I think it's really cool that if they do your nails and some break or get messed up, they fix it free of charge. Other places charge per broken nail. Crazy! They are very nice and always try to accomadate for what their customers want. The owner is a pro at acrylic art designs, too. Read Less

This salon is amazing, my nails always look great from a regular manicure, gel, acrylics- all flawless. Pedicures never dissapoint either! First time I went in was a Saturday night with my sister's bridal party and everyone left in love. It was 8 of us and I called half an hour away and they were able to accommodate with that little notice (close to close too). Price is right too! Employees are super cool and nice as well.Read Less

They do not sterilize utensils for single use which is worrisome. Pedicures are good but I agree with the other reviews about fingernails. I've had gels done 4 times. Never soaked my hands in water. By day 2 it already shows a gap. And no massage. Check your waxes also.Read Less

Do not come here. It's a waste of money. I came in for a gel manicure that was rushed through and done in 10 mins. My cuticles weren't pushed back or cut. She took maybe a 30 seconds to file and buff my nails. She painted them so fast they were barely under the lamp to set. Also, no hand massage. It cost me 30 dollars! Do not come here. Do not come here if you want a relaxing experience. the first time I came here, my experience was amazing! there was a very personable and charming lady sitting right up front greeting and talking to customers. There was a guy who did my nails that had very short to no hair.while he was quiet, he did the best job on my nails that I've ever had done. over 2 weeks later,they looked pristine and not one was lifting! I was so impressed! I thought for sure I had found my new nail place. ha! was I wrong. I came today to get my nails filled and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. worst pedicure ever. if it lasted 30 minutes I would be surprised. there was zero massage and let's be honest, that is the best part. she lightly rubbed the lotion in and then didn't finish getting it all rubbed in. I kept thinking it will get better. nope. i could have easily done what she did at home and not have to pay gor it.next for my nails where I had to ask Julie to not be so rough with the drill because it hurt and she was not paying attention to the jerks of my hand or the ouches  coming from me. then heaven forbid I asked her to make the white of my nails not crazy thick. let's just say that every nail has a different width of white. normally while filing, most techs compare nails, she didn't. I got to the point where I was done and just wanted it to be over with. the unpleasant, smells like urine atmosphere where the people who worked looked miserable and more considered with their phones (the lady that did my pedi) I will definitely never be back. they have a punch card as a loyalty program and when Julie rang me up she didn't even flinch when i said I didn't want my punched. you would think that along with my frown that something is wrong. Pedicure is good. Manicure not so good . I did not get a hand massage or soak my nails in water. It was a gel manicure and honestly was fast and poor done. The lady who did my manicure only spoke with me when I asked a question. Read Less

This was horrible just terrible time. I went to get a Pedi for my birthday this past Monday, I am tall so I asked to have the seat back the nail tech insisted I keep my chair pulled close to accomdate her, I asked her if she was comfortable she said Yes, I said well I'm not but guess she did not care. The water was cold in the tub. She cut me twice and filed so hard. I kept pulling back when it hurt she did not even acknowledge me. The worst gross part a baby roach crawled on me I jumped and slung it off me, again she acted like she did not notice. Then 2 and 3 more crawled out onto me from the chair I was sitting in (1st chair left side of room) I finally screamed and told her look at them crawling she got up got a towel for my legs and picked up the roach with a cotten ball like it was the norm. I am now sitting in the edge of the chair purse hugged tight to my chest because I'm afraid of bugs crawling in my purse. I was stuck because half my nails are done. The moment she finished I got up and checked out. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to stay and let them dry. NO THANKS I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL ONLY TELL EVERYONE MY NIGHTMARE. The nail tech rushed through my pedicure.  I am there to relax and enjoy a good massage.  Didn't get that at all. The nail techs were constantly messing around with each other by pulling on each other or grabbing stuff from each other. Then my nail tech clipped the corner of my nail and yanked it. She made my toe bleed and it hurts. I definitely won't be back. Read Less

I just had the worst pedicure I HAVE EVER HAD. I decided to get a pedi because I needed to kill an hr. Have u ever had someone give u a pedicure and barely look down at what they are doing? She tossed her tools around like it was KILLING her to be there. Not a relaxing experience.
