Very slow and terrible customer service. I came on a Saturday it wasn’t even packed they 1 person doing hands 1 doing feet and 2 doing facial services. I waited over a hour and half just to get my eyebrows wax & tinted. Customers were complaining and they had now care in the world. I took a break from coming here for my personal reasons but now I’m not even going to bother returning.

Kim is the only professional one, and the girl who sits at station 1. Everyone else is rude and sucks. Worst customer service AND it’s extremly hot inside, there’s no music no peace. Have been waiting here for hours just to get one nail done when I just got them done yesterday.
If it wasn’t for Kim I wouldn’t come back.

Ive been to alot of nail salons the yell over the top of you and talk between eachother. Not artistic nails. They also have a 10% pension discount which is amazing. I will keep coming back to see them! Thanks so much guys very happy

Not really sure of any other business in this age that doesn't accept credit, but this place. I guess I'm spoiled and failed to see the "cash only" sign. At the end of my cheap service I whipped out my card, to find out they don't accept them. The ladies suggested I go to the atm at Cumberland and asked if I'd leave my phone. I declined and came back with the cash. Why would i leave my $800 phone for a $80 tab? May I suggest the Square App, Dinosaurs?
No bag is used for pedicures. They do lashes, which is why I passed many nail salons to get there. English of staff is very hard to understand, they need pictures to communicate.

If it wasn’t for Kim I wouldn’t come back.
