Horrible customer service over the phone and overly priced for a full set. Awful experience. I took my step daughter and myself in for a pedicure. It was our first and last time there. Staff speaks to each other in another language the entire time. Water was cold. Went there for a refill and left half way through getting colour. I was so angry i had to change my colour 3 times cause they didnt have it. Then the colour i wanted didnt even look like the colour its ment to be and it was a really gross colour. The lady new i didnt like it but tried to keep appling, so i told her no more and got up to pay. Still had to pay full price for half done nails. Will never return. Read Less

My mother in law, sister in law, daughter and I have been going to this salon for over a year. We’ve all have gotten the Nexgen nails each time. Some techs dremel the nails down to much to the point they start cracking/chipping to soon. But the best techs are Tony and Andrew in my opinion. They are perfectionists! I come here quite often and usually they are pretty great. But this time it was a joke! I just had a Mani/Pedi, pay $55 and this lady took no care in what she was doing, she didn't even complete the pedicure properly, it literally took her under 10 minutes. I am very disappointed!! Read Less

i am NEVER one to write a review on places that don’t do well. however this experience was unreal. to start, i had an appointment at 5 o’clock with miley (who is someone who got recommended saying she’s the best) & waited 25 minutes, to NOT ONLY “be forgotten” about BUT, to accuse me of being 15 minutes late when i walked in at exactly 5. then, some nice gentleman took care of me, which i appreciated but then starts to get attitude when i tell him he’s not comparing nails to make sure they’re even, and to mess up 2 of my nails. i also walked in with coffin shaped nails, for him to charge me again for shaping them when they already had the shape to begin with!!! this place is horrible. i would NOT recommend. If I could give this place a negative star i would. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure. I should of known better. The water was cold, how the hell do you give some one a pedicure with cold water. Then my daughter had the worse nail tech in existence. He cut her toe nails all crooked. The nail polish was on her skin it was horrible. They don't even give you a good place to dry your nails so they don't get all jacked up when u leave. Please save your time and money. So for anyone reading this and English is NOT your first language, you should know that it's VERY rude to be talking to other people in your native tongue in front of people who don’t understand. Especially if you are providing a service for that person. That is what happened here. I came here before a while back and complained to the manager about this very same issue. He assured me that it was against their policy and that it wouldn’t happen again. I decided to give them another try and once again, it happened again. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers or their feedback. I’m just going to say this because it seems that other reviewers are scared to say it. This salon caters to a certain skin type. And let’s just say it’s not the darker type, if you catch my drift. Now regarding the lady who gave me a pedicure, she was the absolute WORST. She was so rough with my feet and didn’t give a damn how she was treating me. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, and she rushed through it faster than Amazon Prime and UPS Next Day Air! 1-minute massages on my legs and feet, really? I actually asked for a manicure and pedicure when I walked in, but after that mediocre pedicure, I was over it. She then had the audacity to ask if I was ready for my manicure… “Girl bye.” No thanks! A little dissapointed that i spent 3.5 hrs in there for a pedi and a full set of nails. They sat me down for my pedi and i spent about 40 minutes there before anyone even touched me. My feet were wrinkly by time they got to me. The lady who did it was lovely but it looks like i did my toes at home myself not by a professional. Then once that was done it was 20 to 4 ( they are ment to close at 4. They started my nails. I think i ended up with 5 different people doing my nails. One would get up to attend to someone else and if have a different person then doing mine. By 5pm they were all standing around waiting for old love to finish. Went to get my nail fixed and was told bc the nail tech that initially did my nails was not there that they could not help me, while other nail techs simply stood around looking at me as if I was wrong for wanting my nails fixed. Very rude and disrespectful management staff, he never gave me eye contact or stopped what he was doing to address the issue. I will never visit this place again. Poor customer service practices.
