My nail tech was "Henry" and he was by far the most rude person I've ever had do my nails; actually he was likely the most rude person in general. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and henry went out of his way to make me feel bad about it. He made sure to let me know that my disability and I were inconveniencing him. I later called and spoke to a "manager" who told me that next time they'll have someone else do my nails; not likely seeing as how I'd never return there. Spent almost 2 hours there and they passed me around to 3 different people. 2 of my nails look crooked, 2 other nails feels like it has texture to it and I got glow in the dark colors blue and purple it really only glows blue. All they did was put tips and the colors on I didn't even get a full gel set and they charged me 50 dollars. I really just want my money back I have never paid so much for nails a full gel set isn't even that much. Read Less

Me and my friend got our nails done and all we wanted was a set of acrylic nails. I was not told that i was getting gel and my friend asked and was told it was only $5 extra. This is the best salon in brevard county. The customer service is amazing. The work is amazing. Everything is clean and neat. I came in there today thinking I needed a fill and then realized I wanted a new set since my nails I had had on for way too long, they didn't mind starting over and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the results. Well, I went here twice. The first time I went, I gave them benefit of the doubt. I told them I had a latex allergy, they refuse to do my pedicure. They actually told me, next time to bring my own gloves. I had my husband bring some gloves from our house, because they refuse to do my pedicure without gloves. They did a great job so I figured I will go back, since its minute's from my house. Well, yesterday I went back. Refill, pedicure and eyebrows. I was rushed, the guy kept trying to convince me to not cut down my nails because he wanted to go home. As soon as I went home, I noticed two of my nails were chipped in the corner. I went the today (5/25/17) after work and they told me that's normal and refuse to fix it. I was so appalled. Good job for standing behind your work. I went there for the first time yesterday I loved that the place was very clean and sanitary and the staff was friendly. I didn't like that I was charged extra for wanting glitter being used cause I've never had that happened before, but other than that the prices were decent I will be back. Read Less
