I have been going for quite a few visits now. Im very happy l get great service always. Its very rare l loose a nail if l do its usually my fault. Had an appointment , waited 10 minutes to get seated and then got 3 different people doing my nails that ended up stuffing my nails up. Got it redone to look at them when I got home and it is the exact same as what it was before I asked for it to be fixed. Disappointed Read Less

This used to be a nice, friendly place to go. Unfortunately all this has changed. Just wait 10 minutes turns into an hour. Someone starts your nails then someone else takes over. And there is one male technician who is particularly rude and needs to learn what customer service is all about. People would rather be asked to come back in half an hour than told to wait 10 minutes which doesn’t happen. Always went here when Candice was owner. Never a problem. Great friendly chatty staff. Now... Have an apt time for a refill. No problem running slightly late 10 minutes have seat. 40 minutes later still sitting. Friendliness had declined. No apology or recognition. I take my handbag walk out still nothing. I am disappointed to have to give this rating as the girls are always so lovely and do a good job except the last time I went there, I was nicked on a few fingers by the emery board and an over-zelous technician which got me thinking about hygiene. Later in the next week, I developed two quite serious infections. I have been to the doctor twice, been on a very strong antibiotic and then also an antibiotic/antifungal cream. It still hasn't abided and the pain is unbelievable w...hen I bump my fingers on something. I went to see them and queried about their infection control. When I was told that "don't worry, I will use only the one set of tools for you next time you come" answered my worrying query that they don't practice safe hygiene.
