out, but still you have to pay for the full service.

Took my daughter for a birthday treat had pedicures and manicures. I was left with old nail polish colour in places on my toes and my daughters nails where so rough. Upon telling manager all i got was " I'm sorry " . Not good enough very dissapointed . If you are too busy do not take on other customers treat rhe ones you have at the time with the right amount of care as we are the ones paying.

After trying to make a reservation so I wouldn't be late and being told just too come in I wouldn't have to wait over the phone, I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for them to start on me. I told them I wanted a matte grey colour and they refused to show me the colour on the wall I wanted. So I changed my mind and said a dark matte red colour, that was fine for them too do. I also wanted a triangle shape filed out of it (hard it explain but I showed the lady a photo of exact...ly what I wanted. She refused to do that aswell, so again I decided on something else, something simple, having half of my middle finger matte black, she agreed. By the end off it, the line between the black and the red was not even remotely straight AND on top of that neither colour is any where near a 'matte' finish. I told her I wasn't happy and she was more concerned with the client next too me (who seemed like a regular). All in all I am really unhappy with the work and the way the lady acted towards me. This was not my first time at this store and it wasn't my first time being unhappy with their work. But it is the last time I'll go there. See More

Horrible Experience: Had a manicure and gel nail polish: Was poor coverage. Noticed equipment wasn't sterilized in packaging (Indicator on packaging showed nil sterilization) so questioned staff member about it, staff member all of a sudden forgot to speak English and didn't understand. Reworded it multiple times and then refused to answer. Told her not to use it however proceeded to use dirty equipment on me. Contacted head office and complained; her response was 'what do yo...u want', refused to give me a refund and told me to go back in to get my nails redone. Told her that there is a language barrier and just wanted a refund as didn't want them to use dirty instruments again. Still refused to refund me and was very difficult to deal with; didn't get a refund or explanation as to why they were using DIRTY equipment. Would never recommend this company. See More

I got my nails done the day before going on vacation and then was out of town for a week. I have been coming here for a little while and all was good. Last Sunday I had the usual pedi and mani and the staff were lovlely. By the next day my nail polish and toe polish was flaking, bubbling and peeling off. My first chance to come back in today (my birthday) and see someone about it. I normally go to this salon, they were always good, but today was genuinely the worst ever. I wanted a pedicure and manicure, pedicure was fine, but there was no manicure only the old gel from my nails were removed and new gel colour put on. I was charged for a full manicure and pedicure though. My sister had the same, but she didn't even get to have the full pedicure and there was no manicure, only new polish put on her nails.
