I paid for gel french manicure and regular pedicure ($55 not including tip) the day before my party and by the next day it was damaged. The Tech Applied An Acrylic Nail on one of my shorter nails- thumb and it broke in half. Horrible! Got a gel manicure and it didn't even last 2 days. The guy that did my nails only left my hand in for 30 seconds and i kept telling him to allow to me leave it a little longer so it wont chip all he did was yell at me and tell me NO ITS FINE! This nail salon is so unprofessional. I went to get my nails done there and although I was pleased to see that they accept walk-ins I wish I had gone somewhere else. First of all, the tip is already included and they make no mention of it so when I got the receipt to sign I didn't bother to look which was my mistake I left an extra tip which wouldn't have been a big deal if my nails had actually lasted longer than 3 days. I paid 40 dollars for a manicure that lasted 3 days!!! I went back to the nail salon to tell see if they would fix them and they said that they could fix them but I had to pay even though the nail tech said the nail polish I picked was old. I decided not get anything done there ever again even after being offered a whopping 20% discount. Don't waste your money here. My niece who is 10 would do a better job with her kiddie set. I went to have my acrylics removed,nails cut and regular nail polish.The lady asked me like 5 times why I'm not getting GEL nail polish...tried to be polite and refused her because I don't like the gel removing process. Then she kept insisting. This was on the 05.24.2017 around 3pm. Since I haven't done ANYTHING besides shower and eating cereals.And my nail polish chopped.... there was also a lady who's pedi chopped asweel after a day and she returned demanding to have her nails done again,which should not have been a problem,but they wanted to charge her again for their mistake and poor quality job. I've been coming to this salon for about a year now. The first time I came I waited 45 minutes for them to ask me to come back tomorrow. I was pissed but gave them another chance. I had a guy that was great and only would use him. He left a couple months ago. I waited 40 minutes today, they called me to the pedi chair twice and weren't ready. An hour later I get a lady that has to leave early. What a horrible experience. I am a very patient customer who tips very well. Not a very happy customer today at all. I am disabled (Multiple Sclerosis), walk with a cane and have some challenges. The staff at Forever21 have always been gracious, attentive to my disabilities. I love that the pedicure tubs get a fresh plastic liner for each customer and that the tools used are taken from a fresh pack. The spa pedicure was absolutely heaven with three different soothing lotions, one to remove dead skin, a mask and then a wonderful mint, all with a very thorough massage of feet and calves. I th...en had a full set done with gel polish. While I don't really like gel polish, it has been three weeks since and not a chip on the polish. Going back today for a fill, will get regular polish this time since it is easier to change polish color between time. I would totally recommend Forever21 as your go to nail salon. I called just now and I just had questions about pricing. I've been going to the same person for years in another town and I explained that I don't know the difference between a full set or fill. My girl just always takes care of me. The woman sounded frustrated when sharing pricing to me and then she said something and I didn't quite hear her and she proceeded to re explain pricing as if I was stupid. I said I wasn't trying to be difficult, I just didn't understand and she then got more upset and said if you don't want to come here, you don't have to. I have been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience. My nails and toes always look great and I have never heard any of the employees be rude to anyone. This place is really good. I came here to get my natural nails done with two broken nails. Both broke in the middle of the skin. The amazing workers here saved both of my nails. When I went back because the nails broke again they fixed them again. This place is super clean, with fresh towels to dry your hands after washing. All of the workers are really friendly. When I first started to go there Angelina was in charge, the service was great she really knew how to make everyone feel welcome. Then acrylic nails were never good, sometimes Angelina did them ok, But no one else could get them right. The prices were ok and the place was very nice looking. I stopped going for a while because I let my natural nails grow. I went there last time and Angelina was no longer there, every time I ask she is in maternity leave which is not true probably. The girl with the white hair painted my natural nails French :( first she was talking the entire time never even with me. The nails turned out to be a disaster she never cared for what I wanted and just did it however she thought it would be good. I am so sorry but I would never go there again for my nails. Pedicure is ok and bows wax is ok other than that NEVER AGAIN will anyone touch my nails. ALSO they are getting WAY too expensive. Read Less

The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly; I've been going here for two years - Henry rocks out my nails, I am very fussy and he does them perfect every time. I had a terrible experience. On Saturday I went to get my nails done. As soon as I got in and was sat down she was on the phone talking to her boyfriend for a good 20 minutes as I was sitting there with my hands and acetone. Then she goes on to do my nails and pays me an extra five dollars just to shape my nails in the coffin shape. As she's doing my nails she keeps cutting me and the next day I wake up with a bump on my middle finger on my right hand. And I just found out that it's a nail infection. I came in on 11/28/16 at 10am. I wanted a basic pedicure I told the gentlemen that, when I paid I was charged for a $35 pedicure on top of that he cut me with the scrapper, which I told the girl at the desk and she did nothing. I repeatedly told him I felt him cut me. I know accidents happen I just feel he did not take accountability at all, he kept insistent I did it which I told him I am pretty sure I would know it was there and I felt the scrapper cut it!!!! The spa itself I loved. Very relaxing. I walked in for my first time and was greeted by a man at the front desk of the salon. He told me to pick my Polish color and go to the last table in the middle row. The guy was doing good UNTIL he asked me if I wanted my long nails trimmed. I said no thank you and he cut them way short. He did do a nice job with the Polish though. Then when I went to get my pedi by him, he said "wow oh my!" yes my feet were a little cracked and dry but ...I have been using the at home shavers and files for your feet. They weren't that bad but he just embarrassed me and acted like he didn't want to touch my feet barely, even when he has gloves on. So I decided I will go back but will never go to him again not because he embarrassed me but because I like long nails and he cut them so short they didn't even go past my finger tips anymore. If I had nails that short, I would not be going to a nail salon to do them. I myself was a nail tech until a car accident that caused me to have multiple back surgeries. The only way I will go back is if mimi does them herself for me. And because I have worked in the nail business, I know a lot of people only give a couple dollars tips a lot of time so I actually gave him a good tip for both even after having nails done the way I didn't want them and being insulted over my feet that weren't really that bad.
