April 8th 2018 at 11:00 A.M. my girlfriend and my daughter were waiting outside the door along with others for them to open. When the owner and his family showed up and everyone went inside. Once inside instead of asking and seeing who had been waiting longer then others they just started with whoever. These two older woman knew that they arrived after and still proceeded without a care in the world that they were going ahead of them. My girlfriend even spoke up and said something and nothing was done. Also forgot to mention the owner didn’t show up til almost a quarter after eleven to open. She’s been going to this place for a year now and has even had her daughter get her nails done as well, in my opinion this is not how you run a business. I've been their customer ever since I moved here 4 1/2 years ago. Will not go anywhere else for my fills & pedicures. Vaughn & Tony are the bomb! They both know my preferences very well. I've been going to this place for over a year and I usually get the same person, the last time I went in he was not available. I got an older lady that when she was filling up the water for me to get a pedicure I told her it was too cold and she ignored me. When she opened up her kit to get started her nail file was falling completely apart, and when she was cutting my nails she missed two of my toes I then asked her to make sure to cut them and she gave me an attitude. I wor...k on my feet 10 hours a day and wear tennis shoes during that time, so getting a pedicure is suppose to feel good, instead I was so upset the guy I usually see made a point to come up to me and tell me next time I come to wait for him. Let's just say the experience with this last lady was so bad I won't be going back she did a horrible job painting and cutting my toes, that I had to go to another place and spend more money to get them fixed. Very bad experience and they lost a customer who used to tip great and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to go. My wife and I have our regular place to get our feet done. I wish we'd NOT tried this place!! How it has a 4 1/2 stars I have no idea. The lady that did my feet was an older woman and I could barely feel the massage. KIDS running all over, the owners kids!! We'll NEVER come back here!! Read Less

I went to this nails salon based on good reviews. 4.4 should be a 1.0. I moved down here from Va Beach. I've been on the hunt for another nail tech. My nail tech in Va beach was amazing. She said It's all about the prep and taking time for a shellac manicure to last. she would take at least 30-40min. And my shellac manicure would last a month. With Eva Nail Spa my nails already Started to chip! It's been 2 days!!!!! One nail the polish has peeled completely off as a whole!!! ...The lady who gave me a manicure was done it in like 10 min. My nails didn't soak. She didn't put anything on my nails to soften my cuticles, barley pushed the cuticles back, didn't really do any cutting of the cuticles, horrible file and shaping of my nails. I had to reshape and file when I got home. I got the worst nail Polish application I've ever witnessed in my whole life of getting my nails professionally done. It's looks like a 5 year old did them. Polish was all around my skin! I give this salon a 1.0 because it's pretty inside. This is also my 1st review I ever given. I wanted to let people know. So they don't waste money here!!! I have tried tons of nail salons in Melbourne and I thought they were great until I came here.  This salon has a gorgeous interior that looks exactly like the photos and a staff that wants to help.  I got my first set of acrylic nails and wanted French tips so they put on white tips to save me money.  That's right they care enough to ensure that you pay a fair price.  I will admit from the exterior I was sure it wouldn't be nice but I was so wrong.  Make sure you walk in those doors so that you can experience the relaxation that I did.  Tip: call ahead for an appointment so that you don't have to wait! Just visiting this area and popped in for a pedicure based on great reviews...I didn't even ask the price but expected $50-$65 for a spa pedicure.  It was an hour long visit of comfort, relaxation and a French "manicure" pedi and only cost $28!!! I had never been here before, but I decided to check it out. The first thing that struck me was the decor, it was so serene inside, and everything looked so beautiful. The sound of tranquil fountains relaxed me along with the massage chair and hot stone treatment. The staff was very friendly and the color selection was great. The prices were very competitive. Recommended to me by a friend and I've been here twice now. First time was just a pedicure, and the second time was for a mani and pedi. The people are friendly and professional, there is a wide variety of color choices, prices are reasonable and competitive with other local spas, and they are very thorough in their services. The ONLY reason why I am giving this a 4 star review is because during the week they have minimal staff and sometimes you may need to wait if you are walking in.
