Fantastic experience! I'll definitely be returning. The masseur was very attuned to his work, and I felt very cared for. I requested the foot and back combo massage, and I about melted. Also the atmosphere was super relaxing and the massage lounge was really really comfortable. I booked two separate sessions online starting 15 minutes apart from each other. I was in a bit of a rush so I accidentally made one for only 30 minutes, but I called and was pleasantly greeted by their receptionist Shelley, and she was very nice and switched my session no problem. Also the hospitality was next level! My friend arrived late, but I left his name up front, and there were no issues at all. He was shown in when he arrived, and his massage wasn't rushed. Also, since I was in a hurry, I asked to pay up front before the massage (normally you pay after) and they accommodated me with that too! Okey, so I love to pamper myself once a month and I visit a lot of places and review them. I recently moved here from NY and decided to get my nails done. I told the girl I wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure, the girl showed me the price and it said 30$ didn't even mention it was only for pedicure and did not give me price for manicure. Anyways I'm thinking nice 30$ for both. When I am done i tip the lady that did my nails and then i go to the front to find out everything was 67$ -_- . I never paid that much not even in NY , I paid half of that for the same job and even better service. Im not cheap but if you are on a budget I wouldn't recommend going here. They overcharged me for a simple refill at $50 for acrylic. But it doesn't stop there a friend of mine received a pedicure and asked for the callus remover and when finished he had third-degree burns on the top of his foot and still they made us pay. I felt as if I was indirectly being told that I wasn’t welcomed at this location. Linda said this location caters to a different type of clientele... I went last Wednesday for a pedicure and full set (cost $99 smh) I had to return today (Tuesday) to have a nail repaired that popped off on Saturday like a Lee press-on. Both times I was there Linda mentioned their “other location”. She even went as far as to say they don’t normally do full set (nail tips) with gel at this lo...cation because of the smell and that I should go to the “other location”. If they don’t do full sets with gel why is it in the brochure as an option and why do you have the products if you “don’t do the service” at this location? My money is green just like anyone else!!! I'm truly disappointed in your staff and your company! I have gone to your place 2x and had a good time, I had actually recommend your place to one of my best friends and when she came to you, you treated her terribly! I feel terrible knowing that I had recommend you to her, I had told her about the massages and how clean your place looked and how she would be very comfortable there. My friend has dealt with numerous health issues throughout the years, most recent back surger...y, she really needed to unwind and relax she picked your place to do this and all you did was the complete opposite. Not only did your staff members make her feel uncomfortable by touching her inappropriately while giving her a "massage" but also your staff made her feel extremely bad about her other disability! She was born with only one hand, she has never let this get in her way EVER! and that day you made her feel like a complete disabled and incapable person. Where in the world would you charge a person with ONE hand, 5 FINGERS a full set?? This is common sense, which to me sounds like you have NON WHAT SO EVER!! Not only did she pay over $130 dollars for multiple service which by the way where not relaxing at all, but $25 for her hand service? It would of been OK if she had 10 FINGERS! BUT instead of charging her half for that you had to announce it when she asked you a question about it. It makes no sense to me that you as a business would work this way, I have a business and I know about customer service, if my customer has an issue I would do anything to make it better and keep my customer, specially if my customer shows me I have been at fault or made a mistake somehow, you did non of that! She came back the following day and asked to have 2 nails fixed, which I saw and they did look bad, you again had to the chance to make it better but YOU decided to not give a care and treated her worst by making her wait a long time and still did nothing to turn the problem into a happy customer! My son gave me a gift card to this place and I thought I would treat myself to an early Christmas gift of a manicure, pedicure, and massage. The manicure was OK but not great. When it came time for my pedicure, one of the Orientals pointed at my feet and laughed, then called all the others over and they were all chattering in Chinese or Japanese or whatever it is they speak and they were all pointing and laughing at my feet. I was so humiliated! Since the package included a massage I didn't want to waste it so I gave it a try. A very attractive young Oriental woman came into the room and rubbed and touched me in places I didn't know I had. It was my first happy ending in years. You made her stand there and wait in front of everyone while your poorly trained staff tried to get you on the phone to see if they could discount her manicure because she has only one hand. Let me ask you something. How often do you get someone with ONE HAND in your spa? Is your staff ignorant enough to think she was just trying to pull one over on them, or are you the type of asshole employer who would give them shit about disc...ounting her manicure that they felt the need to treat her like a cheapskate scrounging around for a discount by calling you to check? Were they scared to use their better judgment because they're used to you screwing them over? Or do they just lack empathy? Finally, she comes here to give you a review and you BLOCK her. I never write bad reviews, however this time I feel the need to do it after the terrible experience I had in this place. I came for a massage since I was having pain in my back and neck. I got a foot and back combo and requested to get a therapist that doesn't smoke. After waiting for 15 minutes a guy who smelled like cigarette smoke started pressing my feet. I called the manager and kindly asked for someone else. The next person also had cigarette smell. I could hear phones ringing in the background while getting the least relaxing massage experience. I waited for a while to see if it got better but that didn't happen so I decided to finish the time of the massage before the hour has passed. When I walked to the front desk I explained the OWNER the situation and she still decided to charge me for the full length of the massage despite having a miss advertised signed on the front desk stating that "the massage is 100% satisfaction guaranteed (free)". If you are looking for a relaxing experience please stay away from this business, it might look fancy and clean but the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Today was my first time being at this nail salon. The interior is beautiful and breath taking. The designer did an amazing job with decor and structure of the facility to meet all needs of service. The service was also excellent. My pedicure was flawless from beginning to the end. The facility uses plastic coverings for the pedicure station which is a plus. They also do not use the same utenstils for everyone which is also another plus. My only recommendations would be to upholster the pedicure and massage furniture and shampoo the carpet. Really sucks when you try to treat your girlfriend to a relaxing foot massage/Reflexology session and get poor customer service, rude staff and bad massage. After session, she was disappointed with lack of quality and/or knowledge of reflexology. As she was leaving was told a tip is mandatory.........WHAT? She had intended to tip less than 20% for the reasons stated. When told that tipping was mandatory she tipped more than 20% and said if it so important, they can have it and lose my future business.
