I have been going to this establishment for the better half of 4 years. But today I went to get the regular eyebrow wax and kindly asked to just clean and leave them thick how I prefer it. But the associate after completing the process decided to then tell me one of the them was too thin compared to the other so she decided to make both of them thin to make them even. She could have asked this before starting and I would have kindly declined and said it's fine if one is a little thinner than the other no big deal. But offer this experience I will never go back. The service was okay, I mean the man that did my nails totally didn't do his best job and then my mom told me it seemed like he was talking bad about me after I paid and he did receive a two dollar tip verse nothing at all but any who. I received coffin gel nails and their lumpy and two of my nails are going in the wrong direction. I loved the place thoe it was so nice insidebit the lighting is very low so I couldn't really tell till I got home. I just need to know who does the best nails in there I will never go to him again and I didn't get his name. Decided to go to them last week Thursday since my original nail girl was booked and my birthday was Friday. The gentleman that did my nails was nice but I was not pleased with the work. I got gel and chrome on 4 fingers. For what I paid i definite was not satisfied. Had to go back yesterday because my chrome was coming off. Needless to say I will not be returning there. Read Less

The worst experience of my entire life! I wanted a mani and as soon as he starts taking off the cuticles as hard as he can I start bleeding out of 6 fingers and I tell him I'm in pain and he just laughs! And I tell him I don't like it and he tells me I don't like doing your nails! And tells me that I'm rude because I won't let him keep letting me bleed!
