I love Fancy Nails! I have been coming here for over a year and it’s my go to for all my waxing, pedicures and nails. The owner Lee takes pride in the shops cleanliness and it’s professional appearance. It is a place I can get in and out quickly on days where I do not have a lot of time to sit and wait. I recommend calling them ahead of time to let them know you are on your way. Love, love, love Fancy Nails in Palmbay! Been going there for years. Been talked into trying new salons and have even had my nails done while traveling in other states...I always come back, knowing Ive gotten the best job around. They've recently updated their equipment and those massage chairs are amazing!!! Its very clean, very reasonable, and the staff is gentle and helpful. avoid the young man!! He irritated my toe from being aggressive and infected it!! My overall experience was fabulous. The atmosphere and prices are amazing. However I'd avoid the young man. He was extremely rough and rushed .. I couldn't even enjoy my services. I requested a full set and a pedi and was sat immediately when I walked in. My big toe is still swollen a week later from how rough he was, I was in tears as he was doing it. My paint job looks like my 2 yr old could do better. I have been going to Fancy Nails for about 15 years! Lee and his staff are very good. I never have to wait, and the service is very good! They recently changed all the pedicure chairs, and nail stations! New tile floor too! It is very clean and the staff is always cleaning in between customers! I highly recommend Fancy Nails! Horrible service I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I spend lots of money and when I got my nails done here they did a terrible job !! He cut me a couple times when he was shaving my nail down . U was telling him that the glue he was using when he was putting the nail on wasn't sticking and he said he would fix it but he just put acrylic on top of it !!! This place is DISGUSTINGLY dirty.  I watched them use metal tools on multiple people before washing them off. They do not use the sterilizer box on the tools and they pulled them out of the drawer. I watched three people get into tubs that were just used and not cleaned !!! No bag nothing . I bought a new pumice tools because they tried to use one that had skin from the precious customer still in it . Pumice cannot be disinfected it is pourus, This is against state board regulation! After I got up from the run I watched the pregnant technician use the pumice tool that she used on me. On the next lady without cleaning it . I watched in suspecting customers relax while they like under their nails with used tools that are not cleaned you can get staff, hepatitis, strep , hi etc!!! Worst pedicure, nails peeled in a day . Thy had me sit in the massage chair with my feet soaking for over half an hour, and they didn't clean their tools between customers. Some sort of gunk was at the top of the tub that looked like dead skin. I felt uneasy and wanted to run out I the building. I won't be returning. I have mixed feelings about this place.  On my first visit here earlier in the year, I would have given this 4 stars.  However, after my recent visit, I have to downgrade it.I came in for a Mani/Pedi and was quickly helped.  My massage chair was either insane and unresponsive to any button I pressed, or I don't know how to operate a remote, but let's just say I was happy when it timed out.  The girl who did my pedicure had very long hair pulled to the front and she didn't seem to notice that it kept hitting my feet while she worked, which was a bit unnerving when I began thinking about other people's feet in my hair. Ewww.During my manicure, I was surprised to see the girl jump up and grab a bottle of some liquid.  Then I was really, really angry because whatever this liquid was, it hurt like hell on my finger.  I looked down to see one of my fingers bleeding, which explained it, but did nothing to set my mind at ease.  The first thing I noticed about my manicure when I left the shop was that the second coat was applied much further from the edges than the first coat.  Some nails were painted all the way to the side, while others had noticeable (at least to me) gaps of completely unpainted space.  Within two or three days, I started to notice the polish chipping and now, at a week later, almost all the polish where there was only one coat has chipped.  My pedicure has faired better and was done more nicely, but possibly I just find it harder to look at my feet than my hands.As nice as the first visit was, I think I'll be going elsewhere in the future.  I would recommend you do the same. First, only and last visit.... Was very disappointed with the customer service. Nail tech playing on phone while doing my nails. Kept telling me to wait so he could make a move in his poker game on his phone. When asked if he did certain designs... Tech responded "I DON`T DO THAT"!!! Rushed me, and didn`t even speak to me other than to tell me price. Nobody spoke when I enter salon or smiled. Was the worse experience I had at a nail shop.
